Chem-free is always on time and consistent with treatments. Whenever I have an issue outside of my schedule they are there as soon as possible to help me out. We have used Chem-Free services for several years. Most of the time, only outside treatment is necessary. When they do need to treat the inside, there is no lingering odor. We are very satisfied with our Chem- Free service, and especially love our serviceman, Riley Bordeaux. We like the notifications. The first one is sent two -three weeks in advance, then reminders are sent. On the day of service, a text is sent showing when the service person is en route.

Chem Free Organic Pest& lawn Services is a great resource to help you with pest and lawn care. They really helped with many ants mounds and insects on my back and front lawns. We used this service because we did not want a chemical used that would kill our lizards and geckos. Michael irradicated all wasp and yellow jacket nests, then knocked them all down. Also checked all trees, bushes and crepe myrtle trees. Never realized nests would be in crepe myrtle trees but there was one large one. I would highly recommend this company for their great service.

Ive been with Chem-Free since 2019 now, and I appreciate their kind service, transparency, communication, and quality work. (They also have a loyalty points program.) Recently I had a chance to speak with Elida (Licensed Inspector), and it was even lovelier to learn about the family nature of the business, strong leadership, and the social good they do for the local community - lots of company volunteering including VTO (paid volunteer time off once a month). I also learned that the CEO sits on several non-profit boards, and his son will be taking over the business soon. As the child of immigrant small business owners, I feel even more motivated to keep spending my money with this company because I trust that my (financial) energy will go towards a net positive for our local community in addition to quality service that meets my needs of a pest free home with minimal chemicals.

Chem Free organic has been a Godsend. My house near first and slaughter was a veritable nesting ground for the German(?because of the helmet like appearance?) roaches. They were literally falling from the door frames and light fixtures and crawling out of electric outlets during peak season. I appologized to my visitors at that time but was embarassed to host friends, much less bring my kids friends over. Plus their eggs stink to high heaven Id tried another run-o-tha-mill pest management company and well, you get what you pay for. The excellesnt service I receive every three month by pest technicians - minimal 15-20 minute visits - Chem Free has kept my home - Roach Free since 2017 or 18. Sincerely

Chemfree has been taking care of our property for several years. Juan is very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and personable. He is very thorough, took time to answer my questions, and addressed the issues I had. He is quite experienced which is reassuring. I appreciate having the same person coming each time as it provides continuity of care, attending to, following -up or inquiring about previous issues or problem areas. Juan is the best and I have great respect for Chemfree.

I would NOT recommend this company. They came out and spent several hours here; I paid @$750 for their service. They did not get rid of any of the pests. We had to hire another service to come treat which immediately got rid of everything. Did not even offer a partial reimbursement- only offered to give me a list of chemicals they used.

They treat our home inside and out twice a year. We have been a customer for many years! We have never been disappointed in their service. Juan is always friendly and very professional. He always addresses any concerns or questions we might have. Great company!

I had a rat problem in my attic. They trapped the ones in the attic and sealed any entry point. I contracted them to come on a quarterly basis to inspect and rebait all traps. It s working. Peace of mind is a good thing.

Chem-Free is the best pest service I have had. Living in the country outside Austin, I expect to see some critters - but since our treatments started - I definitely see VERY FEW spiders, ants, and other pests. Ian is top notch and makes sure things are covered.

These drivers are wrecked drivers, have no problem running stop sighs or cutting people off.

Heads up - Chem-free is owned by ABC and you can expect the same almost-top-dollar-prices for almost-bottom-of-the-barrel service that you would expect from ABC. Hired them to remove a skunk that was establishing a nest under our drive way. Made it clear that the problem was urgent and needed to be addressed before the skunk moved in and had babies. They sent out an account manager the next day (good) and we signed up for a service plan of trapping the skunk for $250, which really didnt sound too high. They were then late calling us to schedule the appointment for the trap and by that time couldnt get anyone out until next week. I took the next-week appointment and took off work to be there. The ABC employee/tech didnt call or show up and after the service window had past I called ABC/Chem-free and told them to cancel and refund. They probably would have rescheduled, but Im sure the shoddy service and frustrating interactions would have continued and didnt want to deal with it.

