If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We decided to list our house amidst our efforts to find a landscaper, and our timeline shortened dramatically - the company we originally were working with could no longer meet our needs. I was calling around frantically, trying to find someone who could get the work done ASAP, not in 30 days. I spoke with Audrey and she was so helpful in getting me scheduled with David. I called the office on Friday, David was out to see our property on Monday, work started on Tuesday and was finished on Wednesday! We could not be more happy with the work they did, their attention to detail, and their overall professionalism. I would recommend the Groundshog team to everyone and anyone, no matter your budget. They take you seriously even if the job is 'small' for other companies, and they do an excellent job of meeting your needs. Almost wish I wasnt moving so I could work with them again. Thank you Groundshog!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Groundshog again on a pretty big project at my home and I couldn't be happier! From start to finish Joe and Jessica really took their time and worked with me to create a beautiful outdoor living space. I am the Executive Director for a local business association, we trusted Groundshog to handle the Beautification of our business district and we have not been disappointed. The grass stays well maintained as well as our Gateway signage area. Customer service is excellent and prices are reasonable. We will continue to use Groundshog for our landscaping needs and would recommend you to use them as well.
My experience with Groundshog was outstanding. Jessica was a joy to work with. She listened to me even though I didn't know exactly what I wanted, and made suggestions that I hadn't thought of. The work was done on time and more importantly, it was done beautifully. Every day when I came home from work and saw my yard I was thrilled by how it looked. Even after the job was completed, Jessica and Groundshog have been there to answer any questions I have.

As a mother of a professional who purchased a home in the 21218 area of Baltimore, I decided to help out by seeking and obtaining lawn care service. I called and explained what may have been needed and requested an estimate. The young lady made note of address and telephone contacts in order to confirm the appointment made for the estimate. We had not received a call for confirmation, so I called Groundshog Property Management to establish communication. I summarily stated why I called to the same young lady to whom I spoke on the earlier occasion. She asked for my name and then said she remembered ( did she forget I wondered) She would have to get with her boss to verify this appointment she says. ( Shouldn t that have already been done since the time for the appointment had passed?). Give her 10 minutes and she ll return my call. An hour went by and I called them again and was told that the owner of the company would meet up soon. I asked her the name of the owner. She answered Joseph Coates . Mr. Coates never appeared and we had never received a call. I assume either they are very busy and the customer service is lacking or there are some zip codes they WILL not service and their intentions are not revealed. Hopefully God will bless them with a more efficient and or inclusive service.

I would give zero stars for customer service if I could but I can t. My appointment was at 10am on 06/25/19 & when no one showed up by 10:17am, I gave the office a call & ended up leaving a message inquiring on whether Joe was still coming. I received a phone call back from his mother at 11:07am stating that Joe was on his way back from Finksburg (Carroll County) from a job and would not be available until 12pm. Joe did not show up at 12pm & I received a phone call from his mother at 12:27pm stating that they do not service our area because it s too far out (21229) in the Uplands housing development. They were able to go to Carroll County but off Edmondson Ave is considered out of their servicing area. We have been discriminated against before because of our zipcode so this is just another business to add to the list.
Groundshog Property takes care of my Lawn and Garden Bi Weekly. They are a reliable, dependable company, that never dissapoints. My Landscaping in the front constantly gets compliments due to the quality of work that has been done. My Flowers are in bloom from the start of Spring Until fall, which I adore. I appreciate all that they do and will continue to recommend them for all. Thanks Groundshog Property!!!
