Recently called them when the ice storm hit our frozen tree and Hunter Queen (owner) with his experienced crew came to the rescue within 24 hours of calling their office. They had previously took down two other massively large trees along with grinding their stumps last summer. Once again, they completely took away all the tree trimming--not even a twig was left, all at an incredibly reasonable charge. Even without power inside, their quick response took away the added anxiety of the remaining tree limbs possibly falling on my house. Being licensed & bonded was a necessary requirement and our reason for choosing an established landscaper with a honest reputation. This further gave peace of mind during an already tense time. I contacted this company for help after the ice storm damaged my spruce trees. Someone was supposed to come out and give me an estimate on repair or removal if necessary. I never heard anything back. I had to call a local junk removal guy and have him remove them because they were leaning on my neighbors home.
