I signed up with Treppendahl a couple months ago and they ve already seasoned my lawn with their magic sauce, overhauled miles of botanical mixup that were my flower beds - the beds that got away from me the last two years, and today came and aerated the soil finishing just a few minutes ago. I should have taken before and after s of all this but didn t think the difference would be so dramatic. What continues to impress me even more are all the great people I ve had the privilege of meeting and visiting with while they ve been at my home. They re good people - really good people. Gerald was here today and he knows what to do and he even used his hand tool in areas still wet from the last rain, and he did so without leaving a hint of a rut - because he wanted it done right. Before leaving he wanted to brief me and pointed out a few things I needed to be aware of and he was happy to do it. Lastly, I bet a buck some of their clients call them The Treppen Dolls . And why not. You couldnt have a finer group of people happy to help you. Maybe add that as a graphic on the back of their shirts and vehicles . They already earned their own slogan in my book. The following pertains to today s visit, October 17, 24 because I couldn t figure out how to post a second review on this platform. It has been many months since I turned my entire plant-life over to the TreppenDolls, and come to think of it, I m surprised I haven t been featured on national news for being the person who made the best decision ever. But do keep an eye out for me - it s bound to happen soon enough. Today, Mr. Logan performed the second round of lawn aeration and while doing so, I experienced a cognitive misfire and opened the door because my dogs looked like a potty break was in order. Imagine being way back in someone s yard when a human misfire sends two big Rottweilers and chunky little Pit running around a corner at full speed barreling straight at you . Yeah, I d have run as far as I could screaming embarrassingly loud swearing I d never ever find myself in a situation like that again. But Logan, no, he just stood there waiting on them and then loved on them and let them handle their personal business. Then he finished up with the task at hand and then waited a life time, or at least 10 minutes for me to get to the door so he could brief me on the work he did. Who does all that for a customer??? Logan and the rest of the TreppenDolls sure do it. And that s on top of the excellent work they do - so it is true I can t be more satisfied with their service - unless if maybe they make dinner or something before they leave. Bottom line, don t be the ugly yard neighbor that I was, turn it over to these folks and be the kind of celebrity I m about to be. P.S. I ll consider sending pictures of my yard to whomever reads this entire review.

A little overpriced for the service they provide. Their treatments never fully killed all the weeds they treated for. If you have money to burn this company is the one to use.

I called several times, they delayed me for weeks (partially weather related), finally they gave a day and never showed. Update: They ended up coming the next day. Afterwards, they also took the time to get back to me and stated it was a communication issue, something that they would try and remedy for the future. This company dumped plastic frisbees on the entire Shenandoah subdivision today, in peoples yards, in the streets, in front of gutters just waiting to clog our already overwhelmed drainage system There are pieces of these unsightly frisbees crushed all over our roads now. This company is a menace. They won t answer the phone. I ve been in touch with the city authorities about this blatant littering and illegal solicitation. Update after company response: I don t like or dislike the frisbees. I dislike the littering on our streets and the millions of pieces of broken plastic that we are running over because you just threw them willy-nilly at people s houses. Solicitation in the subdivision is illegal. And I have tried to call your company but you don t answer the phone. Pay for mailers like other responsible companies.

I called Treppendahl to help reimagine my back yard area, cleanup the front beds, add a gravel walk and also a quarterly service. I had to wait for the landscaping work as they are in demand, but it was worth the wait. The crew was courteous and worked fast to make sure everything I asked for was done. What I liked, besides their knowing what they were doing, was that they cleaned up after themselves. They weeded my flower beds, cut back various plants, and mulched after weeding.

