Crew came out and damaged my windshield. It was agreed they would pay for the repair. Chris weaseled out and now is missing.

8 weeks ago we meet with them to go over our upcoming project. We have heard nothing back from them. They never came back to measure, like he said he would. We tried contacting them several times to no avail. We informed them to forget the project, since communications were so bad.
