Purchased a newly built home with sod in front and seeded grass in the backyard. Both front and back lawns needed help with weed control, bare spots and some dead sod spots. Turf care staff are amazing. When they come to the home, the tech explains what he has sprayed and gives advise on what we need to do to maintain the lawn. After only one season, the lawn looks 100% better. We also had lots of issues with geese pooping from a nearby pond. Turf care sprayed flight control that totally eliminated the issue in a safe and eco friendly way. No more geese in my yard.

A worker accidentally applied chemicals to my front and back lawns without my consent. He was supposed to treat my neighbors house and mixed up the address. Now my lawn is full of chemicals we did not want, and I am angry. I have young kids and a dog and we choose to never treat our lawn. This company needs to be much more careful about verifying addresses so they do not expose families to chemicals who do not want them.

Prior to Turf Care I used a service that both mowed my lawn and provided lawn treatments. When I decided to mow the lawn myself, I wanted to find a company that specialized in lawn care and one that was environmentally friendly and wouldnt spray toxic chemicals, especially since my dog is constantly in the yard. I found Turf Care online and hired them based on their stellar ratings. I have now been using Turf Care for 2 1/2 years. They are a very well run business and their customer care and communication are excellent. What about my lawn? It has never looked better! We used to have a serious weed problem in the lawn and they have completely resolved it. I now have the best looking lawn Ive ever experienced! My technician Joshua is very thorough and caring. I would highly recommend Turf Care to anyone looking for a healthy and beautiful lawn. These guys are real experts!

Excellent company in terms of results and service, performance outcomes, and kindness. They want to do their best for customers and it shows. Victor has been attending to the lawn for several seasons and he was very successful even though the lawn had puzzled others (we were told to give up and put sod down by one company). Caleb is an example of the excellent people you talk to if you call. We have also referred a family member and they had similar excellent results. A little - as in not much more investment than standard big box companies but worth every penny. Top recommendation!

This is the first lawn care company that has maintained our lawn completely. They address and answer concerns right away. All staff at this company are knowledgeable and kind.

I am giving five stars because I have never dealt with such amazing people. I have been using turf care for a few years now and I have always been pleased with their work and I love the tick and mosquito spray. My dog would literally have at least one tick a week on her but since I ve been using turf care she hasn t had any ticks. Well the reason for this review is because I had a question about other services that they provide and called today and the gentleman I spoke to was so very polite and knowledgeable. You don t find that very often. But everyone I have dealt with at Turf care is amazing. Thank you Turf care.

UPDATED 2/28/2024: I wrote the original review at the conclusion of the turf season for 2023. As I mentioned before, we have been with Turf Care for several seasons already and were disappointed with the way our service was handled on several occasions. Since our review, I have the pleasure of updating this review after communication with the Service Director, Ash. Ash and I have had open and transparent dialogue and he has made us feel heard since our initial review. I could not have asked for better follow-up from an organization to ensure exceptional service and communication. Ash and I talked to on many occasions how we could both work together for this upcoming season to make us feel like we mattered as a customer and that, is the epitome, of customer service. Not only did he acknowledge our concerns, but Turf Care and Ash have gone above and beyond with answering our questions and relaying the feedback to all channels involved. I have confidence that this season will be a great one and I cannot wait to see the updated results. We will reconvene at the conclusion of the 2024 season on this review and are confident in providing a 5/5 rating. I had been with Turf Care for a few years now, up until this past month. The service technicians have always been great, on time, and a pleasure to work with. I decided to discontinue my service with them due to the disconnect between the sales advisors and the service technicians. My advisor has been fine to work with, but his goal ultimately, is to sell you on additional products and services. Before using Turf Care, I had normally always had core aeration done by my landscapers along with fertilizer. This supplemented with the treatment Turf Care used did a decent job with my lawn. The biggest problem I had was with weeds, clover fields, and loose sod (that dried out). I had them out a few times in between services to help with the weeds and clovers. I followed their instructions to water thoroughly each week even during dry seasons. I found that friends had used competing lawn services and their yards had never been as bad as ours. I can get over the weeds though. My biggest reason for discontinuing services was the dried out patches of lawn and sod that I could pull out with my bare hands. I informed my advisor of this in the past year. His response to me was to sell me on liquid aeration which is separate from all packages. He informed me this would solve the problem and would be a much better replacement from your usual core aeration. Fast forward to Fall of 2023, my yard has sod that is pulling from 4-5 areas of my yard that looks like it has been stripped of nutrients. When I personally asked the service technicians of their thoughts, they informed me core aeration would have been ideal and not liquid. They personally stated to me that there is a disconnect between what advisors are selling us compared to what is actually beneficial to the lawn. I have no other choice but to replace the sod. When I told my advisor I wanted to discontinue service, HE DIDNT even bother to try and ask me what was wrong or how they could rectify my concerns. He simply discontinued my remaining services and that was that. You would ve thought he would ask how he could help the situation since he is the one selling my the products. I ve kept receipts of my communication and photos over the years. I really enjoy working with local businesses but may need to take my business elsewhere.

