I rarely post reviews but I sincerely have been utterly impressed with this companys service, response, knowledge, etc. since I hired them five years ago. The entire staff is friendly, and I cant reiterate, knowledgeable (I love reading their in-depth emails they send about lawn care). They genuinely care about their business and making sure their customers are informed. After reading their emails I realized I had been completely sabotaging my lawn (not realizing it) and the past years the yard has looked better than ever. Would recommend to every person I talk to.

I absolutely LOVE the Lawn Doctor of Batavia, IL! They made my previous lawn look great & have since TOTALLY transformed the lawn at my new residence! We are new homeowners on a tight budget and have been with Lawn Doctor Batavia-Aurora for about a year. Even with just the minimum basic services (honestly probably less than the min. recommended haha) it has still definitely been well worth it! Looking back I realized this first year we ve been so busy just moving in and getting settled that the lawn was the last thing on our mind. I m thankful we found a company to trust to help us take care of our lawn. They also send really informative emails that have helped teach us a lot. If you are on the fence about where to start with a company, or are tired of the one you have, maybe give lawn doctor a try. They seem to genuinely care about what they do and take the time to do their research and educate their customers, which helps us all work better together.

We have used Lawn Doctor for the past 3 years. Our lawn is healthy and green. The owner, Kim Toth, is amazing. If you need to reschedule the service you just email her and she changes it. Also if you have new weeds come up in between services they come out. Natural for our dog which is extremely important. Our dog can go after a service in 2 hours. Literally the best personal and professional lawn service we have ever used!

Lawn Doctor continues to be my lawn care service after several years. I chose them after seeing a neighbors lawn and the poor service from the service I used at the time. What a tremendous difference. The lawn always looks lush and green. The work is always on schedule and executed in a professional manner. That equals good quality and good value.

We started a lawn care plan with Lawn Doctor in the spring of 2023 that included fertilization and weed control. We saw much improvement in our lawn over the summer. I have been using lawn doctor for about 4 years or more and the change in my lawn has been remarkable for the better. My huge problem was creeping charlie taking over several areas of my lawn. Additionally, dead patches, dandelions and other basic weeds were prevalent and treated. My lawn is thicker and healthier than it has ever been. I have used some of the chain lawn maintenance services before turning to the Lawn Doctors. While youll pay a slightly higher price, what I like is that when they visit my lawn, they are clearly taking the appropriate amount of time for the applications. Seems like the low cost businesses are trying to see how fast they can do it and they almost always miss spots. Plus the pest control is excellent!

Been using Lawn Doctor for five years. From day one they provided what I was looking for. The gentleman came over, looked at our lawn and explained the required work. Seeding was a chore, they do have an injection seeding machine and Guarantee grass will grow and it did. We ve always had one of the best lines in the neighborhood no matter where we lived and I do appreciate the fact that they provided customer service for what we needed not just a blanket idea. Interestingly they re willing to come out to your house and look at your mind the other for my use for over 20 years refused to even answer my phone call so obviously they got fired and I m glad that that we switch the long doctor

Lawn Doctor of Batavia (Dan and Kim) are the real deal. They really know their lawn restoration, are willing and able to share their knowledge with their customers, and they walk their talk by doing excellent work! They are super easy to do business with (flexible and honest) and considering the quality of the end result they are fair and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for lawn restoration of any nature.

The front desk was not helpful at all, I asked for a professional to come and give me an estimate and tell me what i need done.. just a simple request. I couldnt understand her and she was extremely unhelpful the conversation went no where. Ive never had this much trouble with a simple request talking to front desk.

My lawn was a horrible mess even though I had another lawn service at the time. I signed with Lawn Doctor when I saw how beautiful my neighbors lawn looked. And I have been very pleased with how they rescued my lawn, so much so that I recommended them to my daughter as well. An added service they provide are their newsletters emailed to customers with advice on caring for their lawns and shrubs, and warnings of pests, fungus and the like throughout the seasons. No other lawn service has ever provided this type of continuous contact with their customers.

Horrible, had to replace entire front lawn, they offered nothing to cope even though we were with then for the whole year! We even watered throughout the entire summer. Not sure what went wrong. Absolutely ridiculous and no reason why it happened.

