Arrived, replaced a stuck sprinkler head (not rotating) and checked it out to make sure the new head was working and correcting the problem. the Technicians were friendly and professional.

I ve had Kokaly out twice this season and I have to say, Logan is the best! He took care of my Spring turn on, repaired a cut line, setup my watering schedule, and showed me how to change it up. He came out a week later with a better sprayer thing, reminded me how to shut the water off so I could add a spigot, and he actually made me a cheat-sheet for manually turning on different areas. Last year, they printed my systems user manual for me and dropped it by on a Sunday, with a note saying to call them anytime I need help with my system. In my experience, it s never a problem for Kokaly to go the extra mile!

I contacted Kokaly to get a quote to replace my lawn sprinklers in the front yard. Kokaly s proposal was very competitive. They scheduled me and knocked the job out quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and left the yard in good shape. I would highly recommend them.

Great job getting our sprinklers up and running today!! Very efficient and thorough job by Kokaly tech. He did mention that our rain detection system was showing that sprinklers should be automatically turned off. I know that our lawn has not been watered via rain in the past few weeks and this 90 degree heat was taking its toll on our front yard turf. Hopefully now we can utilize our system to get us through this dry and arid heat wave. Excellent!!! I had an issue with my electrical power, so I had to initially cancel my appointment on the day of my system turn-on. Shortly after the cancellation, the power issue was resolved. I called Kokaly back and they graciously re-scheduled the initial appointment to what it was originally. No problem!! Not only did the technician arrive, he was ahead of schedule. I cannot remember the very tall mans name, he indicated he normally works in the office but was on calls based on an illness of another employee. DO NOT LOOSE THIS GUY. He was excellent, took the time to make sure all zones and sprinkler heads were functioning properly. He even helped my neighbor install a part your previous technician forgot to complete. They did an excellent job while we were on Vacation

I have Kokaly winterize my system every fall, yet every spring I have at least one leak, this year three, and need heads replaced, which is at my expense. They should have some type of guarantee on their work.

Kirk was fair and responsive in discussing and quoting my project. His installation crew was professional and productive. They worked quickly to complete a rather complex irrigation project which included traditional lawn and flower beds, a good-sized combined orchard and vegetable garden area, a more remote garden area, plus faucets to serve several remote horse pasture areas. The workers were friendly, collaborated well together, asked for my input on some issues, and answered my questions. They had all the necessary skills - and also importantly Kokaly had the manpower - to complete this unique project in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend Kokaly to others.

Below is a Review I posted last year I believe....Not sure where I write a new review for this Fall 10/23 , there fore I will post above last years... I would choose the above 5 if allowed. I am very happy with Kokaly and have been for many years. In the beginning your gentleman did not feel there was anything I could do except to water my lawn longer. However the lawn was green except for two spots therefore the length of water time did not seem to be an issue. He did adjust the heads for me and added one in the back as I had requested in the spring but that person that came did not feel it necessary, but the back ones were only hitting two bushes... So we resolved that and believe we resolved the rest...I did extend the water time on three stations. Now dont take me wrong, your guys have always been helpful and I am very happy with Kokaly. I just had a different angle on the problem.

System was installed on my property the year prior. I wasnt shown how to use the system, or program it. I had to watch youtube videos to learn how to use it. This summer I noticed one of the sprinkler heads was not working properly. I called and they came and fixed it. I figured it would be covered under a warranty or something, as it was within a year, guess I was wrong. If I would have known they were going to bill me I would have just done it myself.

Iced down my mustang today at my complex. Wouldnt even allow me to move it. It was 23° Office staff says its no big deal. Im disabled and had to miss an appointment because my doors were completely iced and lock wouldnt open. Employee Parked in the middle of lot and sat and watched as I tried to get in my vehicle. Took pictures and video.

New homeowners with a sprinkler system, called Kokaly to turn it on in the spring. After it was serviced we noticed system was not running, intentionally woke up at time system was set to run only to find that it wasn t turning on. Called Kokaly to correct whatever didn t happen on the initial visit as the system had not been running. On the second visit the service technician identified a wire that was not plugged in. System then worked without error. Called Kokaly to ask why we received bill for second visit as this additional service date was to correct whatever didn t happen with initial visit. I was told (in short) that I was wrong and indirectly accused of unplugging whatever it was that was unplugged. Unsure as to why I would do that considering setting up additional appointments/being present for 2+ hours to have system looked at, only takes time out of my day. I was told the bill stands and it was indicated to me that they didn t care to lose my business. I wouldn t recommend this company; they don t take ownership of their work.

I was in need of sprinklers put in since I was the only one on the block without. My grass was looking horrible compared to my neighbors all brown and dry. No one wants to be THAT house. So I called Kokalys and they came to check it out the same day! Had GREAT customer service and they made sure I got the best of the best. Definitely will be recommending Kokalys to all my family and friends.
