The facility is well organized, and clean (they keep their pavement swept and free of debris), and their products are excellent. They even offer free cold drinks when you place your order. I love having a new business that can handle the materials needed by contractors and DYI. I used your top soil for the first time wasnt to sure about all the wood chips in it but we will see how it goes. Would like to see a four way premium product for top soil but other those thoughts very pleased and the help at the window is always great when their nice and polite...overall A+. Hands down the best place to get any landscaping material from. I initially contacted Bark Ranch to get a quote on quite a bit of 5/8 minus rock and Leah had a quote for me almost right away. We scheduled to get 3 dump trucks of rock delivered to my place on Sunday. Not only did they come out quickly and on time, but they also delivered 4 more loads of the rock in between customers so that I could get my project done in time. Super friendly and accommodating, the rock was great and the delivery was cheaper than what it would have costed me to go get it myself. Highly recommend and will be coming back for more in the near future. Thank you Bark Ranch!

I placed an order what I thought was a medium size decorative rock to cover my entire backyard with over the phone and they were able to deliver 2 days later, they came day of delivery with the wrong product but it wasn t anything to do with them, I ordered the wrong product. The owner of the company was doing deliveries for that day and he was so unbelievably nice about the mix up! Not only did he take the product back, he suggested I meet him there and select the right product I want we met there, found what I wanted and not only did he REDELIVER the newly selected product, he did it within a 30 minute span, he gave me a refund on the difference because what I wanted was a cheaper rocks and he didn t charge me again for redelivery! EXCELLENT service all around!!! It s rare to find a company that values their customers now a days so when I do business with one that does value their customers to the full extent it s like a breath of fresh air! I will definitely recommend and only do business with Bark Ranch for ALL my rock/gravel, bark and soil needs! You have got yourself a loyal lifetime customer!!! My wife and I were running out with our trailer this morning to the transfer station and saw Bark Ranch. We noticed that they had really nice looking bark mixes. We stopped in on our way back through and have to say, this place is awesome. We picked up six yards of their ranch mix/chips. Beautiful material, and only a little more in cost, per yard, than the place I would normally go to, that is all the way in Longview. It actually saved me money due to fuel and time driving to Longview. We didnt know them before our visit today but the owner Laurisa and Jamie (the one loading) were both super nice and conscientious. Jamie was super gentle with loading and very careful of my trailer. The facility is super easy to navigate and spotless. No worries about getting stuck in mud or getting your vehicle covered in mud. Totally paved area. All of the other material there looked to be top quality, soils, gravel multiple bark mixes, etc. Its nice to have a convenient, family owned business like this, so close. Ill be going here from now on for all my landscaping supplies. We didnt know her before today, but we would still be there, talking to Laurisa, if other customers wouldnt have pulled up behind us! Haha Everyone was super nice! Obviously I highly recommend them.

The place I usually get bark from was out of what I needed so I thought I d try the bark ranch! Glad I did! I have a trailer that fits 2 yards and I needed to go back a few times in one day. I got a few loads of medium nuggets and one load of large River rock. It was perfect! The only complaint is it didn t jump out of the trailer and neatly lay down on its own Haha The ladies who were working were awesome and even offered me a doughnut! Thank you! I ll be back! I tried to go back the next day (Saturday) to finish up and saw that they are closed Saturdays. So just be aware of that :)

Super happy with this new local business! Family owned and on site. We were offered coffee at the window and they have gloves for sale. Good supply of a variety of material. Biggest plus, open on Sunday! When we went around the corner to get loaded, a little girl was riding in the loader with the owner and the dad was taking video. Come support these guys

Great organization, and extremely customer focused. On a Friday afternoon, knowing that I was calling for a weekend project too late in the day for delivery, one of the owners himself brought me a load of gravel. This is my 3rd purchase from this company and I will support them in any future projects I have. Im not a person that leaves frequent reviews, but given three extremely positive outcomes, Im hopeful others will try them out for their next project !

Feel free to shop around, but these prices are average or slightly less than competitors, they are legitimately friendly and offer discounts for multiple deliveries in the same day. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs materials delivered. I am so glad they are local! Keep up the great work and customer service, you are going places!
