Jerry and crew did a great job. They didn t have ability to use bucket truck, which made trimming our trees that much more difficult. We had a row of trees where several of them were dying. They identified which ones they could save and which ones needed to go. They came with a large team, they did the job quickly and effectively with no damage to my house or my neighbors house despite the trees being in close proximity. They were courteous and very affordable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. This is our second time using them, and I d highly recommend them.

Jerry showed up with his crew all professionals at their craft. His equipment was top notch and working perfectly. He and his crew went to work instantly and worked together like an orchestra or a well oiled machine. The guy in the tree behind my garage between 3 properties fell some serious branches effortlessly. I watched these guys every moment and was shocked by their talent. Wish I had more trees for them to work on. They cleaned up my property line they weren t even there. Prices on point as well.

The crew arrived on time and promptly got to work. The tree was a 55 year old crabapple that spawned two adjacent yards and was over 2 stories high. Prior to staring they put protection down on the floors and they were careful carrying the pieces through the house. The job was completed in 2.5 hours and the yard was cleaner after than it was when they started. They met and exceeded all expectations. Very well done.

I had several stumps and a tree in the backyard that I needed to get rid of. Initially, I called the tree company I worked with for my front yard, but they werent responsive at all. I contacted the Allstate team and they came through. Theyre very thorough and care about not making a mess of the yard. If I have any other tree/stump/root removal needs, Ill be contacting them.

We hired Allstate to remove 2 large trees, remove stumps, remove shrubs, prune trees around our property. It was an all day affair and required eight guys. Gio was our initial point person and he was able to answer our questions and get us comfortable with using Allstate. On the day of service, Jerry and crew of eight showed up on time and cleared everything out. Jerry answered our questions along the way and if there was any level of uncertainty, Jerry would ask and seek clarification. Highly recommend Allstate!

I have used AllState twice to remove 2 huge trees in my yard. They are professional, work quickly, and clean up nicely after they re done. All their workers are pros, and very courteous. Fransisco gave us a competitive price and was very easy to work with. They were on time and navigated our narrow street and driveway in a crowded Brooklyn neighborhood with ease. Francisco came to give an estimate for a tree removal however, never returned call, follow up or responsive with voicemails despite numerous attempts to reach him. We would have liked to work with them. We went with someone else.

Called this company to get an estimate on a tree removal in my backyard in Brooklyn. Francisco came and gave me a reasonable quote, I told him that I am available anytime that he is ready. He made excuses about rain this week (which a few sprinkles did fall 1 day out of the week). I called twice along with a text to find out when could this job get down and he never responded back to me. I mean if you guys didn t want to do the job just give me a heads up to go elsewhere. I called upon Allstate Tree And Shrub Co. to remove three VERY tall, unsightly trees at our residence - and they did a magnificent job! Francisco is very prompt to answer calls and texts, and he answered my many questions patiently and thoroughly. On the day of service, he and his large crew arrived EARLY and ready to work. His crew was hardworking and swiftly cut down the trees and removed the stumps. There was a LOT of equipment - a cherry picker, a large grinder, and everything else you can think of. They had to go into my neighbor s backyard to access some of the shrubs - but they were quick and polite - and my neighbor was very grateful. Make sure you have the areas in front of your house cleared of vehicles so they can work safely. They worked quickly, and they cleaned up so well - you d never know there were trees there at all. This is the second time Francisco has done a large job for us. He d cleared out some trees and shrubs at our other residence, so we were confident that we d be very satisfied once again. It s been hard finding services with this kind of honest, conscientious work ethic. I recommend Allstate Tree and Shrub Co. with 100% confidence and pleasure!

I am very satisfied with the tree cutting service of Allstate. They came to my house at exactly the agreed-to time and they worked non- stop from 8:00 am to 3:00pm in the most efficient manner. Francisco, his son Jerry, and the other five workers did a superb job with cutting several trees, grinding their stumps where possible, and trimming numerous bushes such that my property now looks so much better. They were very responsible making sure that my property was protected at all times during the tree cutting. The were also very accommodating making sure that I was satisfied with their work. All in all, I cannot say enough nice things about how the job turned out. I highly recommend them for big and small tree cutting jobs.

The Allstate team are efficient, courteous and professional. They were friendly and easy to communicate with as we set up the job. Their prices are fair and competitive. They showed up on time and quickly got to work protecting our floors and nimbly moving through our tree to cut the tree limbs and lower them to the ground in a safe and deliberate manner. We asked them to cut down more than originally estimated and they did not use this as an opportunity to pad their original estimate but only suggested a modest additional charge. They left our building and our neighbors property clean and free of any damage. The entire team was a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend them enough!

All State 1) answered the phone immediately, 2) same day estimate 3) very next morning prompt, efficient, professional, clean job done. Removed multiple medium bushes. Professional tree service company. Very focused team. One day after the etimate Mr. Francisco, Jerry and the crew were on the site and on time. They were sure to achieve the trimming exactly how I wanted. I felt very comfortable asking detailed questions and was given clear responses before and during the project. The climbing Arborist inspected the trees and checked for any problems up in the canopy that would require attention. They were very careful to cover and avoid disturbing other delicate garden features. The project was only completed once all debris was removed and garden furniture was returned to its original place. Ill definitely look to Mr. Franciscos company for my Arborist needs in the future.

Truly superb experience from start to finish. We called All State in to take down a large oak tree. Jerry came out and gave us an estimate the same day we called. Three days later the tree was gone. They were punctual, organized, neat and fast. The price was fair. We highly recommend All State.

I havent had them remove trees from my house but I now regret not calling them for an estimate when I had a few taken down. I cant say enough about this company and Francisco! 5 stars isnt enough to even cover their customer care and service. I asked as a favor to drop off some logs for me to cut fire wood. Francisco specifially seeked out a dead tree as he knew i needed it for the winter and it was delivered 2 days after my call. We spoke a couple times on the phone and was extremely kind and helpful. I then called him when my chain saw broke while cutting the logs into lengths and he told me he will bring a crew over to help me out and cut them into lengths! I didnt even hire him for tree removal and this is the kind of service this company provides! If you need tree or removal services, I highly recommend calling allstate tree and shrub. From the second they answer the phone, I youll be in good hands!

Franciscos team was very professional and efficient. The trees were cut with skill and looked amazing after being trimmed. They cleaned the yard after the work was done and stacked the wood neatly. They made sure the wood was cut properly to become firewood. I would recommend their services highly.
