Staff was informative and friendly. In this current economic evrionment, they had to deal with real world issues and they did a great job navigating those. Our patio and landscaping completely transformed.
From quoting the job to the installation of my new lawn, Avon Landscaping was top notch. Every person I interacted with (Josh, Chris, Rick, and Cathi) was professional, courteous, followed through, and kept me informed as the project progressed. I highly recommend these folks if you have a landscaping project!
1) We paid more to use Avon to put in our new hard and irrigation system and saw neighbors of ours with better quality lawn installs at cheaper prices 2) they were late on their install 3) their office is continually non-responsive. Good luck getting a phone call back. 4) there are unresolved issues with our lawn and I can’t get them addressed because my call is never returned. 5) strongly recommend using someone else.
Avon Landscaping did a great job installing my sod lawn and my river stone flowerbeds. Josh was very good at getting back to me with any questions and the lady in the office was also great at getting back to me. The lawn and landscaping looks great! Thank you Avon Landscaping.
Scheduled a water turn on for my sprinkler system. Gentlemen showed up, couldn't find the turn on, informed me my system was old. No kidding, that is why I called! Quote unquote "I don't know what to tell you". He was here all of 15 minutes. Office still tried to charge me 75.00 for this. Won't be going back here.
Buyer Beware if you have to use these folks to fix their installs!!! We needed maintenance on one of our landscape lighting transformers. The service tech came out, replaced a part which took him 7 minutes to do and left. I then received a bill for $85....$75 of which was labor. I was never told there was a one hour minimum, nor was I told the rate was $75/hour. Be careful with this company
I think they are very great and do a wonderful job and the worker Jeremy noble was very nice and porefessional... Thank u for u work I live this company will use every summer
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! Matt is thoroughly professional and very concerned about his customers satisfaction. His crew immediately acts upon any concerns you might have and they do a 1st rate job and, get this, don't leave a mess behind! The price is the best my wife and I could find for the tremendous value we received, you can't go wrong here.

Dont go to them They are dont do good business , i paid for my landscaping but try to call general manager his name Matt Brunnert , his didnt answer he is all ready get paid so he didnt care about your business
I hired them to fix my back yard, they did less than a mediocre job, in fact nothing near to a an acceptable job that what a was charged for, when I told this sorry excuse of a professional of how horrible of a job they did he accused me of sabotage of the work done, after my complaint of non service he contacted my wife to moan about my utter dissatisfaction to lack of promise, he was totally unprofessional and will come nowhere near to even being a good service

I would highly recommend Avon Landscapes after doing business with Matt. I would expect nothing short of amazing and knowledgable customer service!
