The staff is really falling off on weed eating, crisp mow lines, and picking up anything before just mowing over it and leaving all the debris in the yard.

I been with Peoria Lawn a couple summer seasons now and plan to continue. They do a great job on my lawn I highly recommend them.

Our yard was covered in a thick layer of leaves and the crew did a good job mowing/mulching in the allotted 2.5 hours. Big improvement and will schedule additional work in the future to clean the rest.

Always hard to do a gravel driveway but looked good.

Today was 1st time shoveling my drive. I would have appreciated if he would of 1st went to my door to ask exactly what needed done n I could of told him about some of the hard to do spots n where the obstacles were. He hit our well cover. And then didnt finish the entrance of our driveway so I could curve my car into my drive without driving over a pile of snow. Everything else was ok. Today when my lawn was mowed Gregory Bryson pulled my house drain pipe elbow with attached hose off and then threw it over by the corner of the porch. When done mowing he again forgot to reattach the drain. This hose has to be on or my basement floods. I had to reattach the elbow and screw so it would drain right. Also when you cut my grass after storms and it is soaked, it doesnt get cut as well, you could wait a day to let it dry!

Peoria Lawn did a great job of snow removal for us. They came when they said they would and did a really nice job!

Peoria Lawn cleared my driveway after a heavy winter storm, they did a great job considering how busy they must have been after the recent blizzard. The only aspect of the job that I think they could improve on is how job request details are communicated to those on the job site. I had a specific request that wasn t met, but it was something I could do myself in the end so wasn t a big inconvenience. Overall, I would recommend them to others and am very thankful for their service.

They removed snow from my driveway and sidewalk. They arrived two days earlier than promised after a huge snowstorm. Great job.

I called to get a price to get my driveway plowed. They were able to come out the next day at half the price I was quoted by others. An absolute God-Send!

Service (snow removal) was good and price is fair. The website made me believe the service would be quicker, stating that they aim for service within 12 hours of a storm, that 12 hours was closer to 36. Once they arrived, they were efficient and professional.

The people at Peoria Lawn did phenomenal work! We needed a spring clean-up and it was a huge job. I wish we had reached out to them sooner, haha. Everyone was friendly and professional and I look forward to working with them for our future lawn care! Thank you guys for great service!

Awesome company, they DO what they are there to do, unlike others who well no comment. Peoria Lawn is a great service with employees who are there for a paycheck, we all are, BUT these guys go way far and beyond. Pride in work runs rampant here. I ve had three employees and all are great.

Used to love this company. Customer service was great and it was super easy to get ahold of someone. Now that I have a concern it is impossible to get ahold of someone. I have been calling for almost 2 weeks trying to get an explanation on my recent bill and no one has responded. I m bummed to write this review because the service has been great up until now. Update: Got a response and issue was resolved.

Peoria lawn sucks called to have my drive cleaned of snow after many calls back an forth finally at around four thirty they said they would be here buy the end of the day I am still waiting have never shown up an have never received a call back the next day I called calicotte they were here in fifteen minutes an finished in thirty minutes excellent job! I called for a snow removal job for a residential driveway they were there in about an hour ready to get the job done.They did a great job the price was very cool.Very polite and respectful I would definitely call them again.

Easy to set up appointment & good communication - until the day they were set to come & then nothing. Got a notification the next day that they were on the way. Acceptable grass mowing, but lots of sticks left behind. Did a great job cleaning up, though - no yard waste at all. Still not sure how to pay, but I m sure that will get worked out.

This company charged us 300% over estimate. They trimmed only half the bushes along the front of the house. They also removed 2 bushes for no apparent reason leaving stumps in their place. They also mowed down all of my flowers along the side of the house and a garden in the back. All with no apologies. If you value your property dont let these people touch your yard.

Stacey was great helping me get the service scheduled! It was a bigger job than anticipated and they needed another day, but it was totally worth it. Completely recommend them!

A Great company !! That gives excellent customer service! (Something that many businesses don t know the meaning of anymore). I used them for the first time last week, unfortunately, there was a scheduling miscommunication, I wanted them to come this week AFTER last weekend s extremely high winds and rain forecast, So that the last leaves on the surrounding trees would have fallen to the ground by then and my yard would look clean after they finish. To make a long story short, sure enough the leaves fell after the high winds & rain and my yard didn t look very nice for long, but Peoria Lawn s owner - Dave made it right! As a result I will be using them year round as needed!! I recommend them whole heartedly!!! Our yard looks FANTASTIC!!

This was a great service, but prices are a little misleading. My wife and I are COVID positive, so we didnt have the energy or lung capacity to mow our own grass. At the Central IL Home show we visited their stand and got a flyer. Knowing we couldnt cut our own grass, I called them. I received a text message when they were on their way. They push mowed, weed ate, rider mowed, and used a blower! Once they were done I even received a text message they were all finished. I knew a big company like theirs would offer plenty of equipment and options. What I didnt expect was such a thorough and full service experience as what I received. Honestly, for the level of work done, theyre worth every penny of the $50.00 lawn care package. However, what I didnt expect was paying an additional $5.00 per bag of bagged lawn debris. I specifically told them I did not request spring clean up or anything fancy. Really just needed the grass cut. I am absolutely thrilled about the work done, but I did not expect to pay $65.00 for my yard being cut. This is a bit rich for my little yard, and was not delightfully surprised about this additional $15.00 add on to my invoice. This makes for a very expensive service. And I am quite dissapointed I was charged for those things without being told and when I said I didnt need those extra services.

They went above and beyond. My yard was a wreck but they made it look amazing. Very nice people when I spoke to them afterwards. I will definitely use them again if I need lawn care in the future.

