Cousins Lawn Care in Beaumont

These guys are awful. Enough said.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have been cutting my Dads yard for over 20 years. They aren’t professional and do not understand English. Recently some of our grass washed away because they kept cutting the yard too short even after repeatedly asking them not to. We asked for an estimate on new grass and still haven’t heard anything 3 weeks. We called and cancelled their service and they kept cutting our yard and then wanted payment. We paid them and now they won’t return our calls about the estimate. Very unprofessional and poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Mowed once and said they would schedule every other week. 3 weeks later they replied and would be out Wednesday. Never showed up.keeps saying they will be out and never show. Going on the fifth week so now I have an overgrown yard and have to find another business.

I live out of town and needed for someone to take care of my elderly parents lawn for a couple of months while my mother has an extended hospital stay. I called Ruben with Cousin's Lawn Care. He said he would drive by their place and give me an estimate by 4:30 that day......Well, he called me by 3:45 and discussed what I needed for my parents. We agreed to do it and he had the yard mowed that evening. THANKS RUBEN. My dad got home late from the hospital and well please and appreciative of the yard work. I am very impressed with Cousin's Lawn Care. Thank you very much for your promptness and a job well done. Lance.......