We have always had problems with our lawn. Especially with two boxers .lot s of doggie business going on there. This is the first time we have actual grass after the snow melt this year. It s amazing. The technicians do a great job of making sure to close all of our gates so our dogs don t escape. All of the suggestions they make have truly made a difference. I can t wait to walk on my grass in my bare feet this summer(In the front yard where there is not any dog business)! Thank you Turf Care!!!

After neglecting proper lawn care for a few years, we hired Turf Care to try to restore the beautiful lawn we used to have. We didnt expect much our first season, but we were amazed. We have had a great experience with Turf care for past few years. Beyond the lawncare treatments, I like their bug control - mosquitos, fleas, ticks etc since we have dogs, this year very helpful.. I will say that the cost did go up last year which is probably a industry thing but definitely a concern.

Turf Care was a great company to deal with. Prices were fair, agents were polite and communicative, and I felt they were always helpful and willing to adjust the program I had to meet my changing needs.

I was referred to Scott Maxwell at Turf Care Enterprises by my landscaper in the spring of 2023 to support a previously robust Autumn Blaze Maple that was producing no leaf buds come spring. Scott asked for photos and one of their tree specialists came out to inspect the tree. They were so knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help save our tree, coming out to check on it and consult with us on possible causes and treatments. All the people there are committed to providing the best customer support and are passionate about their work. Saved our beautiful Magnolia! We have a large magnolia tree in our front yard, which had become infected with scale. We had attempted to treat ourselves but were watching it steadily decline over the course of a couple of years. TreeCare (part of TurfCare) to the rescue! Theyve been treating our magnolias 2x a year for a few years now and they are back to their fully glory! Very grateful for them!

I especially like the personalized service they continue to give me. Our former lawn service left our gate unlatched!! I have two large dogs and two grandkids who are very fast and often are out of sight in the yard. Each time a TurfCare person comes out to service our property, they text me as I have requested. I love the simple text communications with the TurfCare technicians. I make sure everyone is inside before they enter the yard. Lastly, the techs let me know they are done too! Came out once to spray for weeds. Checked on the progress and I told them I still had a ton of weeds. They were going to send someone out right away to get another application down. Four weeks later they still hadn t shown up. Called and canceled my service. Waste of time and huge huge waste of money. Don t use this company.

Jesse, the mosquito and Tick control specialist treated our yard, and took the time to ask questions and make sure wre are receiving the service we expected, spraying problem areas and avoiding garden plants. He went above and beyond to ensure we received excellent service. Fine young man and very personable, represents his company well.

I love the products! Pet friendly is very important for us and our puppy. The instructions left at the door, the personalized written portion along with what product was placed on the lawn the day of the visit was always helpful. Whenever I had been home and bumped into a lawn technician they never had a problem answering any questions or concerns I may have had. The technician always looked well dressed and just presented the most pleasant and positive upbeat attitude. My lawn had major improvements, I know longer had grubs and the seeding filled in any bare spots I had , the seeding instructions and watering instructions are really important and I think that it helped make the overall health of my lawn optimal. The office staff is simply amazing always looking to get answers to you promptly and if you had a question for the individual that helped sign you up the administrative assistant would make sure to ask questions before the call transfer so you didnt have to waste time repeating yourself which to be honest makes life easier on us all. I don t usually post reviews but I am so pleased with this company I just had to. From the first time I called to now which is 3 years later I have had nothing but a good experience with them. Everyone is so friendly, nice and they are educated on the products they use and services provided. My grass was looking pretty bad and I didn t know what to do. They knew exactly what needed to be done and my grass has never looked better. And I also get the mosquito spray cause they were so bad and I can honestly say it has worked 95%. We still get a straggler here and there but nothing like before. Thank you so much Turf care and all the employees that made this a good experience.

Then we found Turf Care. By the end of the summer, Turf Care helped to transform the mess into a green lawn. He gave me so much help and information on how to get rid of this ugly problem. He walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. Not only that, Dan took the time to periodically check in with a phone call to see how things were going. This lawn care service really does customize to the clients needs. The other service we had came out and gave the client the same treatment that everyone else gets never mentioning that we had this bent grass taking over our lawn and certainly no help on how to get rid of it. We brought on Turf care At the start of the year, hoping they could help with the large amount of bare spots that had developed over the last 2 years. Whether it was from the drought or from the dogs, it was a problem. Turf Care came in ( specifically Ash), assess the situation put together a game plan and we started taking action. I knew repairing the yard would be like watching Grass grow ( a long process and uneventful) so, my expectations were low. We had some bumps along the way but the yard is in a much better spot compared to what I was expecting going into winter. And the pre-work we did should kick us off strong come spring! Much thanks to Ash for stepping in and stepping up! Some setbacks: scheduling and advanced notice of service window, small seeding window ( like 10 days small)= missed window from scheduling issue. Miscommunication from what was included vs what was being performed ( was cleared up post agreement start date without consequence).

