Last year he diagnosed and treated Take All, and sure enough, no black spot or take all this season. We just added some dogs to our lives and it was great to know that Real Green is pet-friendly. Appreciate the work you have done on our lawn over the past (time flies) 4-5 years. Techs are well trained and customer conscious. They communicate what they are about to do to my lawn, and follow up with documentation on what they have done. Friendly and personable team members and they always close the gate!

They also apply fertilizer, weed control and fungal and insects in grass lawns. They always notify you in advance when they are coming and what they are doing. I am pleased with their services.

Real Green has been treating my lawn for weeds/disease and fertilize/aerate for years. The lawn also gets a fire ant treatment every year. My lawn is weed and fire ant free and grows amazingly fast and lush. Thats the only drawback is that I have to mow every five days. Thank you for making my lawn look amazing.

We use Real Green for both lawn and pest. Waylon B usually does our pest treatments and he is the best! If we ever have an issue he takes the time to listen and investigate. During our regular treatments he always asks if we have any areas of concern. Having a tech that actually cares is such a refreshing experience and the results show.

I have requested them to refund for 2 months, but they do not reply. They do not send the check. And they do not call me back. I asked three times to get the refund, which is the remainder of last month, but they do not reply just for $23. If you see this, take action ASAP. I contacted you today, and you always reply like thisI dont know, you should wait. Your system is suck.

This is literally the worst company I have EVER dealt with! They have not resolved my problems AT ALL! I signed up for a year, and was told that they would come every month and that has definitely not happened. The guys that actually have come are rude and disrespectful! It is close to impossible to contact anyone at the office, and they just do not follow through with the terms of the contract! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! I am exhausted from trying to get any kind of service from them at all! DO NOT waste your money on this place!

Update 9/6/24: I spoke to Linda today and my issue has been resolved. I appreciate the quick response by the owner! We ve been with Real Green for two years and each year we prepay for the year of services and never have an issue until now. Our renewal isn t due until October and we are being charged for a service that isn t covered in this prepaid year which makes zero sense. We ve already paid! I ve called multiple times and spoke to a supervisor today and asked for her manager to call me. The purpose of paying for all treatments in advance is that we don t have to worry about treatment costs until it s time for renewal. If this so called treatment was outside of our prepay window, we should have been told prior to treatment so we could either approve it or tell the company we do not want it. We weren t given the chance and now they sent us an invoice. Best thing is the treatment didn t even work! We still have brown spots! We have cancelled our auto renew with this company, will no longer be using them and will never recommend them going forward! Their business practices leave a lot to be desired!

We are really happy with the service we have received from Real Green Lawn and Tree Care. Yesterday Skylar was there to fertilize the lawn and he always takes great care and answers all my questions. Today Ryan came and sprayed for mosquitoes ..yes they also do pest control and they have a package for pest and lawn care. Ryan was very thorough and took time to spray properly for pests and scorpions and other pests ..so many in Texas. I am writing this review 6 months from the time we started with them. My daughter also uses them and she is also a satisfied customer.

The free lawn analysis advertised on the website is not true. They just call you and let you know how much monthly charge is. That s it. I was hoping someone would stop by look at my lawn and provide recommended services and then talk about the dollars. Not a great experience overall and not sure if I will use their service. Update: A manager stopped by my property the next day and provided me with a walk through of the lawn, what services makes sense and the options they provide. I was impressed by their attention to detail and have signed up for the lawn care program.

I want to personally thank Weldon with Real Green for excellent customer service. I called to inquire about the Aqualizer service, he took the time to email me the information and explain it to me over the phone. I was impressed with his customer service and taking time to answer questions I had about the service. I signed up for the service and I wish we had more great customer service reps like Weldon! Job Well Done!