We began using Lawn Doctor earlier this year after moving into a new home with a yard that needed some work. We have been impressed with Lawn Doctors work, especially their power seeding that we did this spring in a large (previously dirt) area in our backyard. Lawn Doctor (run by Kim and Dan Toth) is a class operation. Our lawn had a lot of clover and creeping charlie almost 3 years ago. We started with Lawn Doctor in the fall the first year and had one treatment and the aeration done. Then the next summer we had the whole procedure done. Our friends and family were amazed with how great our lawn looked. We were amazed. The owners and their staff are great at communication. They always email you ahead of time when the service will be provided. They send out helpful tips about the lawn and the weather. We are super happy with their service.

There is a lot of nonsence lawn companies around. I tried to schedule Core Aeration with some of them, but they are either too expensive or are not flexible. LAW DOCTOR is the best and they provided very good service. In addition, they write every month a useful information about lawn conditions.

She is incredibly knowledgeable, as was her staff; they were spot-on in diagnosing our (many!) lawn care issues! Their communications was outstanding as well; Kim called me personally to answer questions that I had! Her newletters are very informative as well and help one to better understand the nature and cycle of lawns, as well as suggestions to keep ones lawn looking great in the interim! If you need help with your lawn, Lawn Doctor should be your first choice!

Ive been using Lawn Doctor for the past 3 years, and my lawn keeps getting better looking every season. The first year they came out, I didnt have a lawn, I had a giant patch of creeping Charlie. A few treatments later, no more creeping Charlie, and the lawn started to show signs of life. Also, after every treatment, I get an email of things theyve noticed that could either be good or bad for my lawn. If Ive ever been concerned about something, they come back out, and make sure things are taken care of. I would recommend them to everyone who takes pride in their lawn.

We ve have Used various lawn services throughout the years and also did our own fertilization and weed control. When we had a persistent lawn problem for years, we once again tried to find answers with lawn services. Most barely listened to what I tried to tell them and recommended services I had already done. Some wouldn t even come out and wanted just pictures sent to them! Lawn Doctor came out the day after I called them, spent the time to listen to me, walk around the yard, actually look at surrounding yards and actually pumping my problem. He then gave me remedies, websites to further understand his findings and a plan to go forward. We have used Lawn Doctor for years for regular weed/feed/insect control. Due to a number of issues (erosion of soil, ground compaction, tree growth) our lawn was looking really weary. Lawn Doctor came out to aerate and power seed in early Spring. We did not see much growth after waiting a couple of weeks. I called them back and explained to them the lack of growth. They responded that they would ensure we get it going. Came out and redid everything including adding some topsoil at no cost to us. Grass is now looking great. Will continue to use them and recommend to everybody. Great people to do business with.

We first called Lawn Doctor three seasons ago when we began to have dead spots appear on our lawn in mid-summer. Our previous lawn service was unable to diagnose the problem. Lawn Doctor properly diagnosed the cause of the damage to be chinch bugs and treated the lawn accordingly. We have continued to use Lawn Doctor since then and our lawn looks fabulous.

These guys absolutely know what they are doing. Our yard is taken care of so well with the proper fertilizers and treatments that weve never needed to water and our yard stays looking green. They diagnosed a fungus issue with our lawn after a competing company said they had no idea what it was and suggested treatment anyway. Lawn Doctor consulted a lab and received supporting evidence that their diagnosis was correct. The treatment from the competition would have been more costly and incorrect.

This company is fantastic! I have learned more about lawn health from their updates alone, than after 30 years of caring for my own lawn! The owners actually care and that shows through their employees as well. Thank you all for your help!

We have used different lawn services in the past but Lawn Doctor is by far the best. If the time is not good that they are coming out they easily reschedule. If your yard is having weed problems they come out and fix it. Customer service superb. We wouldn t use anyone else and they have very competitive pricing.

Lawn Doctor is the best. My lawn was practically dirt 8 weeks before a graduation party in my back yard. Kim and Dan answered my call, assessed my lawn, educated me on maintenance to get grass in 6 weeks. Lawn Doctor had also added a mosquito service that is fantastic. Dan came out to spray for mosquitos and my yard was mosquito free- even after it rained. You have to try it for your back yard gatherings and bbqs. Kim and Dan care about your lawn and help educate you on how to keep it green. They will offer tools like hose timers to keep it green. Most services dont care because it keeps them in business. Lawn Doctor of Batavia/Aurora know youll keep them in business because of customer service and results.