We worked with the Turf Care team and were pleased with their openness and honesty in discussing fixing our lawn and proper steps and expectations. Overall happy with how they handled things given how much our lawn desperately needed help.

Turf Care Enterprises, Inc had cared for my lawn since 2018. They provide care of all of my lawns needs, including fertilizer, pest control, evaluations throughout the season, weed control & treatment, to name just a few. My lawn was struggling for several years before their service. It looks great now! Unfortunately, they dont provide weekly mowing & trimming. But, the services they do provide are excellent.

Our River Birch tree was looking bad, with shriveled leaves on about half the tree. Turf Care diagnosed the problem as Birch Borer blight, and applied a chemical soil drench at the base of the tree. The tree now is robust and healthy, and gets a new treatment yearly. Thank you Turf Care for saving our tree!

Wonderful staff, one of them designated to you, so you are not being passed around. Prompt response to questions and great service.

We appreciate their knowledge, professionalism, and communication. We know what, in advance, they are going to do and when they are going to do it. Furthermore, they give a good, personalized follow-up after the visit. For example, they let us know that our mower blade needed sharpening because our grass was showing brown tips--the sure sign that it was needed. We knew they were right because we had not had the blade sharpened in two years. Another time they warned us about a pest in our lawn that did not need immediate attention, but needed to be watched. Our lawn continues to look great (to the envy of our neighbors who use other providers), and thats why were going with Turf Care again in 2021.

I have used the Turf Care for the last 3 years. Theyre a bit more expensive than the larger national chains. But the quality of the work is better as well as the less harmful, more natural lawn products they use. Plus, its a local company. I wish I took before and after images of the lawn. Now, I have had certain weeds that were rather tough to get rid off without going full poison. TCE asked me to be patient and they were right. The normal ones were a breeze. The lawn is thick and green. I dont even like cutting it.

I started with Turf Care last year after dumping two different companies that were sloppy and indifferent. I understand trying to hustle and be productive but once you start cutting corners and causing damage you might be starting to miss the point of what the customer is paying you to do. I was not just pleased but amazed at how thorough and particular the guys from Turf Care are, doing the job the way I used to when I had more time and energy. I am paying a little more for Turf Care but compared to the last two outfits I am getting a WAY better deal. I wish I would have discovered them years ago!

TurfCare has been great! Our neighbor is sensitive to chemicals, after suffering from Lung Cancer. She recommended them to us, saying they use all natural products. Last spring, we found a weed had taken over probably 2/3 of our lawn. It was insane. After a couple treatments from TurfCare, it s completely gone, and our lawn just FEELS good. Turfcare did a great job on my lawn last year. They sprayed and eliminated the weeds and were very professional. They always left a note with what was done and recommendations. I added the pest control and was not bothered by mosquitoes even in the early morning when I took a dog out.

I started using Turf Care last spring. The lawn wasnt getting in good shape by some of the other vendors I used previously. The package I got seemed to have the lawn getting better. Its not completely where I want it to be. But Turf Care is helping it get better. I am going to use them this summer again. I was having trouble with Creeping Charlie and whatever they applied seem to improve the lack of Creeping Charlie.

I finally hired help, everything I tried on my own didn t work and finally, we can run around the lawn with the kids barefoot without getting stuck with weeds! TurfCare is so responsive and very helpful and informative. Even when I had questions about seeding myself or in between maintenance, they were able to call up pictures of my lawn and give me advice based on my specific needs. Great company to work with, already signed on for next summer.

Finally a company that uses more environmentally friendly chemicals for weed control. Now I dont have to worry about my pets on the lawn. They got rid of our weeds right away.

We started using Turf Care late in the season last year because our lawn had an explosion of crabgrass and bare spots. Between August and the first frost, Turf Care turned our lawn into a healthy, almost completely crabgrass free space. I cant wait to see the results after the next full season of care.

LOVE Turfcare. Spent a good amount of time talking to a highly knowledgeable advisor who was able to create a plan for my yard. We have a lot of shade and sitting water and he recommended a specific type of grass that was a little big stronger and thicker so my son could play baseball on it and not kill it. I called to check on tree care. We have a special tree requiring injections in order to rid it of ash borer beetles. They knew just what do do. They also looked over other trees on our property and knew the names of each of them. The previous owner of our house was a nursery owner and planted a Variety of beautiful trees.

These guys give notice as to when they will come and they always show up. I had a small complaint last year and the owner of the company called me up to make sure things were good. I had never used a service like this before and I must admit that my lawn does look much better now that I have.

Since I started using Turf Care four years ago, my lawn has looked great. My favorite part is not having to worry about dandelions and other invasive weeds taking over my grass. They also do a fantastic job at pest control including under lawn critters and ants trying to get in the house. The customer service aspect is also above par with notice prior to service and a responsive person, who either works on your lawn or manages the person who works on your lawn, to answer questions by phone.

I needed someone to aerate my lawn. I called and they were able to help me out. They came out and did that without me having to sign up for a yearly program.
