We were woken up to the lawn care guy cutting our yard lights with his weed eater. I pointed out he had done this and he gets verbally hostile with me and says Ill cut them all next time. He sits in the road by his truck revving his weed eater for several minutes after being told to leave because I dont want someone like that at our house. He tries to blow our yard regardless, and I have to tell him to leave three more times before he actually does, stopping short of calling the cops. Tells me off for not canceling when he was the one who decided not to be careful with our yard, or check in with us. Then when we go to report him he cancels himself anyway. If he had simply apologized and been more careful I would have let it go, but this was completely unprofessional behavior after destroying our property.

Just moved into a new place where the lawn is on me and didn t really know where to start. Lance and his crew took care of everything for me before I even got home! AND I got my first service for $20! Love the app and how user friendly it is - you can message your professional and very easily edit your schedule. I also love the hours, I work later into the evening sometimes and they were messaging back at 7pm!

Roman was sent by Lawn Love to mow my lawn and cut back and pull out a few plants whose roots were quite deep. I was very happy with the results. He did everything I asked him to and left everything clean and tidy. My yard had become so overgrown and an eyesore. Thank you Roman, I really appreciate you restoring my lawn to a pleasant place to return to. I know you had a long day doing two jobs today.

Lawn Love did a fantastic job on my lawn!! I love how every time they come, Im just amazed!!

They incorrectly wrote down my lawn care plan, came twice and did the wrong work (mowed front lawn which was off limits and left dead leaves in backyard which I had explicitly asked them to remove) . I called to cancel and they offered to fix their mistake, so I restated my desired plan, they came out and repeated what they had done wrong. I asked for a full refund and they somehow kept asking for another chance and kept using the incorrect plan in their offer. In the end, I gave up trying to get a refund. I was unsatisfied with all aspects of their service.

DaQuwan was a real help getting our lawn back in shape after 3 weeks without attention. We discussed a plan of future services to get the lawn and flower beds back up to our standards.

Marshall did a wonderful job with my lawn today, I legitimately could not be happier with the professionalism and care shown. 10/10 would work with him again!

Other lawn servicers are inconsistent and don t have an online management portal but Lawn Love does and I can add on additional treatments without any recurring obligation. My biggest issue with lawn services are no call no shows. Not only did they show up when they said they would but it was a fair price on top of it which together can t be beat. I m very pleased and definitely recommend.

The service I received was everything that would give you no reasons to complain, and then José did all of the thing I thought were a part of the past. His focus on costumer service, his obvious pride and work ethic reached a level of perfectionism you don t see often. I will only be using Lawn Love on my lawn. As for as José goes I do hope he remaims my lawn care Pro for a long time into the future!!!!

The mower is great, and hes the only reason this isnt a 1 star. I get really annoyed by the amount of notifications this service sends. I just wanted the lawn to not be a problem while I worked on the house, but its like I traded one issue for another; and I pay for it. 2 messages in 2 months from the mower himself that make total sense, but thats maybe 10% of what Ive been sent. Fortunately, I dont get their texts anymore because my phone flagged their number as spam. Avoiding the app mostly gives me my peace back. PS I was going to just keep this to my self, but I got an email asking me to leave a review. Im hoping by posting this, Ill get rid of at least one of the notifications Im receiving. This would have been no review or a 5 star review if they would have just stopped messaging me.

This company is not local....seems as though they hire out local crews to complete the work. I have had 2 different crews, both of which have rescheduled my service multiple times. They say it is due to weather, but Austin has had clear, sunny skies and moderate, if not hot, temps since I started with them. They do not allow you to cancel your contract with them until they complete 3 services. But no one will come to complete the 3rd service. Very unprofessional.

Really good at what he does

William was outstanding !. He worked so hard to get the job done!. He was professional, polite and respectful of me and my husband who are elderly.

I set my preference to bi weekly and would get someone showing up every week or just getting charged every week even when they didn t come. I called for 3 months trying to figure it out and finally was told it was because I had two profiles (no one picked up on this until my 5th call) even while I was on the phone I said cancel the person on their way as someone just came four days ago. On the phone they said they cancelled and then a moment later someone was mowing in my backyard. It was not the contractors fault (this Time) I had JUST asked the company to cancel and they said they did and this poor guy still came out. I was on the phone with support while we worked through the charges and profiles and he assured me he canceled the mower and 2 minutes into the call the mower showed up still. But my issue is three times now I have been charged and then getting a request to rate the mower when no one came. I called again yesterday as I was charged Friday and no one came, then he came yesterday to fulfill the request (3rd time this happened) and his mower ran out of gas half way but he still asked I fill out on the app that he was there (I didn t) and shocker he never came back and still not getting calls returned. Do not use. Update: I moved it to a two rating because after six lawn contractors coming, they assigned me a new group who is always on time and comes as scheduled or kindly reaches out if they need to reschedule, first crew I love. Thing to note - they contract out so each week can be a different crew

I would have preferred a little more attention to the weed-eating. Grass growing up through my pavers and three foot wide strip of grass was in cut in my front yard right up beside my neighbors driveway makes my yard look unfinished. Everything else was satisfactory!

My lawn service was great. My lawn hadn t been mowed in forever because I was out of town, working overtime, and generally busy, and the uncooperative weather we have had. It was a 90° day today and he got the lawn done quickly and it looks great. I still have to go weed wack the fall weeds and the grass behind my shed and in my sons fenced in play area, but the job was done well, and I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

Alba Chacon of Lawn Love has met my expectations in providing very quick service as a first time provider to a new resident on their first monthly service. They do offer weekly and biweekly cuts along with a host of other services. Need to agree to a 3 cut minimum after which time you may cancel for whatever reason. Price is based on height of grass and sq ft. Up to 9 no additional charge. Initiated on Saturday and was completed on Monday. Their service is done in a professional manner via text/email and communicated each step of the way which was impressive. The mowing, edging, blowing and clean up were properly done. Showed care and respect for property. Pictures were then sent as I was out of town to evidence completion. I have a schedule for my next mow. Have options to keep, cancel, suspend, increase frequency or do sections only. Wow! So far, so good. Will update on next two cuts as this is only my first.

Sabrina from lawn love cleaned up my yard for me. And it was a total disaster of a lawn as I had been rescheduled because of the rain so it was so high. But she didn t mind as she reassured me it was alright. She was super friendly and made me feel comfortable as this is the first time I ve hired someone to do my lawn and she even took the time out to play with my 3 year old after she was done. And I know she was hot and ready to go. So that was super thoughtful, she let me know when she was on her way and she showed up and finished the job in a timely professional manner.
