Highly Recommend this firm for your Lawncare! Excellent courteous service

Not sure where the disconnect is with some of the other reviews but I’ve used them for multiple years. Always call the night before. Always courteous. Return calls and emails the same day. Service calls are prompt and included. My lawn looks great. Sorry other seem to have a different experience but I’m more the pleased.

Unfortunately, I must agree with the latest views below. I feel bad because they were highly referred from a good work friend but I can't say I had the same experience. They do not respond in a timely manner at all

Green mark does yards on Cidar Mill & son lives there has them and so I Paid in full for Service. They have only been out twice Mid-april and June 19th. 3 more services to go and have not seen them. I had to call Chris in order to even get the 2 services done in midd April and June.19th. Tried calling them because 3 more services need done left a message ..have not heard anything no response no reply no call. The info on their paper said 5 treatments specific times for treatments So I trusted them and gave them payment in full .. Big mistake should have paid for each treatment that way they might have come out... Today I called the Better Business Bureau and will be filing a complaint and get them involved. They deserve to refund Me since they are not doing the job so I can get someone that is dependable to finish.

If I could give a -5 star I would, We paid Green mark lawn care on 4/22/23 full amount of $437 for the whole season the whole year. To treat our lawn, They came 1 time so far we haven’t heard from them nor can reach anyone to answer the phone for any questions or concerns. Left messages no phone call returned. I feel this is a scam!

They do not return calls, say they are coming out and not showing up, I paid in full for the year and they came out twice. I called again, with no answer to fire them, not only did they come out again, they unlocked my back gate to do my backyard. I called again leaving a second message firing them they came out AGAIN, and again they broke into my backyard gate. I am so angry with them, obviously they do not listen to messages!

Like I never wanted to get to this but, this place is a joke. You can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Alex said the one day he can come out and take a look never did and never called back. Look in the attached photos of my yard last summer and this summer. If I could rate zero stars I would. Do not get your yard serviced here. My neighbors yards look better that aren’t treated…

I have used Greenmark Lawncare for 3 seasons now. I love them! Highly recommend their services. They got my ground ivy out of my lawn and it has never looked better!!! So glad I changed when my neighbors did. Keep up the great work guys!