The service was amazing and they really make an effort to use toxic free products.

ChemFree has come out on a quarterly basis since December 2021. Weve noticed a significant reduction of unwanted critters inside our lakeside condo. The quarterly treatments on our balcony have also worked to make our outdoor moments more enjoyable. For the Spring 2022 treatment, the technician made a pin-pointed effort to create a barrier against wasps. Because of this, we were able to delightfully begin our balcony summers without the pesty annoyances of wasps & a trailing army of ants. Most recently, ChemFree helped us nip a flea problem in the bud before it became a major infestation.

His products are safe for adults,children and pets, thats why we chose ChemFree. We have been using their services for over 5 years. Hes always on time and alerts you by text before and when he arrives. We are very satisfied for services performed in the house, outside in the yard, and around the house foundation.

I have used Chemfree for several years and always been impressed with their service.

I paid 192 for a service that I wasn t even satisfied with. I called and was told that they were going to send someone out but I had to pay for service when they initially told me that they would come out free of charge if we weren t satisfied or was having the same issue. I didn t see a difference at all and the gentleman that came out to do the service didn t spray everywhere around the house. Don t waste your time and money with this company.

This company has been so great. When I moved into my new rental home, there were roaches in the house. I was concerned about it being organic and not doing the job quick enough. They came out quickly and even more times than they were scheduled and I have not seen a roach in five months. More recently, a dead rat was found in my outdoor wash room. When I called on a Saturday, the girl who answered the phone told me that they would send someone asap and even remove it for me. She was very professional and sweet. This company is always quick to respond, someone always answers the phone and the people that have serviced my home have always seemed to care about what they do. Michael Kiefer, Juan and Riley have done such a great job when they come to my home. Riley even went out of his way to let me know of some other issues around the home that dont involve him. I definitely would recommend this company.

Received text msg that service tech was 30 minutes away, and then he arrived within that window. Marcus was very courteous, thorough with his explanations of the ant problem (originally identified as Carpenter Ants but he said they were Acrobat Ants), and patiently and respectfully answered all my questions. I have free-ranging chickens so the granules were not an option but the gel would work. He treated the areas of concerns as well as areas to prevent further ant entry. The gel treatment is odorless and very effective. I saw ants dying instantly.

James from chemfree came out to check out what we thought might be a termite or carpenter ant infestation. He quickly assessed the insects present and said they were a type of ant that wouldnt eat our house and provided pet safe options if we cared to get rid of them. The large number of ants was a temporary thing so we didnt pursue a service. Im writing this review because James visit was very informative and free. I really appreciate chemfree and James for their help!

Their service is generally good; however, there are certain products they use with a very strong odor. Even though the products are used outside, the odor gets into the house. We have asked multiple times over the years that these products not be used. Each time, they apologize put a note on our account, but it still happens again, for reasons that are not clear. So we call them again, and they make another note. Happened again today. Weve decided to switch to another service before it happens again; I *do* give the manager kudos for reaching out to us to try to make it right.

Got ChemFree bc of pets. They are the same company as ABC Pest & Lawn. ABC has treated us right in the past with a plumbing issue, so I signed up for roach control with them where they come once every other month, always when I m at work. It s been about 6 months to a year, and this is the first time the technician (Harley) explained to me that she usually likes to treat inside the house, instead of just the outside, and why she thinks it s best. She even offered to contact the company and have the scheduling department change my appointment times to a day that I am usually home. In other words: she had my best interests in mind! I cannot thank you enough, Harley. Thank you for caring about your profession and your customers.

I have used ABC Pest Control in the past, though not the cheapest, quality and service out weight the cost. We are in a new house and closer to the Grandkids, so didnt want chems inside the house, so went with chem free. We had an amt problem starting in this house and within 2 or 3 days of chem free going thru the house wants were gone. They now just treat the outside and we couldnt be happier

Hardy was professional and extremely knowledgeable on the needs of our home. He walked through our home with us and only treated what was necessary based on our concerns.