**UPDATE** 7/26/24 Blake and Shane are second to none in customer response, customer service, lawn knowledge and professionalism. They have exceeded my expectations by a mile. Today, I had Charles Carter come out to assess my irrigation status. He was outstanding! Charles knows irrigation...very confident with his knowledge & suggestions. Same kudos to him as well. Matthew services my yard. He too is fantastic to work with...very customer driven. There is a unique consistency of excellence coming out of this company based on my experience working with Real Green. The front office is equally as strong. Judy, head of retention and Paula also in retention are extremely wonderful to work with. These are really good people. Highly recommend you giving them an opportunity to take care of your lawn.

We had to call for a follow-up treatment for scorpions in our house & garage in between our normal semi-monthly treatments. Kenny came out and treated all necessary areas and provided great service! He even spotted a scorpion in our office and killed it. He installed some sticky insect catchers in the garage. His knowledge of pest control and friendly service was MUCH appreciated . We have really struggled with our yard over the past couple of years and almost thought it was hopeless until we called Real Green. Now even in the dead of summer our yard looks green and thick. Weve been in this house over 10 years. After trying other lawn treatment services, we decided to give Real Green a try. Our lawn looks the best it ever has. Our tech, Skyler, is very thorough, knowledgeable and answers all our questions. Were very happy with RGP&L.

The pest control service we received was sub par, the cob webs and wasp nests were never swept away. After a few visits we noticed things were regularly missed, we called several times to complain about the sloppy job being done. Then the final straw was when we were in our home watching the technician in our backyard lazily wave around the mosquito fogger on half of the yard and then leave without performing the bimonthly pest control treatment we had been paying for. We were left a whole list of things checked off on a paper of what the technician performed while at our residence, none of which were actually done. Now it leaves me wondering how many times they came to my house without actually doing what we were promised and paying for. After calling to cancel our service I was bounced around on the phone and told that I would have to pay the difference for the account since we would be cancelling before our contract was up, which I refused to do and in fact wanted a refund for the mosquito treatment for that month which I did not receive. All and all would not recommend wasting your money or time with Real Green.

We have been with Real Green for two houses now; about 10 years. Both lawns have been weed free and green. Only seasonal, but limited, Poa Annua and Nutsedge ever peak through the turf. We have a small bermuda lawn, so we mow it every 4 to 5 days. Between the mowing and Real Green s treatment, we might have 5 weeds total at any given time. I appreciate the new(ish) service emails with Products Used listed on each visit and our technician Wayne is great.

So far so good. Only downside is they didnt treat some weeds in certain areas. It would be nice if the guy had asked if he was uncertain since it was near a flower bed that didnt have any flowers.

Ive used Real Green for lawn care for several years, and am finally writing a review because the attention to detail over the last year is better than ever before. This could be due to Matthew Z, who is our tech and is very informative about causes and solutions to any lawn issues. Even with the extreme drought, my lawn is recovering nicely because of his help and knowledge. Update : I just wanted to reiterate how thankful that Matthew Z gave some great recommendations last summer. Our yard is looking great, and its fully recovered from the chinch bugs last year. I can see the difference when compared to other neighbors who didnt get any treatment.

Real Green is by far the best lawn and tree care company we have had, and weve tried them all. Our ants are completely gone now and havent been a problem, our grass looks the best it has im years and bushes are growing like crazy too. Skyler V is the best technician weve had, hope he stays assigned to our property!

Mike Doherty performed a Deep Root Fertilization on mu back yard Oak trees and front yard Crepe Myrtles. He answered every question I had and also made several suggestions as to how to improve the recovery of my trees from the February ice storm. he was totally professional and courteous. Update 6/21/24: Trevor is the Real Green technician who trats my lawn. He is thorough and always on time and, hence, my lawn looks great!

If I could give 0 stars on a review I would do that for Real Green. This is a terribly run company. My review is based off of 1.5 years of using their package discount. There were multiple times that the technician said they had sprayed our front and back but never did. They would say that they re coming even though it was raining. They would give us a days heads up on appointments and we re not flexible at all to schedule a technician at a time that would allow my wife or I be home for the technician because we got to the point where we felt like we had to baby sit them.

