If I could I will gave them a no star. I am very disappointed with the experience I've had with the landscaping company my neighbor hired. Every time they came ( I guess last two years, yes it took me that long to react, I guess benefit of the doubt) to take care of the lawn during the fall, they ended up blowing leaves onto our side of the lawn, creating a big mess. Notice we live in Haddonfield where the yards are quite close. After working a 10-hour shift, my husband would come home and have to clean up their work so the grass wouldn’t suffocate under the pile of leaves. I saw them blowing leaves onto our property and decided to speak to the person responsible. To my surprise, he insisted that the large pile of leaves on my lawn was caused by the wind or passing cars. This was a frustrating response, especially since I had just watched him blow the leaves in that exact direction! Not to mention I clean the leaves myself a lot so I have understanding, it just doesn't work that way! This kind of carelessness and lack of accountability is really disappointing. Unfortunately, in the moment, I was quite frustrated and felt the need to express my concerns here. I acknowledge that clear communication is essential, and I’ll make a note to reach out directly in the future if something like this arises again. I’m glad to hear you’re taking steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again, (note that I never had the same problem with the previous company that my neighbor hired) I hope this will lead to improved diligence moving forward and I trust this will be addressed thoroughly. Little Bob’s is the best in the area. Have had sod put down and get regular service from them. Cannot recommend them enough. Sharing a before and after of the sod we had put down.
