A couple of weeks ago I noticed we had a really bad mosquito problem in the back porch. We shopped around and looked at other companies pricing and I will say. Pied piper not only has the best pricing, but their professionalism is amazing and took care of the situation very quickly. Highly recommend.
Always on time, always do an A+ five star job! They treat my lawn and home. Ive never once seen a tick or flea on any of my pets! All of their techs are polite and courteous and pleasant to chat with. Ive had them for almost 5 years now. Ill never change!

Jonathan ,was so helpful as a neighbor and a pied piper employee to help us to identify the termite I found in our home. After he confirmed my findings he gave us his company’s number and scheduled an inspection. Dustin came and did the inspection found the problem and set us up on a treatment plan. We have used Pied Piper for a number of years. We live in an older home in SW Fort Worth and have issues with bugs. Pied Piper is reliable and timely. Their prices are reasonable. They respect that we have bees and chickens and so not spray near those habitats. The service people are always very nice and professional. Would recommend them to everyone.

I like to give reviews, and I realized I had not given one yet of our pest control company. We have been using Pied Piper for our pest control for probably a year. I like the fact we get Dustin each time. Great guy, full of knowledge and absolutely no concern with him walking around our property and house. The office staff (Kristin) is always sending me a reminder text with a schedule date and all I have to do is confirm the appointment via text. Super easy! Our scorpion and brown recluse population has shrank over the last year and we rarely ever see any now. It took a couple applications but theres absolutely a noticeable difference. In fact, I think the last brown recluse or scorpion we saw was probably months ago, and we used to see them multiple times a week. We live in the middle of 50 acres so all the critters flock to the house. Great company and I plan on keeping Dustin as our normal go-to guy for pest control!

Always professional and effective. The technicians are very personable. Any needs you can call customer service and they will get it figured out within the day the majority of the time.
They never got back to me with a quote like the website says. So, after I got in contact with them, they came out, set traps, and came by every day to clean and reset traps. This happened for about a month. They have not been back in over a week.

Pied Piper always sends reminder messages when it is time for them to come treat our yard for weed control. Joey is very personable and professional. It is very clear he takes pride in his work. Picture the opposite of one of those door-to-door pest control guys who are usually salesmen just trying to pressure you into something you dont need or want. Communication was great on scheduling. Joey was very accommodating for my scheduling needs and even got me in sooner when there was a cancellation. I feel confident in the service he provided. As Joey would tell, he doesnt sell contracts!

When I called Ben I didnt think my yard could be saved but he came out and got right on it. My yard has never been so green and took care of all my fire ants, cinch bugs and all my lawn pests.I even had him treat for termites.
