Sebert Landscape in Bartlett

This company does the hospital on our street and the neighbors are always upset that in the fall we get all the leaves from their property. I tried calling to send video of them blowing into road and other neighbors yards and got a incorrect email . And this is a finish job? Looks horrible for a business....well guess I can't post pics?

Terrible service in Villa Olivia our grass is always all sorts of different heights, they will cut your plants and flowers they shouldnt be cutting. They also camp out in your lawn on long breaks and leave messes behind.

I’ve been trying to obtain proposals from this company for months for 2 condo associations I manage. I’ve emailed several times & was given excuses & told I would be receiving the proposals soon. To date, I have not received anything. Would not recommend this company due to the poor service.

This company does the work for the building i live in.... i am now awake at 5 am with a screaming toddler because the driver didn't turn off the backup (even emergency vehicles will turn that down depending on the time.) I know the has been conversions about starting after 6 a.m. if they wait till saturday to do the lawn too. If i could get out of the use, i would.

My landscaping looks fantastic and the crew was super courteous and respectful of both me and my property. Their boss was really great about explaining things prior to me agreeing to get the work done and was always available for my questions. Love them!

If you lucky enough to get a good crew, they try to work with you. If you have any issue their management team is useless they never want to take responsibility for their mistakes.

Week after week they do a lousy job by my building. The only buildings that are done neatly are the ones the supervisor can see when he drives by on the street. I am in the middle of the block and my lawn that is not on the street side is never, never done as it should be. Leaves are blown toward my building instead of away from my building. My trees were never welled. Despite numerous complaints to management they still skip the one side of my building. Complaints to management is a waste of time. I have to rake my yard myself despite paying monthly assessments to have this done for me.
