I have used this company for approximately 2 years. I have never really experienced any issues when it comes to communication. I did have a few issues with my yard that were discussed and taken care of in a very timely manner, and our yard looks great.
I am the president of an HOA with 421 houses and a pretty large amount of common area. All terrain had managed our landscaping for a little over 2 years now. I have found the staff is always professional. The grass, trimming and landscaping has been maintained as promised. Our grass and landscaping always look great. If there have ever been any questions, the owner calls directly to talk about any issues we may have. Overall, we are happy with the services and price. We hope for a continued relationship with this company.
All Terrain performs mowing and fertilization services for our community (Forest Creek Village HOA). We have 131 homesites in our community. All Terrain does a very good job and they are responsive to any issues that are identified. Unfortunately a few of our homeowners in our community have unrealistic expectations for a commercial mowing service for their lawns. All Terrain is hired by the HOA to perform the mowing and fertilization services and the HOA should be the one to review their services, not one disgruntled homeowner. So please take this into consideration when reading reviews on this site. And again the FCV HOA is very satisfied with the service All Terrain provides.
All Terrain has made good on what they said they will do. After receiving the address, they fixed all concerns. Thank you All Terrain.
Even though we learnt that they had filed for bankruptcy and restarted, we went with them for a few years. Everyone deserves a second chance. In the midst of the 2022 drought they came and treated the lawn with chemicals. Our lawn died. They offered all sorts of ridiculous explanations. One of them was a fungus, which by the way was smart enough to respect property boundaries and did not cross over to our adjacent neighbors yards on all four sides of our house. We gave them an opportunity to fix the problem. They wanted us to pay for something that they were supposed to take care of in the first place - lawn health. We are done with them. We would not recommend them to anybody at all.
We reached out to the wonderful people at All Terrain Landscape and Snow Management for both our residential & commercial needs. Their staff has always been polite and friendly. They always made sure to call us the day before so we know to leave our dogs in for the day. I appreciate the extra effort they made to do this! At work they do a nice job plowing & salting our parking lot. I would highly recommend this company!
Scheduled an appointment to have one of their design techs come to my home to design a new look with curb appeal. Donnie showed up the next day and was able to layout a new design, including a variety of greenery and unique flowers. Loved the look and his team showed up when promised and completed the job in a timely manor. Did such a GREAT job my neighbor also hired this company. They now do all my lawn and landscape work. Highly recommend this company!

Mowing at 8am in a residential area. Absolutely RIDICULOUS.
They have people with no driver license driving there company trucks and talking on the phone I think not only is this unprofessional but a danger to other people driving

All Terrain has serviced HOAs and COAs that I manage. They do a great job and communication is very responsive. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a landscape vendor.

All terrain has a great chemical program and very passionate about keeping the yards weed free. When it comes to detail, no one is better at it for flower beds.
I have used all of the major lawn services for the past 30 years. I have never found a more professional company then All Terrain Landscape. They have turned my yard into a beautiful work of art. Even with all of the animals than I have in the yard, they have taken really good care of it. You can t even tell I have multiple dogs romping around. I will never use another company. They have spoiled me.

Though we have used All Terrain (Allen and Scott, before) for many years to service our home irrigation system, the customer service in the last couple of years has declined significantly. A recent month-old request to please come and check on a leak problem has gone virtually unacknowledged, to the point that we have made the decision to change companies.
Unprofessional. Unbelievable lack of response. Had them for 2 years, they havent serviced my lawn this year. They never returned any of my calls to let me know status. 3 weeks of no response. I understand that the current COVID-19 situation is causing issues, but how hard is it to return a customers call?
These people do awesome work. would recommend them to anyone to do anything.
Would never recommend. They are sloppy when they mow and never come on the same day each week. I cant tell you how many lights have been broken by trimmers and they have never left a note or knocked on door to apologize.

Horrible service!!!!! Called them many times and not a single call was returned. They said they will come each time I called and no one ever showed up for a whole month. And the front desk lady was very rude as well! Choose another service.

Very disappointing. Wish people would pick up the phone once in a while instead of hiding behind their emails. Stacy knows what im talking about. If you want a vendor to cancel your contract the day of a snow storm then use these guys.
Wow! These guys are artist! Over the years Ive had many projects done for me by various contractors. When it comes time to write that final check I am normally a little hesitant because there always seems to be something I am not happy with or perhaps disappointed with the workmanship. Boy, that is not the case with Allen & Scott. They just finished a hardscape in my back yard that is nothing short of a work of art. They went way beyond my expectations and were eager to do so. I was happy to write that final check and am now looking for a new project for them. Rex, Avon, IN
