I have been working with Andre Landscape for the last few years, and I feel lucky to have the best account manager in Mark Brown. He is a pleasure to work with and has the fastest response time that I've ever experienced in our industry. Mark is just a joy to be around. His positive attitude and willingness to perform his job to the best of his ability make him a wonderful example of hard work and dedication.
The landscaping service provided has been of low quality. There appears to be a lack of diligence in performing their duties. Attached are the pictures I took right after they finished, two days later. As of today, April 9th, 2024, I observed that they blew leaves all over the place, including into the street and along our property wall. They were supposed to blow them into piles to be picked up later. The Highlands community
The perfect choice if you want your holiday decorations chopped up and destroyed with zero accountability or apology!! The people they employ don't care one bit about your property, landscaping or the holiday decorations you have placed. The account management is highly ineffectuve and do not care either. You will be billed for services that did not take place, such as a tree removal, and then receive a lame excuse as to why the error occurred. They will drop the ball and not follow up on items that were promised. Horrible company!! Use ANYONE else.
I've worked with Andre Landscape for several years. Chico Pichardo and Michelle Dang are my "go-to" people with Andre. They are both responsive, professional and easy to work with. They both help make sure all my landscaping projects and maintenance progress smoothly. They make sure to communicate to ensure that my Association's needs are met. Their follow through is impeccable. Thank you Chico and Michelle!! I'm very grateful to work with these two hardworking and amazing people!
Clean, capable, careful, and kind - what’s not to love! I first noticed Andre's work and signature trucks at a local private university. Not only do they keep the university trees beautifully manicure, they also leave it immaculate. Fernando, the supervisor, was super helpful and kind. I have a difficult driveway and Filipe and Lupe (two drivers) navigated it perfectly. They were respectful of my plants and the trucks they drove. Fili was on the ground navigating drivers with precision. Everyone from the owner, Michelle, and Lindsey in the office, to the people working the trees has been amazing. Andre’s is fast and efficient, they know their trees, they care about the community, they go above and beyond expectation, and they are exceptional to work with. Great team!
I am the president of our HOA board. We have went through several landscape companies over the past number of years. We interviewed Andre Landscape and were very impressed and decided to hire them. We have had them for a couple of years now and are still very happy, satisfied and impressed by how well they take care of our community and how they treat our management company and our board. They are always professional and kind. Especially our community supervisor Jaime. He truly cares about our community and making sure it looks it's very best. We have received so many compliments from the residents in our community. We have been through two very large projects with them and everything has gone smoothly. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are happy with the end result. They also do things extremely quickly. We ask for things to be done and it's done immediately with no questions asked. Overall we are pleasantly satisfied and more than happy with Andre Landscape Service.
Andre Landscape Service just did a renovation of our church playground - taking it from a dirt field to a beautiful play space with lush green grass and a hedge to hide an ugly blue canvas fence. They were delightful to work with from the design phase (with helpful renderings of the space) through completion (checking on things regularly after the plantings were in). The work was completed quickly and the crew was easy to work with. I highly recommend them!
These guys do beautiful work and they stay on schedule. They are also very serious about using top quality plant material. I've worked with Chico, Art, and Joe and they're all very professional. If you need a great landscape contractor for your next project, stop your search. Andre is the best!

I reported a problem to our HOA and Andre Landscape came out to fix it right away. Great service on another leak with water valve.
Came over to fix my sprinklers and wanted an additional $450 to dig past some roots. He refused to try it without digging further so I needed an additional $450 to get the job completed. After a couple of hours I decided I would have somebody else finish the job.

Need to get employees a parking lot , do not care about residents neighboring business , too many of the employees on Im assuming payday hang around street , drink alcohol, go to the bathroom in public when they think no one is watching and leave behind trash
destroyed my herbs, steels my lemons for their taco lunches, comes over at night on weekends without permission (they have keys) ... more pain than gain
I am a Community Manager for an association in Upland. I was doing my walk through yesterday and noticed a tree was completely blown down and blocking some of the street due to the heavy winds during the pouring rain. It was a whole tree that fell from the roots. It was around 4 PM at this time and I called Matt Elder from Andre Landscape and within 40 mins him and his crew was at the association removing the tree. It was getting dark and I was worried I was not going to be able to get anyone out but Matt and his crew saved the day! Thank you so much for your help! Excellent service!
Since we have used Andre Landscaping to do our tree work, our trees health and appearance have greatly improved! Their Arborists and tree workers are some of the best if not the best in the Inland Empire! We have also used Andre to do a few landscape installations and the work was outstanding. All around the staff and the company is outstanding!!
I have worked with these guys for a long time, they do the tree work for one of the accounts I manage in Redlands CA. If you ever need quality work please ask for Angel Cabral he is the man when it comes to quality. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding landscape company.

I have been a customer of Andre Landscape for several years. They are so amazing! The company has true professionals who are extremely knowledgeable and courteous who can answer any question you have. They are great at what they do, polite, go above and beyond your expectations and clean up afterwards so immaculately you do not even know they were there! When was the last time you could say that! Kudos to Noah, the tree specialist, and Eddy and his whole team. You are all 5*!
As a Property Manager in Southern California, you can only imagine the negative feedback I constantly get regarding landscape due to the major drought that took place over the last several years. One thing I NEVER get complaints about is service with Andre Landscape. Their company is intelligent and educated. Their supervisors are polite and respectful and they get the job done right. A very special thank you to Noah Ly, a long time employee with Andre Landscape. I couldnt do what I do without you and as a colleague, friend, and business associate I want to thank you for always going above and beyond and making sure that not only are my Boards and Homeowners happy but that I am happy! The trimmed the trees in our complex so I can only review their arborist services. I was one of 2 Homeowners that complained about the way they trimmed our trees. Guess another reviewer didnt recognize our concerns at the HOA meeting when she said in her review she never got complaints. I was 10 years in the Landscape business so I do have some background in how trees should be trimmed. I added photos of the unfortunately trimmed trees but I couldnt get Google to post them.
Andre Landscape has been our HOA landscapers for over 5 years now. We also trust them to trim our trees. We have had good experiences with both divisions of Andre Landscape Service. Prices are reasonable and competitive. The expertise of the personnel is what keeps our business.

Im on the board of directors in a 506 home gated community where Ive resided for the last 20 years. Through my 18 years on the BOD Ive been through quite a few landscape companies but none like Andre under the care of Chris our contact who oversees everything. Andre is an efficient one stop shop that keeps our community looking beautiful. Highly recommend...also kudos to Tom their arborist and Eddie who virtually can do anything.