The crew that cuts lawns did a good job. Granted they missed an entire area of my yard for trimming this first time. Came out the next day to remedy that = good service. The first job came with a whopping fee of $294 which is almost triple what I normally pay for lawn service. However, the previous company had serious issues with rain delays leading to 2 weeks between mowings, etc, so I was going to give this company the benefit of the doubt due to their google reviews. Shyyla in the front office stated the first job would be more expensive due to 1) almost 2 weeks since the last mowing, and 2) they are learning my yard. She said the base rate was $80 for a one acre lot + time over 30 minutes. AND THEY CHARGE BY THE MINUTE! She really could not estimate the amount it would routinely cost but said they do not nickel and dime customers. Regardless we paid our bill and thought the following week would be roughly less than half based upon our previous experience (paying just shy of $100/ week) and all the extra attention necessary the first time. Came the second week, Evas crew is great. Did everything they were supposed to and was pleased. 5 days later I receive the invoice for $250. It also had a $35 charge for Spring clean -up which was NOT done = this had been cancelled prior and even STATES IT ON THIS INVOICE ABOVE THE $35 FEE!!! - There was no Spring Clean-up....my Nest camera footage proves this. I emailed them and said we need to discuss this because we will not be continued clients for 2.5x what we paid previously. I was told to call Dave the owner around noon to discuss. I called and as usual received their voicemail; no remedy. I emailed Shyyla back and said remove us from the schedule because we have not been able to remedy this and need to address this. I expected a return email from Dave but never received one. The following day is Thursday (my normal mowing day), and I just received a bill for $20 for a trip charge!!! I replied that I notified you 27 hrs ago to remove us from your mowing schedule, I was told 24 hrs is what Peoria Lawn wants (which corresponds to their website), and then they try to bill me!?!? Stay away because their billing practices are poor along with response to written communication; I dont have time to play phone tag all day. Read your email. Answer an email. Pretty simple. They should know approximately what a lawn of my size and caliber would cost based upon their expertise. If they told me $250-300 / week from the onset, I would have never wasted their time or mine. They are the professionals and should know better. Bottom line, if you dont mind paying outrageous fees and getting billed for services not performed, they do a good job. Update: In response to dubious response below: Beware...business claims I was quoted $504 for first service which is patently false. I never would agree to paying 5x what I normally pay. Instead I was quoted an hourly rate for Clean-up because they did not know the shape of my yard nor did they know how long it would take...could not even provide a ballpark estimate. Understandable...but dont lie about it. There was no savings because there was no quote. To all prospective clients...when you call Peoria Lawn, see if you are given a quote for lawn care or a base fee + minute rate; you wont get a fee for scope of service. Unless they change their billing practices, this alone will prove my point.

Got home from a long day at work to a yard mowed and trimmed the work they did was perfect and the yard looked nice. I was very much relieved. Two weeks ago they had some trees trimmed and back yard was cleaned up thanx to Peoria lawn.

We tasked Peoria Lawn with a time and labor intensive job of removing all the overgrown weeds, moss and branches from our property. They worked diligently and were very communicative about their process the entire time. I would definitely recommend these guys!

While the work they did was great. I was quoted, by email, 1 price. When the techs showed up, I was told another price, that was about $100 more. When I got my invoice, it was almost $300 more than the original quote. They worked to get the invoice down but still wont honor the verbal quote at the time of service. Causing me to pay $200 more than the original quote. I learned my lesson. Get everything in writing from them before allowing work to proceed.

We had an awesome experience! We had a huge tree trimmed down as it was going over the roof, sidewalk, fence, as well as a dying tree removed from the back! They were friendly and fast. The quality was way more than I could have hoped for. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone needing work done!

I used Peoria Lawn for some bush removal on the front of my house. The two techs were great and easy to work with, and they did a fantastic job. Will 100% use again for these sorts of projects.

I called Friday morning about mowing. By 4:00 or so they were here to do the yard. Will b back another time to clean my yard up better. Guys that came were great. Very Friendly

While they were very late to perform services due to extenuating circumstances, they were extremely apologetic and the quality of their service was excellent. They accidentally broke part of our kids swing set, admitted to it, and provided a refund for the damage. The customer service of this place was amazing and I would use them again.

Peoria Lawn do not stand by the estimates they give. They quoted me one price, I agreed to that price via a contract they sent, and after the job was completed, the next day I received an invoice with a higher price. They were able to view my bushes using a GPS system, then gave me a price for the work, and sent me the terms and quoted price for me to agree to. I did that, work was performed about 5 days later, and I was presented with an invoice for another ptkce. They are dishonest and I would never recommend them to any of my family or friends. I would possibly to an enemy. Peoria Lawn and I are at point of No Return!. They are history for me!!!

This certainly may have been an isolated incident, however, I was displeased with my experience. I put in a request to have my personal residence and a rental property serviced for a Monday. I scheduled for a 10 am - 11 am Window and its currently 11:55 am and they havent showed up. I understand that maybe the worker was held up at another job, however, good customer service would be to notify the customer that you will not be able to make the scheduled window. again Im not saying this is a bad company and Im sure this may just be an unfortunate incident that doesnt characterize the normal practices of Peoria Lawn. *UPDATE* The owner gave me a call and it turned out this was an isolated incident. A truck broke down and there was a hiccup with the online scheduling. David was very apologetic and more than willing to rectify the situation. I gladly decided to continue my service with Peoria Lawn because of Davids humility and servant-hood. If you plan on getting an estimate or scheduling service it may be best to give them a call.
