I have had organic lawns taking care of my grass for a couple of years. Chris B. And Joe have been outstanding in their accommodation and always doing what is best for my yard. The grass is really turning around after 5 years of not using anything on my lawn because I was concerned about the pesticides another lawn company I had before organic lawns used. I had a baby and now a six year old I did want to expose to those cancerous and very detrimental chemicals. ( I m a pediatrician ). Anyway Organic lawns has really helped the grass make a return. This was our 1st experience with a lawn service and I was very skeptical. Rob was on his way home today, a Saturday when I called worried that I was missing the window of cool weather and rain to plant additional grass seed on bare patches in our yard. He turned around, came to our house and spread seed on the bare spots and talked to us for a bit about additional steps to take that will ensure the seeds germinate and take hold before the summer heat sets in. Really nice of him to do this for us.

I started using Organic Laws in the fall of 2023. It has not even been a full year yet but I have far fewer weeds and much better green color in my lawn than when I was making my own attempts at weed control and fertilizing. Since homes in our neighborhood are close and yards run into each other I asked Chris to swing wide as he was spraying fertilizer/weed kill and he was happy to accommodate the request (swinging wide in my mind provides a little extra cushion from dandelions and such moving back into our yard). Chris also offered to spray weeds coming through patio stones. Additionally he offered on next visit to seed some stubborn bare spots across the yard. As with most things and services, there are lots of choices (and price does of course matter) but for me it s often service that truly separates one from the other. Good job OL!

I signed up for the pay per visits last year and they only showed up half of the time. I called them for revisits due to crab grass and was told they did. According to my ring camera, I know they didnt. I have never saw them again and without a phone call. My husband call to cancelled in November. Much frustration and not recommended !!

This is my second year with Organic Lawns. Rob has done a really good job for my lawn last year and hes been coming back to get the soil tested etc during winter, prepping for the coming lawn care in 2023!

I rarely, if at all, make a negative review, but I felt that it was necessary to comment on the communication problem regarding canceling services due to our gated portion of yard not being maintained. However, Rob had come on this cold and dreary day to put this issue to a close. Unexpectedly, he has given his guarantee that he will personally service our property from here on so that it is done as we had initially agreed as well as to keep an open line of communication on when the service will be done. I commend his effort to keep customers at the forefront of his business and I hope that this matter will not return. Let me be clear, the service itself is spot on best around. The people? Very nice and respectful. However, communication is lacking amongst their staff members.

I have what is known as a problem lawn (builder grade starter lawn issues) and have used several companies for the 11 years Ive been here. My lawn has looked and been its best since I started using Organic Lawns. They actually look at the lawn and see what it needs (grub control, etc.) instead of just following a generic plan for all lawns. The price is more than reasonable and there are no surprises or add-ons. I had a core aeration and overseeding today, and Seth was, as always, professional and thorough. Every seed was blown from the sidewalks and pathways so no grass sprouts up in the cracks. I have been extremely pleased with the service Ive received from Seth and the Baltimore team.

I love this company. They are doing a great job revitalizing my lawn. They do not use any harsh, unhealthy chemicals. I am against Monsanto and the use of Roundup. Had a rough start with some miscommunication on my first treatment of when they would be at my home to do my backyard. A week or 2 prior they had serviced my front yard. I called Ron that morning to say my gate was locked and my backyard had still not been treated. A few hours later Ron showed up at my door. He had driven from Pennsylvania to take care of my yard. I live in Maryland!!

I contacted this business on 4 /28 and signed up the pay as you go service ( weed treatment ). I spoke to Rob and he said he will send someone out in a couple of days . Today is Tuesday 5/4. I have not heard from anyone, no update, no text no email and I am seeing a pending charge for a service. Now I am willing to give this business a chance to prove that it s worth my money, time and patience. If I don t hear anything in the next 2 days, I will take my business somewhere else . Update: 5/4/21 1pm Steve the technician came and did the first treatment. Will post another review in a couple of months.

I live in Clarksville, MD, and have a very large lawn, that has been difficult to manage. I and others have failed over the years, and it had gotten progressively worse, and embarrassing. I heard of organic lawns on the radio and called them in August of 2019. The first few efforts they made did not do what I wished, and I called in October to cancel. The owner asked me to trust them and to allow them to start a full year service in 2020. So I agreed. Today, June 7, 2020, my wife and I are on the front porch adoring our gorgeous lawn! It has not looked better, not since we moved in here in 1993. Organic lawns has succeeded where many others have failed. We are so happy!

Organic Lawns has provided excellent service in keeping my lawn green, free of weeds and moles and the cost of their service is very reasonable.

I got sucked into them under their new name Organic Lawn. Total scam. I have less grass than when they started and they dont stop coming. They also couldnt properly spell my name and it took 3 phone calls to get it right. That should have been the warning sign there.

They dont listen when you say no, based on other reviews this is intentional
