I had a really bad experience with Ian. It started off quite positive back in March. He provided us with a quote for the work we wanted and gave us a date of 4-6 weeks. After this time we contacted him and he explained there was a delay which we understood. The date kept moving which we accepted but when we contacted him in June asking for an update and for him to confirm that we were still on his list he started to ignore us. Myself and my husband tried to phone and message him numerous times just asking for an update but he stopped answering us. We absolutely understood delays but there was absolutely nothing from Ian not even acknowledgement of messages. It's been an awful experience and we've now been left with no alternatives given how late into the summer it is. Could not recommend.

Ian and his team are highly skilled, efficient and courteous and went above and beyond to deliver our garden transformation on time and on budget. They gave great advice on garden design and planting and were very accomodating throughout the project. I found them to be excellent and I highly recommend them.
