This was one of the most unprofessional & rude local companies I’ve ever dealt with. On two separate occasions, the company sprayed our yard despite us cancelling service. When we received the bills and we refuted the charges, we were told that they had no record of us cancelling the service. We cancelled the service because their invoices say that service will renew without cancelling, so we made sure to do it… twice! On top of all this, the product is inferior to TruGreen and Mosquito Joe (whose services we currently use). Mosquitos were still an issue after the sprays and one of our front yard bushes died after the service started. The company claimed that this was impossible because their product couldn’t do that, but it certainly wasn’t a coincidence. Bottom line: try a different company and if you make the mistake we did, make sure to keep everything in writing and don’t trust that what is said on a phone call will be honored.
Royse has not only great service, but great "customer" service. Their mosquito extermination works great. And more importantly, when I'm having an event, they adjust their schedule to take care of my property so everything outdoors can go on with out a hitch. This is how every company should treat it's customers.

Best lawn care service around! Don’t bother with the other big name lawn care places. Royse is a family owned company and has the best services, prices and best employees! Every employee is super nice and helpful! Definitely worth every penny with the quality of services they offer!

Our lawn has never looked better since handing the fertilizing chores over to Royse Lawn Care! For years I struggled to keep our yard looking good and free of weeds, dandelions,etc. but to no avail. I remember when they first arrived I was just looking to get the lawn acceptable in my mind. They have exceeded my expectations and have moved our lawn past respectable into being proud of the way it looks. I really enjoy the helpful tips they provide in their newsletter at each visit. I was over to her house and noticed that she ha numerous weeds in her yard. she said that she called about that and the women that she talked to said that there is nothing that they could do about it. But did try to sell her a sales pitch I think this was not handled very professionally
I started having Royce lawn care treat my yard two years ago. I just did my first cut three weeks ago in my yard looks absolutely phenomenal! Not a single dandelion and it is thick as carpet! I called Royse Lawn Care because a competitor lawn care companys treatment damaged my beloved peonies. The owner was so kind to give me advice on how to help remedy the problem and gave me potential outcomes for the plants. Their help was generous and kind. If the other company doesnt adequately find a solution, Royse will definitely be the company we call for our future needs!

We switched to Royse mid-summer after becoming extremely dissatisfied with our previous lawn care provider. The transformation has been absolutely incredible. Their aeration and over seeding treatment resulted in thick new growth in areas that had failed to grow grass in the past. The nutseed and Johnson grass that we had been told couldnt be controlled are completely gone. As you may have guessed, they came highly recommended to me and I would tell anyone that these are the professionals that you are looking for! at Sayler Park, Cincinnati.

Amazing work, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have a 4 year old that always leaves toys in the yard. Before every treatment they walk the yard and collect his toys, and remove any fallen branches. Taking the extra time to do the small things means so much to my wife and I. Ive used Royse lawn care for 3 years and my yard is weed free, lucious, and always the greenest on the block!
