I just bought my house in November of 23, I didnt know anything about the irrigation system. Another company was already paid to open the system in the spring. They opened it but because I have dogs they were quick and short with me, hardly explained the system I was already unfamiliar with. I started calling them in September to ask questions about closing. I left many messages and they didnt return one call. I found Morgans Irrigation online, They answered their phone the first time I called, super friendly and made my appointment for 2 weeks as that would be best time to close. Coincidentally the next day a friend and worker of the church I attend had also hired Morgan Irrigation to close our church sprinklers. Bobby couldnt say enough good things about Travis ( the worker they sent to close system) He went around, checked , replaced and repaired all heads that needed attention, he spent alot of time there making sure everything worked properly. I understand thats his job, but he puts so much attention in the work he does and is so very pleasant and patient. Travis was also the worker they sent to close my sprinklers. He is everything Bobby bragged about. Super friendly, wasnt bothered by my dogs ( I have a sissy Doberman and two annoying chuiahuas) definitely experienced, and before he closed the sprinklers he showed me how to use the system ( I never knew because the other guy ran through it so quickly, I didnt understand it) Travis took his time, let me ask questions and went outside to show me all the zones ( I never knew because they always came on early morning when it was dark) Sorry for the rant but the experience I had with this company was top notch from beginning to end. From the girl on phone (didnt get her name) she was so sweet, to Travis, was nothing short of a great experience...I rarely get those. Would and will highly recommend Morgan Irrigation. Another great year with Morgan s Irrigation! Winterization on our sprinkler system took about 20-30 minutes. They were in and out with no issues. The techs and office staff for the company, especially the winterization tech, are always so awesome, knowledgeable, and really personable on all levels. Every fall/spring they give me a bit of a refresher on the sprinkler system, if I need to do need any troubleshooting of my own. They always let me bother them, if I have any questions on the sprinkler heads and what not. 10/10 recommend!

I called Morgans for a quote on a complete backyard overhaul. They came the same day, clearly laying out the process, answering questions and offering solutions to existing issues. Once the work started, all technicians were friendly, knowledgable and hard working. The project was completed ahead of schedule, and they have completed follow ups to adjust sprinkler heads, watering timing, etc. i would not hesitate to use them in the future, or to recommend to family and friends.

WORTH WAITING FOR APPT! I had reached out to several reputable companies to service and expand my existing sprinkler system, most of which did not even respond. Morgans did respond quickly to my inquiry and were upfront about their timelines. The planning, professionalism and knowledge of the entire Morgans staff is first rate. They take every precaution...marking sewer, power, gas lines, etc. No shortcuts taken. I really appreciated the attention to detail they took choosing placement and the different types of sprinkler heads, etc. They even suggested watering schedules for the different zones. They kept me informed and the quotes were straightforward. When my very aged well pump needed to be replaced during the drought, they worked diligently to install timely. I cant express how much this company has impressed me and my dog liked them, too! You wont be disappointed. Again, thank you Morgans! Oh...and my lawn is the best it has looked in the 20 years I have lived here. UPDATE Just tried the aeration and seeding service offered this year. Ryan was punctual, patient and informative in explaining how to water my lawn this application after for best results. All the employees from Morgans Irrigation have always been exceptional. We had an excellent experience with Morgans! They helped us repair a sprinkler system damaged when we installed an in-ground pool. We were so happy with the work and customer service, we came back to Morgans for help installing sod and gravel. Ashley and Alex were so kind, helping with our questions before, during, and after the job. Travis took time to explain our options and made great recommendations. The entire crew treated the job like it was for their own backyard, going well above and beyond, careful not to disrupt our recently installed pavers or fence. Great customer service and great work all around.

Stay far away from this company, unless you like rudeness. I contracted this company to install irrigation and sod. One of the workers came over today to have us sign the contracts and give the deposit. I am a veteran and they said theyll give vet discount. I have two estimates one = $2,443.00 and the other $2,152.05. I signed the estimates and gave the worker a check. However he only brought one copy of the estimate and i asked why he didnt bring two copies one for me and one for him. At this time he just gave me back the check and drove off. I called his office o complain immediately and she told me they do not want to our business. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Morgans irrigation did a fantastic job setting up our new irrigation system. We had just finished putting in a pool and new landscaping and needed the irrigation set up ASAP. Alex was super responsive and able to have the system up and running within days.

As of two visits from Morgan s irrigation, Travis was the guy who showed up (in the rain) the first time to help us diagnose and was very knowledgeable in helping us understand how our system works. The second was for a repair job in blazing heat that took him under 2 hours. Nothing but professional help from a true professional.

