I called Urban Landscape Solutions to help with programming our watering system. Jose came on time and explained how to set and properly adjust the watering. He spent a great deal of time explaining water care for plants and trees and demonstrated how to prune trees properly,(Something I am unfamiliar with.)He evaluated trees and plants and made suggestions. His care and concern to be informative and helpful as possible is not something we see these days but greatly appreciated. I will be calling him in the near future for more landscaping help.
Jose came out and fixed the leaks that I had in my system very quickly and always gives me some good tips as far as taking care of my landscape. The prices are reasonable and I’ve always been able to get a timely appointment. Thank you, Jose!
Jose of Urban Landscape Solutions is EXCEPTIONAL....!!! The home I bought had an irrigation system that had been set up by a "do it yourselfer". It was all wrong...! Urban Landscape Solutions installed an irrigation system for my backyard. Jose responded to my initial inquiry promptly and came to my home for a consultation. He took the time to explain the process to me in detail. He explained the proper irrigation system and provided helpful education to me regarding trees and plants and appropriate irrigation. Jose started working on the project as agreed, provided information and answered questions along the way. He explained the irrigation system in detail at completion of the project. Jose was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He provided an excellent service, high quality work and I can highly recommend Urban Landscape Solutions for Landscape needs. Jose was an amazing person to work with. As an educator, it’s wonderful when people educate you on the services they are providing. We are planning to do our backyard in three phrases. Jose listen to my vision then explained in great detail the pros and cons of how I had it original set up. He completed our first phase in reasonable time and has taken my calls on any concerns I have. He is a true professional and I plan to work with him again
I love everything about this company. Jose is extremely knowledgeable of his business and performed beyond my expectations. He took his time and explained in detail what he recommended and why. Urban Landscaping was incredible. Jose was professional, experienced, reliable & reasonable. His skill sets are so diverse that he was able to do the irrigation, lighting, planting, borders etc. He is good at planning & staying within the budget. He shows up everyday and on time. At the end of the job, he makes sure your home is perfect and even came back at night to make sure the lighting was exactly like we wanted it. I could not have asked for a better company to do our landscaping. We can highly recommend his services.

Called to get a quote today and apparently I m not a professional designer so basically can t tell them what I want done. Unless you re a professional designer don t call
First question asked was what my budget was and if I had a professional design. When I told them I didn t have a budget or design I just wanted the work done and done right, he wouldn t even give me a quote. Don t waste your time with them since they want you to do all the legwork in advance.
Jose was prompted, courteous, and efficient. He found a leak in a difficult area and repaired it in short order. I will definitely use his service again when needed.

If you dont have a professional design ready and a budget over 15k they will just rudely tell you to get lost.
Our experience with this company started out great.Jose came out to go over our landscape design he collected his $35 fee.He seemed knowledgeable on the trees and plants and irrigation system, this helped us feel confident in his skills as we are from Chicago and arent familiar with dessert plants.He said hed give us a quote in a day or two.His quote for the original design was way above others in price and when we txt him and called him to change our plans he never returned our calls or txt.This left us feeling disappointed and not confident in his business skills.Im not one to do these reviews but it was to disappointing to let it go.(weve had a few quotes now and no others charged us a fee to give them our business).

He was on time and carefully determined the cause of my sprinkler system problem. He was able to fix the system that morning at the price he had quoted. I googled buisnesses close to me and these guys came up. I called them and the owner came out within 2 hours. I told them we were selling our house and they were there by that afternoon. They did an awsome job and specialize in clean ups. So attention realtors if you need to clean up before puting your clients house on the market these guys are you team. The owner was very knowledgable of plants and the Arizona climate. I wish I would have found these guys before we spent so much money at Moon Valley Nursery. Jose came and fixed a problem with my sprinkler system, he did a fantastic job. If you need anything done with your system he is your guy, he was fast and most of all honest, I had someone else here and they tried to sell me replacements for something that was not broken, you have to be able to trust repairmen and you can trust him. Believe me you will not be disappointed.
I have used urban landscaping a few times, and I will call them again for any landscaping or irrigation needs. They are spot on.
This business lives up to its 5-star rating. I called them about leaks in our irrigation system and they had someone out to check the system within a couple of days and had it fixed a day later. They called to let me know what was happening at every step of the way. That was very reassuring since I was organizing the job in Arizona from Oregon. They really came through for us.

Carlos and his team did an AMAZING job. Your front yard was absolutely hideous, but they took everything out and now we get to start from scratch! They had a positive attitude and they wasted no time. They took out a huge tree and about 6 bushes in no time!
