CG Landscape Supply in Bayville

I ordered 3/8 shore gravel in the summer of 2023 and had two separate loads delivered without problem. Yesterday (July 9) I ordered another 2 tons to be delivered. The delivery was within an hour. I have the receipt stating 3/8 shore gravel. My husband came home and realized they delivered 5/8. Today (July 10) we went into the office and talked to this man (says he is not the owner). We explained to him their mistake. No big deal. He tells us he took us over to the rock pile yesterday to confirm. He did not. (This is where the gaslighting starts). I told him to come out to where they have it labeled in the front to show him exactly why he is wrong. First, he didn’t want to look at it bc he knew he was wrong. Then he put the bag of 5/8 in with the 3/8 and told us this is a perfect match. The first picture is a bag of what they delivered us last year, which blends perfectly into their 3/8 display. The bottom bag is what was delivered yesterday which blends flawlessly into the 5/8 display. He did not offer to remedy the situation whatsoever and told us to leave. Even though the delivery guy was sitting there doing nothing, it all could have been fixed within an hour, AND I was going to order an extra ton because we will need more as there is no way they gave us two tons in the first place. I would not recommend dealing with this business. Record the entire purchase if you do.

Ordered 3/4" Delaware river rock. Great price! Delivered when we asked.

I’ve ordered from them twice. Both times they were extremely professional and helpful. I recommend to anyone who needs supplies such as top soil, mulch, etc

This place is aces. I live locally and swing by to pick up natural mulch, river rocks and soil in the back of my truck whenever I need it. Dustin is super careful when he loads the product so that my vehicle doesn't get damaged and he doesn't over load me. He even moves it out of my view so I can see out the back on my way home. I recently had them deliver 7 yards of natural mulch to the house so I didn't have to keep going back and forth. The guys are great, friendly and happy to help. I will always recommend them. You don't always get what you pay for!! We were in need of 3/4 in river bed stone. We went to C&G landscape route 9 in Bayville with a sample of stone and it was ordered based on its size and sample provided. Upon delivery I asked the driver if this was 3/4 in riverbed stone and he said yes. I then realized that what was delivered was in fact half the size of what was ordered. I called them but received a voicemail and left message. The next morning I placed a call again to them to report receiving the wrong stone and asked for some kind of resolution. I spoke to a woman named Joy who was condescending and arrogate and said "you received what was ordered!" She then said you should have brought in a sample which of course we did just to avoid this issue. She had no response to that. As you can see from the photos below this is not even close to what we ordered. As a solution she suggested I order 1inch rock and mix it together and they would give me a discount. Why would I spend more money on a company who made a error in delivery and won't accept responsibility for their mistake? For these reasons I would never recommend using this landscaping company for anything. It is the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any home improvement project.

Not only have we never had a bad experience with CG, every experience has been fantastic. Great group of people, very friendly and helpful. Definitely our "go to" company when we need anything that they offer. Can't recommend them enough.

I have to say that my experience at the store was behind amazing. We just recently purchased a home that had no curb appeal. We had no idea about what to do to make it look appealing. It was overwhelming at first because we had no clue where to start. The guys were great with helping us descide on what they thought would look best. They are not only a store they even have a crew that does the work for you! We descided to have them just do everything as they knew what was best. Nick knew exactly where to put everything to make it look amazing. People walk past our house taking pictures. Can't wait to do our backyard!

My front yard was looking a little sad, so I came to C & G landscaping to spruce up the yard. I got a ton of plants and trees and decor and the staff was SO friendly and helpful. I planted everything and my yard looks incredible, truly the best on the block! Even weeks later my plants are thriving and my trees are full and beautiful.The prices were very reasonable, I won't go anywhere else for my landscaping needs!
