Alberto and team did an amazing job. I had them come out to cut back some trees that were overgrown and remove 2 trees. From the start when I called for service Alberto came out right away to give me a quote. They were able to come out and do all the work the next week. They were prompt in the morning and quick getting a ton of work done. Most important for me they did an amazing job cleaning up after all they did. They always go above and beyond highly recommend!

I cant begin to tell you how pleased we are with Happy Wife Happy Life Landscaping. Our patio required re-sanding and re-sealing. The edging around our home had been completed by previous owners in a very amateurish way, and was badly in need of repair. Alberto and his crew are top notch. He provided a fair estimate, was willing to recycle as much of the stone edging as he could, rebuilt it on a proper blue stone base as well as a concrete foundation. Unlike so many of the landscape contractors that service the Greenbriar area, Alberto responds to phone calls, provides a timely estimate, and his crew is hard-working and skilled and importantly, shows up on time. Several of our neighbors are so impressed with the work as well as the hard work of the crew.Alberto added a few extras such as re-seeding a part of the lawn which had been previously damaged, as well as some edging around a tree...no estra charge, Alberto said he wanted it to look nice! We recommend Happy Wife Happy Life without hesitation! The goal is achieved...it looks great and my wife is very happy!

We are very happy with Alberto and his crew. They did a fabulous job cleaning up our entire property, adding white stone along the sides and front bed, planted new bushes out front, and 9 very tall Arborvitaes. Alberto is incredibly responsive through the entire process. He returned our first call within an hour, came right out to evaluate within a couple of days, provided a quote and a day they could start. They started on time and somehow finished quite a large job in only 2 days. We were having some issues with watering the trees, so they came back out and dug a different style trench around our trees to help contain the water. I highly recommend them.

Alfonso and his crew have exceeded expectations with the job on our front yard. Took 2 1/2 days to remove old sod, level dirt, put weed fabric down, brace boarder and replace with rock. I couldnt be happier. They worked through the pouring rain to get the job done as scheduled. Also, weeded where needed which was not part of the contract. I recently retained the services of Happy Wife Happy Life Landscaping. The project included the planting of 1 tree in our front lawn and excavating 4 large, debris filled planting areas around the front and sides of our home. The owner Alberto and his crew installed fresh top soil and 18 shrubs, plants and bushes Into these areas along with beautiful brick edging, supported by a concrete base, and dressed it off with a healthy layer high quality mulch. They also installed an oversized concrete patio in our yard along with a full sized side walk around our detached garage. I can only say that we are totally pleased with all the results and that Choosing Happy Wife Happy Life was a great decision. Alberto and his crew are competent, hard workers who are very skilled at their craft. They are very neat and courteous and did a remarkable job for a fair price. I highly recommend them to anyone and I fully intend to use them again for some other projects I am planning in the future.

Easy to work with and did a great job

Can t say enough how much I appreciate HWHL. We have been busy renovating the inside of our home and let the outside get very overgrown. We had ivy and old leaves everywhere. They quickly came out, gave an estimate of cost and completion date. We liked the numbers and the time frame was 2 weeks out which is very understandable in the summer. On the day of the big clean up, they came at 8:15 and were done by 2. Our house looks transformed and back to its beautiful glory. I wish I had a more exact before picture to compare it. When I saw the reviews here and other places, I thought no one can be that good. Well, the guys just left and I can tell you without reservation, yes, they are that good. Alberto showed up to give us an estimate on time and less than 24 hours after we reached out. He understood our needs completely and provided an estimate on the spot, which we felt was very fair. The work was scheduled for today. Our bell rang at 8AM, Alberto was here with his crew to start work, right on time. We had 4.5 tons of stone placed around the base of the house, our shrubs trimmed and asked that he put a nice base around our mailbox with block and matching stone. By 11AM, the work was completed and we couldnt be happier. The stone matched perfectly with what we already had down; they worked efficiently but took great care in making everything look good. Finally, the guys went around with a blower and cleaned everything off the driveway and sidewalk - nice. Not only do I highly recommend this service, but we will be using them again in the spring to have our patio replaced/expanded. Work ethic and fair prices are very hard to come by these days and they have both.

We had a great experience with Happy Wife, Happy Life! They answered all questions up front and came quickly to give an estimate. Prices were fair and did not change as we moved forward. We loved that we were able to go choose our plants and purchase them on our own. HWHL picked up our 3 ornamental trees, 20+ arborvitae and 14 forsythia bushes and planted them beautifully for us. They also cleaned up and mulched our existing landscaping beds and aerated, fertilized, and seeded the lawn. We are happy with all services. The employees were all professional and kind, even entertaining my 6-year-old s curiosity about the project at times. We are having them back for more projects in May. We highly recommend!

We hired Happy Wife to lay down mulch, plant a tree and move a couple of other shrubs in the yard to another area and remove a small tree stump. They arrived promptly on the scheduled day. In the days since we contracted them, we decided to remove some large juniper bushes and replace them with several smaller plants. When they arrived we mentioned the extras and without any hesitation did all we asked. They planted, edged the planting areas and mulched, even mowed the back lawn. Highly recommend them, very friendly and professional.

Alberto, is Amazing!!! I walked up to his crew while they were doing a job for a neighbor I had a question about a tree stump that I gutted but can t remove. He walked over with me, gave me a very fair price and said I can do this today as soon as we are done with the neighbors. Alberto and his team were excellent! They did beautiful work and totally transformed our home with our paver driveway and walkway, as well as leveling out the back yard, cleaning up our propertys overgrown brush and vines, putting in a garden bed, and window wells. They did it all! They worked fast and we felt that we got a very good price. You cant go wrong calling Happy Wife Happy Life.

Cant say enough good things about this company. They did a fabulous job on the landscaping around my pool. It was a very large area and they finished the job in 1 day. I found Happy Wife Happy Life when they were doing really nice mulch beds at my friends house. Their yard came out so nice I wanted them to come to my house. They did such amazing work! From a beautiful curving stacked stone wall and gravel driveway, to cleaning the yard up, adding top soil, and then aeration, fertilizer and seeding. They helped reshape parts of the yard, they just have an eye for detail, they re really skilled. Plus the guys are all so nice, their work is beautiful, the price was really good. Alberto and his whole crew were beyond fabulous. If you re debating on going with any landscaping company within the area- please go with happy wife happy life. They re pricing was very reasonable for the amount of clean, timely and professional work they re done for my yard. It had been pretty torn up from getting tress removed- lots of dips, holes, basically a mess. It needed to be leveled out, all new top soil, seeded, and two stumps removed from our future fence line. Alberto was very attentive, sent me progress pictures through out the day, and made sure to explain to me what they were going to do and what the future maintenance would be. They cleaned up my yard beyond my imagination- I can t wait for grass to grow. Thank you so much!

Amazing work at a very reasonable price! My front yard is transformed with a beautiful stone enclosed area across the yard. Happy Wife Happy Life removed the grass, added topsoil, and mulch. They added plants and trimmed the Snowball tree enclosed in the area. They trimmed the bushes along the house, dug out a curved area around the bushes and filled in with mulch. The result is fantastic! I am a Happy Wife!

They also cut, thatched, fertilized, lime, top soiled the bare spots and over seeded my property in forked river.
