Tyler's Lawn Care & Power Washing in Bay City

Disappointed. Called for estimate on lawn care and was given a generic city lot price. No one looked at my property. I have a cement patio, a raised garden bed, a pond and a 24 ft sand base from pool. A garage, 2 sheds and a 8 x 12 deck. None of which gets mowed. Not alot of grass. Was hoping for better.

Tyler does great work and is very friendly. Edit: sadly due to high demand and not many people wanting to work, cut backs had to be made. Thanks for the services!

I have paid $250 for work that has never been completed. I hired Tyler in May for spring cleanup and mowing the backyard; my sister had passed away suddenly and family would be visiting. I sent photos to him before he quoted me a price of $250. He predicted it would take 3 to 4 hours to clear the leaves and mow. His worker came on the 12th, mowed the backyard (leaving large piles of grass which I had to remove) and started raking some leaves, but after less than 2 hours said that he received a call from Tyler that he had to go to a different site, but would be back over the weekend to finish the work. His worker told me that Tyler said to pay him $100 and that Tyler would collect the remaining $150. I received a phone call from Tyler that evening, told him I paid his worker Joe $100, and I agreed to leave a check for the remaining $150 on the door for him (he knew I would be busy with funeral arrangements the next day) because Joe said he would finish over the weekend. The work has never been finished. I have subsequently contacted Tyler who has told me that his worker Joe is a subcontractor; that I need to contact Joe, even though it was Tylers business I hired and I paid Tyler in full. Joe has contacted me several times and promised to come again, but has never showed. This is all especially distressing because both of them knew that I was trying to get the place looking good because my sister had died two weeks prior and there would be family visiting. I have never before been in a situation where a verbal agreement has been so blatantly dishonored nor a familys grief been taken advantage of. Unbelievable.

I called tyler because I had taken on a llandscapeing project at my house that just started overwhelming me and Tyler came out redesigned what I had started and I was blown away by the time and effort he put in an the quality of the job I cant reccomend enough

Shawn did a great job powerwashing the wrap-around porch of our newly-moved-into house that hadnt been cleaned in years (probably ever). It looks like brand new wood. Tyler responded to my initial query within hours (others dont), and they were here within a week to do the job. Highly recommend!

I was in a bind with a property of a family member who has passed away and needed lawn cutting before it was officially sold. I had called several lawn care companies and they were too busy or had to focus on their returning customers which I would not be upon sale of the property. I do not live in the Bay City area. I had left Tyler a message (in the morning which is his busy time of the day for lawn mowing) with the others and he called me back later in the afternoon. He was awesome. Not only did he feel for my situation he mowed it the same day I left the message even with his busy schedule. I can not thank him enough for calling me back, but also helping someone out that was really in a bind and so quickly at that. He sent me pictures of the mow when he was finished to show he had mowed the lawn. I am not sure he could fit everyone in the same day they call for a mow but to help me out like that was service like no other. This reminds me of the golden years of helping your neighbors out. Thank you so much.

I phoned Tyler for a quote to do a job that was overwhelming to me. I asked him to weed my flowerbeds, edge and mow the lawn and trim around the trees. The price he quoted me was completely reasonable and I hired him immediately. He did a fantastic job and I was so very impressed with his professionalism. EDIT: I posted my original review after my lawn had been mowed the first time (about a month and a half ago) and it was a great job. HOWEVER, Tyler had been mowing my lawn every other week on Mondays. It is now Thursday... I politely text him Tuesday, once in the morning and then again resending the first message later in the day, politely asking if he planned to mow my lawn this week. As I said, it is now Thursday and there has been ZERO response and no calls. My yard desperately needs to be mowed and now I am scrambling before a family vacation this weekend to hire someone new and hopefully more reliable to come mow my lawn. I m bummed - I m a very reasonable person but I expect professionalism and a headups that you aren t coming to do the job I hired you to do. Tyler did an excellent job! I called him in a panic needing my lawn mowed as soon as possible due to traveling and by the next afternoon it was mowed and looked great! Extremely affordable and great work! Couldn t recommend enough.