I ve used Real Green for years and I ve been happy with the results. When the technician, Dillon McFadden, was here, I asked some questions about my lawn and also asked if he would be willing to spray some pesky weeds that kept coming up in my driveway even after I pull them. He was knowledgeable, courteous and willing to go above and beyond his normal routine. I want to give Dillon credit for a job well done!

Started using Real Green at the beginning of this year and have noticed a great difference in my lawn already. I fell behind on my fertilizing this past year and the weeds were out of control. Within 4 months I am seeing less weeds gradually and healthier grass. Mattew Z. Always does a great job of reporting the work done and includes instructions for me to follow to receive the best results for the treatment. Very professional and friendly. Explained the application and what to expect.

I was disappointed with Matthew Zientek and RealGreen. We use quick connect adaptors for our faucets and hoses. RealGreen remove the one on the faucet that use to get water to their truck. Sometime they put them back on and sometimes they dont. If they dont, I find it on the ground and put it back on. On Monday Matthew serviced our yard and the quick connect was no where to be found afterwards. I called twice to get Matthew to call me back to see if he knew what he did with it, but never heard back. I am now satisfied. They got back to me. They replaced the missing quick connector and gave me a spare. They also placed a note in my account for the technician to put the connector back on after service

I requested the monthly weed treatment then requested for my account to end this month. The lady was rude, making me repeat my request 5x. My weed treatment was not done so I was charged $150 for nothing. I will be very happy to give my money to a competitor.

Matthew has been servicing our lawn for the past year, and not only has he helped nuture our lawn to health after last summers drought, he also freely offers expert advise regarding repair of some bare patches left from a recent tree removal. Thanks, Matthew!

I have been with them for a year and believe me neither their products nor their attitude did any good to the lawn or to me. Please go ahead and read all the reviews before signing up with them rather than looking at the rating number. Once you sign up with them that s it, it s like you are supposed to pay them as per their rules no matter what. They fail to address your concerns and they throw so much attitude to you with a terrible customer service. They never refund you and they charge you unnecessarily. I am going to warn all my friends in our community about this and also going to file a consumer complaint and fight for the money they STOLE from me. They told me they would send an itemized bill and they haven t yet and I am sure after this they would send and they will try to make up for the unnecessary charges. I have cancelled their service and UTTERLY DISSAPPOINTED. Please beware and be careful, once you give your payment card that s it.

Update: Great looking yard for this time of the year. And yes, this is builder grade Bernie. I have been customer since July last year so it is a good time to post my review along with some photos. Reason why I chose RG is because I was first time homeowner and taking care of lawn on top of other things was just too overwhelming. We had new sod laid in June, so pretty much the worst time ( water restrictions and heat). Chris Van Winkle is great technician to work with. It is was always good to chat about what can I do to help my lawn so I am trying not to miss him when he is doing the treatment. He did excellent job taking my lawn to where it is today. Starting with watering recommendations, weed treatments he did etc. Please remember, you as a customer have to do your part too. Frequent mowing (at least once a week) and 2 deep waterings a week make a difference. Let the photos speak for itself.

Started my service about a month ago after living for a few months in my new build home and weeds had taken over my entire backyard. Hand pulling was futile. I d spent over 8 hours doing that and barely made a dent. I ve had two treatments 2 weeks apart by lawn tech Chris and the yard looks so much better. It s still has a way to go, but now I don t feel dread looking in my backyard. Also just had a complimentary irrigation system check by Miguel and he set up my watering days and times for each station and was super friendly. Thank you, Real Green, for helping me feel more relaxed about my home and even proud of my front yard!

I just stopped using this service after about 2 years. I did this because if you look today there are as many weeds as there were when I started. Some people have had good luck with them. I have not.