I met with several contractors to get my sprinklers done along with a complete sod installation. Top to bottom, Morgan s Irrigation is one of the best contractor experiences I ve ever had. He always showed up exactly when he said he would, and his employees were very hard working and respectful of my property. Within a few days, he had installed an entirely new sprinkler system and about 11,000 sf of sod for a very fair and reasonable price. Morgans came when they said. They came to repair my entire 7 zone system that was ripped up due to a new septic system. They got right to work and made sure all zones worked. They retested each zone and found 2 problems that were not part of the original damage. They immediately repaired them and now everything works great. Great job and VERY reasonable price. Alex and his team installed our sprinkler system as well as the sod at our home. They did a fantastic job! They are amazing to work with, prompt and professional. Although you may think they are just an irrigation company, I can not recommend them enough for sod and landscape work. They were incredibly affordable and did an amazing job. We got several estimates for the job and we are so happy we went with Morgans! We could not recommend their services more!

Initial review of project. Was on time, professional and went over and above reviewing project. They scheduled the second part of review of project at my convenience which is coming up. They were OnTime (actually 15 minutes early). They communicate well and keep me updated by text and even reminders. They call to check up and are not pushy or overbearing but in a kind and courteous and professional way. I appreciate how professional and kind they are and will update should we move forward with the project. Update: 1/29/2024 Morgan s was more than I could have expected. They were prompt, polite, and professional. They not only did what they promised but went over and above and cleaned up old trees and removed bushes and weeds that were overgrown and an eye sore. I was worried about it being so late in the season (Beginning of October) however they assured me we were good. They came out several times to check on things after the work was done to make sure the sprinklers were good and the sod was rooting well. They came back and serviced the lines for the winter and will be back to turn them on in the spring. The sod rooted well and is holding up to the rain and snow and even the dogs! I couldn t be more pleased and would only recommend Morgan s as they are full service professionals that treat you like they care about your happiness with the project! A phone call may be met with an answering machine but you will receive a prompt call back. I couldn t be more pleased from beginning to end. April 2024 Update; Again superior service! Spring sprinkler turn on Morgan s was prompt and professional and Ashley keeps me up to date on arrival and services making customer service over and above any experience I have ever had with a contracted business. They really care about their customers.

Called Morgans on a recommendation from a neighbor who had a new system installed. I had a couple valves that were bad and also had a leak around the manifold. It turned out to be much more involved. Justin and Alex worked extremely hard all day to fix the issue. I would hire these guys back and recommend them in a minute. Professional, courteous, neat, and fair. Also, communication was great, super friendly, calls were returned promptly, along with text messages when tech was on his way. A very good experience with this company.

I had Morgans irrigation come out for a service call. They could not find my valve box. Their suggestion was that I put a new system in. They make tools to locate the valve box. I paid a $95 service call fee really for nothing. I am very disappointed, to say the least.

We had Alex come out to remediate standing water that would collect after any sort of rain in our backyard. He had him installed multiple dry wells and a French drain. Worked like a charm. We got irrigation, sod installation as well as leveling our backyard. It was so hard finding someone who can work with our backyard that we trusted, but decided to call morgans to come out and as soon as we spoke to Alex we knew we had to get this company to work on our back yard! to start with he was so professional , easy to talk, we didnt feel rushed. After they got the job done, We were so impressed by the extra things they did, from cleaning up to moving some of our landscape to make sure it was even , to washing our left over dirt on the driveway. I called to have my heads adjusted and make sure my system was working properly. To hit all areas of the lawn, he cranked up every head full blast and didnt adjust the rotatation. In doing so, the water was hitting the house very hard particularly the front porch and front of the house. He kept saying he was working with what he had. I told him that I wanted it done right, not a quick fix. I said i was concerned with the amount of water being wasted and the house getting hit with the water the way it was. He didnt care about my concerns, told me it wasnt going to be an issue. A month later i smell something stale, check out my crawl space. After hundreds for a plumber to check the entire area to determie that the water came from the irrigation system, I now get to pay thousands in mold remediation. All Alex needed to do was treat me with one ounce of respect and listen to my concerns. AND had another company come in and put the heads in he said would not work and no issues. But using this company had costed me a ton of time and thousands.

Morgans Irrigation came out to bring our yard back to life. After a pool install we were in need of a new dry well, multiple irrigation zone repairs and of course some grading and ground cover. Coming out to price the job, Alex was on another level in preparing his quote. He made no assumptions and thoroughly inspected all of the details regarding the job. From testing the sprinklers to tracking the cut lines Alex was making sure there would be no hidden costs down the road.
