Excellent work done by a very competent crew. And done in a timely manner.

This is not about landscaping, but about the amazing crew! Yesterday our rescue dog, who has only been around humans the last two weeks, darted from my yard. My daughter and her friends had to chase the terrified pup blocks away in our neighborhood. Many neighbors were tying to help us catch this traumatized dog. An entire crew of your employees stopped and (after an hour of us chasing) they caught little Frank!!! He was so scared but thankfully your guys came to the rescue and QUICK!!! So thankful for those men!

They destroyed my property doing thousands of dollars of damage and then made repeated excuses and refused to accept responsibility. Mowed down to dirt, killing the lawn, and hit multiple concrete drainage structures, fracturing two of them. Dangerous, unskilled, fly-by-night company.

They are very dependable and do great work

Do not sign a contract with these people. Their sales people lie, then they do not come out on the scheduled days. I wish I could give no stars. Terrible customer service.

Jessica and her team was AMAZING!!!! I definitely didn t expect for them to get my yard done in one day especially since it was raining and freezing outside. They kept on working and the finishing project was BEAUTIFUL! I ll definitely be seeing them once out the year.

The most despicable lawn care company that I have ever come across. The workers show up at 6 AM on the weekends to cut grass here at my apartment complex, waking up the whole place. They also cut the grass when it is muddy. They have completely ruined the courtyard as it looks like a four wheeler track. None of the workers speak English, so you cannot communicate with them. Whoever is sending these men out to do this work is a very greedy human being, and they could care less about anything other than money. Here s the best part, they actually try to blow wet leaves and stand there and look confused when they can t.

I have used GreenSeasons for Landscaping, and indoor and outdoor pest and termite control, and have never been disappointed. They have had to revisit for some issues and have always come timely and treated every issue happily until it is resolved. It s been a very long time since I ve experienced such a service-oriented company. They really do value customer service. I would gladly recommend this company!

I am an Office manager at a major facility services company in Baton Rouge. One of our drivers cut his truck too wide and went into one of our customers grass lawn, leaving deep ruts. The customer was livid, even threatening to call the police. I called Green Seasons and got on the phone with Marquel Templeton. From the first conversation she was all about getting it done, which is great, because I needed this customer taken care of immediately. She went out to the site of the incident herself and sent me pictures of the damage, and sent follow up emails during the entire process. She laid out my options, I chose, and the work got done ASAP. Just solid customer service man, it was refreshing. We will 100% be using them for any similar problems in the future, thanks Marquel!

I couldn t be happier with the tree removal job Big Bark Tree Service did at my home. They were punctual, professional, and polite. They cleaned up nicely after the job was completed, and their price was reasonable. I will be calling them for all future tree work.

For many years, GreenSeasons has been my one call whenever I needed work done in my landscape. They have trimmed my palm trees, removed trees completely, reworked my landscaping beds and even repaired my irrigation system. They weren t always perfect, but when I had an issue with something, they were quick to address it and remedy the situation. Well, that was in the past. I m not sure if they have had a change in leadership or not, but the GreenSeasons today is NOT the same company they were in the past. Recently, I tried to get them back out to my house to trim the same palm trees that they have done for years, but this time all I got was pushbacks, excuses and rescheduled dates. I only received the information regarding the rescheduling AFTER I called them wondering why they didn t show up? The customer service professionals are far from professional. They don t always answer calls and when they do, they transfer you to voicemails without taking the time to even ask if they could help. And this was coming from their customer service manager! If you leave a message, they never call you back. The only time that you will speak to them is if you happen to get lucky and they answer your call. After you are able to speak with a customer service professional , you can no longer believe a word they say. They will contact the working crews to find out why they didn t show up but they won t call you back to let you know. You have to call them back and then they will tell you. The communication between the inside team and the field crews is unbelievably bad and I m not certain that this is not an inmates running the asylum situation. It appears the field crews determine everything and they truly don t care about customer service or any inconveniences their lack of information and communication causes their customers. Or, as in my case, their former customers. So, where in the past I would have recommended GreenSeasons for tree trimming and general landscape work there is no way I would do that today. They have lost their focus and all sense of professionalism. If you have TONS of patience and you are willing to listen to lie after lie (after you track them down), then God bless you and good luck. But if you want your job done right and when they say they will do it (within reason), I would suggest you skip this company and call the next one on your list. Trust me, it has gotten really bad over there.

GreenSeasons exceeded my expectations and did a fantastic job with our landscaping. Kaleb was a pleasure to work with and was always quick to respond to all of my questions.

Ive been using Green Seasons for my recurring yard work for a few years now. Their pricing is reasonable, and they are far more responsible than some of my previous lawn care workers. They let you know the day before theyre coming, keep a good schedule, and clean up nicely.

Daniel Christian at GreenSeasons has been wonderful from beginning to end of my complete landscaping project. His suggestions for plants as well as proper care for them was most helpful. The crew worked really hard to remove my overgrown azaleas and saga palm and prepared the beds well for all new plants. I am completely satisfied with the end results and my neighbors have already asked who did the work. Of course I told them, It was GreenSeasons!

Kaleb was very helpful as well as receptive to changes and additions we made to our drainage system. Their team did an excellent job at ensuring the slope for the drain pipe was correct as well as ensuring our irrigation system had no issues at the project completion. Very pleased with their work.

Green Seasons was subcontracted to sod and landscape my new construction home. One star is giving them too much credit and would urge anyone looking at them to consider other options. Four times they had to be called out to fix standing water issues in my backyard. The front yard is such a disaster that we are having another company raise the level and re-sod. This is a new home as of November 2018 so just a few months later I need to put in a new yard. Such a disappointment from a company that does so much business in my neighborhood. Look elsewhere. I haven t even mentioned the boxwood hedge that they planted; that was done just as poorly. ETA: In response to owner s previous response that they follow the scope of work allocated by the contractor, that really is irrelevant when we are talking about the grass level being below the cement level. The end result is that my money was wasted twice because of the careless work. Once with the initial scope and now with the replacement. Secondly, The point about doing grading and sod all the time, again means nothing to me. A poor job was done and hasn t been rectified. Please contact me if interested in resolving. May update: I never heard from this company again and had my entire yard redone. The difference is night and day. It is a shame a organization this big produces this kind of quality. Look for a company led by owners with morals that do the right thing - i.e. elsewhere.

Wow. just called to let them know that the new crew that is cutting the empty lot next to mine is leaving a large swath uncut. ( It appears that they were told to cut to the telephone pole and are stopping one short). This is two weeks in a row, the grass is now about 2 feet high and when I called them, was told Youre just wasting my time if you dont have an address where the invoice goes and then hung up. Incredibly rude... and yes, i told them my address, so how hard would it be to determine which lot is was and just let the guys know to cut one pole over. not interested in fixing the issue. 30 minutes later - OK, after cooling down from the previous call, thought Ild give them a second chance and call back and try again. Again, I was told that they didnt know if they could figure out which lot they cut, but the lady i talked to this time was much more polite. Dont have any confidence that the problem will be fixed until the city sends the owner a notice, but I tried.

It started with them sitting outside of my house taking in where the sun would rise and fall and what types of plants would thrive where I requested. The men arrived early , they worked diligently all day in the freezing cold , asked if I was pleased with placement before they planted and took their time cleaning up and making everything around my entire yard look immaculate! I called them without really knowing what was wrong with my sprinkler system. They were quick to schedule a time, kept me updated on when they would be there and diagnosed and fixed my problem that day. The tech even made a few adjustments unrelated to the issue to improve my sprinkler system performance. Ill definitely use them for service issues and improvements moving forward.