I had my first treatment two days ago. And real green used a spray application. They did not apply it evenly and it is obvious from the burned arcs where it was applied. I now have burned semicircular arcs where they killed my grass and oh yes the weeds. I m guessing the concentration was too strong or the tech applied too much and not evenly. Not likely the later since he was only out here for a very short period. The service manager came out and again reiterated the company s line that this is not typical and wanted to apply even more chemicals to bring back the areas that were over treated. After a few more days it is obvious that the coverage was not even and large areas were not touched and those that were are burned. Do not use this company!

I switched to Real Green several years ago after receiving poor service from other pest control companies. I have never been disappointed with any of the services Real Green provided. Company didn t follow through like they advertised. Sprayed chemicals that haven t had any effect on weeds two weeks later. Perhaps they are specialists for some specific types of lawns, but I don t recommend them at all for your everyday use.

Edit from the business response: if you have so much time to promote reviews, how do you not have time to call back? You do not seem to try your best when you don t respond and give a refund for an annual plan that ended in 4 days when I found out the cold call was too salesy and only led to a 12x ask for upselling. Not sure why this company is cold-calling when it has historically had good reviews, however I got duped and recommend you save yourself! The cold call promised the world and you only get chemicals sprayed once in a while. My weeds are only growing strong several weeks later. They then refuse to refund when you find out the truth. They charge more than average and don t include basics like mowing, let alone anything up you d expect for lawn maintenance. The attached picture is from weeks after they say they serviced for the month and sprayed some unknown substance where my kids play, which I would not have allowed in my service, but they do what they want without communication and won t respond to questions. There are so many lawn maintenance companies - try someone else!

I have been a Real Green customer for my lawn and pest control for many years. But just last year I realized that they also serviced sprinkler systems. This year, as a long time customer, they called me to see if I was interested in an inspection/tune up. After all the Texas weather issues, I was definitely interested, so set up an appt. Charles Carter came and after inspecting it all, he found one leak. He showed me how it was happening, what could be done and quoted a price. After I authorized the repair, he fixed it that same morning. He was friendly and patient and let me watch what he did, explaining everything as he worked. I was impressed and will continue to use Real Green for all my lawn care needs.

My law care service is excellent. My service guy, Chris VanWinkle, has always asked if I m having ant problems or if I need anything else, for my lawn. SO MUCH better than my previous lawn service. I highly recommend this company.

Truly awful experience with this company. I dont know what they did, but over the course of a year plus they managed to destroy my lawn - went from so-so but alive and green to a downright disaster. This was a year or so ago and they keep calling me for business. I asked them a week or two ago not to not call or I would post a review. If Im further contacted without an offer of compensation, I will post pictures. I do not want money, but I also dont want to be bothered any further. Dont waste your money!

This is an update. We have used Real Green for all these years. Theyve been very attentive. Matthew Z and Mike Im sorry I dont know his last name as well. The others have all been very supportive they call before each time and they stop and let us know what theyre doing. They find the weeds and make sure to come back to treat them. Matt had deal with a visiting aggressive 4 pound chihuahua and handled with grace and humor. Occupational hazard. We live by lake Travis. The land is solid rock. They have to use a jackhammer to plant trees. We have nice landscaping that we really enjoy. We have a large front lawn that for some reason developed multiple areas that were patches of dead grass. Real Green and Shawn has worked with us extensively and totally resolved the issue. The yard looks fantastic. In addition we have very large red tips ( 25 feet high) and they became infected with fungus. Real Green worked diligently and saved the red tips which took over a decade to grow. The techs have all been punctual, great to work with and they take ownership of results. After many years of time and effort invested in our landscaping its nice to know that the company can keep it looking great. I would highly recommend their services.

I think that the healthy maintenance allowed us to get through this past summer with a very beautiful lawn. I find these guys to be very fair in their pricing, and when they suggest added services I may need they are always things I ACTUALY need and not just unnecessary add-ons. Real Green, and our lawn technician Raymond Garcia, are the reason our lawn looks decent. Thats saying a lot considering we went through a very hot summer with zero days of lawn irrigation allowed.
