Dales Lawn & Tree Service LLC in Bartow

I cannot recommend. Robert and his wife are not dependable nor do they respond. Kept "missing" my yard and I had to call them several times. Also, they just quit showing up, leaving my yard unmowed for over 2 weeks without any explanation or response.

Dale's lawn care has being mowing my lawn for a few months now and is very good and honest company that do a very good job

Dale or Robert, What ever you want to call him. I gave him 1 star, because it would not let me do less. He knows that in 2 occasions, I have given him work. That is also after him acknowledging that he head was not in the right place the first time. I gave him a second chance and messed it up. During the second chance, My wife hired him to do a tree cutting job. My wife TRUSTING him, paid upfront and DID NOT finished the job. I have tried to call him, with no return call. When I was finally able to get thru, his wife stated that, I had the wrong number. Robert don't take her kindness as a weakness. You know what I'm talking about.

Robert gave great customer service and is fare with prices, he came the next day took care of my lawn, I would recommend his service to everybody

I first called " ROBERT" number given to me by Cassandra, he stated stop calling, and stated i was a solicitor"- mind you. I called him back, said, I am notrt, and scheduled an estimate He said he would do the estimate Not only didn't show up, never replied back, nothing DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE NON EXISTENT!! VOICE MAIL SOUNDS LIKE A WOMAN WITH KIDS BACKGROUND, NOT EVEN A BUSINESS HORRIBLE- NO SERVICE

So impressed by what this hard working crew was able to accomplish. They turned a weed filled neglected back yard into a beautiful trimmed and landscaped outdoor living space! Would highly recommend them.
