U.S. Lawns has been providing us service on our bio-swale along our right of way for Veteran's Blvd, where the City of Gonzales has award-winning developments in Smart Growth - Sawgrass Point Apartments, Cypress Point and Legacy 2020. We have been well pleased with the results and cost effectiveness of their service. A bio-swale is an environmentally friendly drainage structure that include plants, stone and landscaping features. U.S. Lawns of Baton Rouge does a great job for our restaurants. I've been using this company for several years. They service over 20 locations for us. They are very professional, communicate well, quote jobs to make our locations more appealing. They always help out on emergency jobs for us. We've had them out for irrigation repairs, bolder issues, weather related tree damages, all after hours without any complaint from them. Anytime we have a new build or remodel they are the first that I recommend to quote the job for our contractors. The owner and her team are great to work with.

U.S. Lawns installed an underground sprinkler system in my yard this past summer. I was out of town for the entire project. My yard was left clean and neat. When I returned, Alex came to my house and spent a lot of time showing me how to operate the system. During a recent run of sub-freezing temperatures, U.S. Lawns came on very short notice to winterize my system. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Dealing with both Alex Carruth and Jamie Carruth was a pleasure.

Not only are they almost $1000.00 cheaper than the previous provider but they do a better job and even go the extra mile. This company does excellent work and the owners are very professional, as well as go above and beyond for their customers!
They do a decent job when they show up. We are supposed to have our lawn taken care of once a week. For instance, in June they came 4th, 14, and the 26th. We pay for weekly service. I have called and talked to them 2 times and the last time I was assured it would be taken care of. By the time they come the grass is 6-12 long in some areas. Not acceptable, at this point I do not see us renewing our contract or recommending this service to others.