Customer service was great, but the overall product with the lawn treatment plan was unsatisfactory after a year in the program. When I mowed my lawn last week, I observed as many weeds, if not more than what I had before treatment. This made me feel like I had wasted $600

I had 2 small patches of grass that looked brown. They told me first I wasn t watering enough. Then they said I had a fungus and repeatedly treated my lawn for that even though it continued to die. They also treated for fungus at 2:30 one afternoon in over 100 degree heat, which can kill your grass. 75% of my grass which was treated is completely dead. The rest of my grass they didn t treat looks great. They say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee I asked them about it and they stated they did not kill my grass. There s no doubt in my mind they totally killed my St. Augustine that I paid so much money for 2 years ago.

Treppendahl installed the lighting in my garden. The lighting gives my house a luxurious feel. The statue of Mary is accented with the spotlight shining on her. And the lights shining on the white brick looks really good. Overall the lighting increases my homes curb appeal! Would highly recommend!

I love to work outside in my yard, I used to keep all the chemicals and tray my yard myself, but I always had VBW and dollar weed. So I decided to give them a shot at fixing my yard, I could not be happier with the results, and when I consider the chemicals and application devices etc. I am certain it is cheaper too

Had used another provider at my old address, and just wasnt satisfied. Started using Treppendahl when we moved to our new house in 2019. Not bragging, but my grass is the greenest on the block. I credit Treppendahl for this. Very knowledgeable about local treatment techniques and what works best. Their communications are prompt and professional. If I ever have a question, it is usually answered the same day. Technicians all do a great job and never leave anything behind that they shouldnt. Would give 6 stars if I could.

They have been pretty awesome to work with, glad I finally made the call. Super easy to work with, they use google maps for your estimate, they show up when they say they will, and the results are fantastic, eliminated all the problematic weeds with their great winter program and I finally got into spring with a great looking yard.

Ive been a client of Treppendahl Landscape over a year. They come out to treat my lawn; about 6-7 services per year. They are always on time, sending an email notification before the service, and after the service is complete. My lawn has never looked so good; green, lush and most important, weed free! All services are set up on auto-bill on my CC that is on file so no hassle with payment. They will email a receipt after payment has been made. If they cant service your home, for whatever reason, they will email ahead of time to reschedule. They are priced fairly and I couldnt be happier with the results.

I have been so impressed with the transformation of my lawn since I started using these guys! I once had a 70-30 weed to grass ratio! I still have the same ratio, only now the 70% is grass !

My lawn used to have stickers and clovers but now it is nice and soft! I had more weeds than grass in my yard. I contacted Treppendahl for their weed abatement program. I saw noticeable improvement after just two treatments. They notify you the day before the treatment and upon completion. The technicians are conscientious to report new developments, like when my lawn developed a fungus. Those treatments, too, produced a quick improvement. Treppendahl knows their stuff and I highly recommend them.

They send notices when they are coming to work, if something changes then they send emails or text messages alerting you to a changed schedule. They are very responsive and get right back to me when I have questions. Their crews are on-time, communicative and they want to get things right.

They ve also just completed a raised planter cleanup to remove trash plants I wasn t able kill or remove myself. We are in the midst of a project including a new pool and outdoor pavilion. Rob has done all of the drainage work- and it was a lot- with a crew of two guys that hand dug trenches all over, according to the plans. The fellows were so pleasant and great workers. Rob will do the landscape installation after the construction is over and we look forward to the final results.

I am totally satisfied with the maintenance work performed in my extensive flower beds and gravel walkways (at least 1,000 square feet). The venues had been neglected for 6 months, and therefore, had become overwhelmed with weeds that had to be hand-pulled (no weed-eaters or herbicides). The two employees were on time, courteous, and efficient. I assisted during the entire time. That helped speed the work along but also allowed me to observe the workmen on a continual basis. Good landscaping isnt cheap and I wanted a fair deal so I shopped around with several landscapers. Im a hardcore shopper and very value based consumer and Treppendahl Landscape exceeded my expectations by far. I feel like they did way more than what was on the proposals. Rob and his crew busted their rears for almost two weeks at my house and then Rob did a walk through with me to make sure the job was to our satisfaction.
