I signed up for the pre-pay offer to cover both spring and fall maintenance. Price was very fair. They were timely and very professional I had the same servicemen both times, and was very pleased with the service. Mid-summer I also contacted them, as I needed an emergency repair done something that was my own darn fault. I was a bit frazzled on the phone, but the man in the office was very reassuring and got a technician to me within the hour. He made the repair quickly and the price was very reasonable. This company makes scheduling the maintenance calls easy and the pre-pay option allows you to not have to worry about calling back in the fall they keep track one less thing to have on your plate. I m a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend them!

I have been using this company for over 5 years for all of my sprinkler system needs inclusive of opening/closing and general repairs. Last year I had the team to my home to replace 2-3 zones with new piping and sprinkler heads, over 30 heads. They were on time, knowledgeable of my system and lines and were totally professional when reviewing update options and overall pricing. The job was required as all of my shrubbery/small trees had to be removed in the fall when I had a new driveway and walkway installed. This created broken lines and heads. I now have some minor repairs needed this year as a few of the heads installed last year now need to be moved as new shrubbery has grown. I am confident that once again they will meet all of my expectations. I highly recommend this company for all of your sprinkler needs:)

Wish I wouldve read the reviews before I wasted my time with this company. The manager, Rob, is exactly how others have described him. Rude and completely unprofessional. After Rob yelled at me over the phone they had another person, Jose call me. Seems like his job is to clean up Robs messes. I thought I would give them another chance since Jose was apologetic and seemed sincere. But then he left me hanging for weeks with no follow up. Ill say it again, WASTE OF TIME! I called another company and they came out, gave me an estimate and fixed the issue with no problem.

Had a fabulous experience from start to finish. Showed up on time, Isaias was upfront and honest about the condition of the system and offered several options from repairing to installing a new system. We opted for a whole new system. Our system was over 30 years old and as new homeowners we wanted to get this replaced and not have to worry about for many years to come. I would absolutely recommend Isaias and his team!

They fully explained the process and executed exactly what they said they were going to do. They were able to get me on their schedule within a weeks time. They promptly showed and spent the day installing the irrigation system. Once complete they tested the system and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. They were very respectful of my home when entering and my lawn and flower beds were restored to their original beauty. You could not tell that the amount of digging required had occurred.
