They mowed my yard in South Austin for a year before we moved, and they did a great job! Hassle-free experience, and would recommend.

We have used H2H for many years and have no complaints. They are efficient and thorough. Their customer service is great, and the online payment system makes it easy to stay up to date.

This company stole our plants in broad daylight. Every yucca on our walkway. Giant yuccas. They said they would make it right. I waited three months for a resolution and still have no plants. Update: They scheduled an appointment to replace the plants and never showed up.

I have used them for both mowing and landscaping and they have done an excellent job every time.

Very reasonably priced, good service, and the lawn looks great. Good customer service, easy bill-pay.

They are fine. I used H2H for a couple of years. They will come and do the same rote thing every week, but if you want anything customized for your property they are going to be very inconsistent or not bother to help. The front office seems out of touch with the crews.

Called these folks after they left a card on my door, seemed nice enough. They agreed to mow my yard as they already mowed the neighbors. Set up and appointment and said they would send an email. No show on both the email and the agreed upon time to mow the yard. Thought they might come by and mow when they did the neighbors as had been mentioned when scheduling my visit. Day comes. They mowed the neighbors, then left. No call. No email. No knock on the door. If you like being ignored and dont want your lawn cut, contact these folks.... Follow up: Are you serious? Not only did you try and blame me on why yall did not come and cut my lawn because you could not contact me? You HAVE my phone number that you previously contacted me. Then you send your goons to wack my grass and you mess up my back patio. I just received a bill for this service I did not request that did a poor job. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!

This company has done multiple jobs for me now and I cannot say enough great things about them! On this recent job, Wes, the Landscaper, came out to assess the project of tearing out an old, weed ridden very long bed that had rotting Timbers and old stones in it. I wanted it all gone with just grass going up to the house. His very hard word workers, Rey and Jesse, and he himself, worked all day today and I came home to a Hollywood yard! Wow! It s just perfect! They hauled everything away, we re courteous, responsive, pleasant and super hard workers! I highly recommend this company for all your landscaping needs!!!

Kenny Garner was extremely professional and knowledgable about the specific lawn care requirements needed to provide the optimal nutrients/care to my yard, so that it would be lush, full, and easy to maintain. Kenny ensured that all products used on the yard were animal safe so that my pets and any animals in contact with the yard would be protected. I am extremely happy with how beautiful and healthy my yard looks and that I am able to enjoy it with my animals without concern.

Great service, this was our first time using house 2 house lawn care and Kenny was kind and courteous and asked what we needed done and asked what we need in the future. Very professional and knowledgeable.

They show up when they say they will and do great work! On their first visit they cleaned out a huge, rocky hole in the yard, without needing to ask or tell me how hard it would be. Something 2 other mowing companies said they could not do without additional fees and booking for time. Today, they removed an old dead tree and cleaned the whole sidewalk, again something other lawn companies said I would need an arborist to remove it. House to House has been maintaining my lawn for a really long time and Ive always been happy with them. But recently I set up some landscaping with Wes who is part of the House to House team. Wes was amazing - came out several times to measure, offer ideas, sent photos of suggested work and prices. His team was led by Rey and they worked hard and made everything perfectly symmetrical as I wanted. But the big surprise was a Kitty corner ...... when I told them not to mess with a certain area because my dear cat was buried there, Rey created a permanent monument that is so beautiful and it was all a surprise for me! I urge people to call House to House not just for lawn service, but also small landscaping projects!

Not much value with these wise guys. Think anyone is probably better off investing in a mower.

I had been getting my lawn serviced by these guys for close to a year. They charged me even more during the month of February (aka the snowpocalypse) for debris removal and charged me for the regular cut. Now Im no home Improvements star Tim Allen. But i know when my lawn has been cut and cleared of leaves and let me tell you i couldnt see a change over all the snow. After the snow melted, wow still no change and a high bill. Now im finally seeing the february charge, with late fee, tacked onto this months bill which i remind you it is now april when im seeing it. So total i owe $117 after my pipes burst and ac broke, when the regular charge is $46. TRUST ME BUYING A MOWER IS BETTER AND YOU WOULD DO A BETTER JOB THAN THESE GUYS ANYWAYS! -Edit- They called me, no name, or telling me he s a manager or anything, to change my review. This is after I canceled my service today after receiving such a high bill that i have to pay. On top of it they were not nice at all, the guy called me deceiving, and refused to hang up when asked. Having someone can call you to harass you about a google review after i already canceled is ridiculous. They have my card info, number and address, so I hope this is the last time i have to deal with them!

They come when scheduled, unless it s spring/growing season in which they will make it to you, just got to be patient but at the end of your service visit your yard will look A+++!! I have been a customer for about 9 years, and these guys have always done a great job with my regular yard mow, always taking into account my mowing preferences and taking care of special requests along the way. I just had one of their landscapers named Chase work on removing overgrown vegetation over my fence, and he was super thorough and diligent in removing everything and disposing off the debris carefully. I couldnt be happier with the work he did and recommend the company and their crew highly! Thanks for the hard work!

Carlitos and Joseph of House to House Lawncare worked very hard on our yard today. It was sweltering hot and it didn t affect them. They bagged very tall grass leavings and went the extra mile to edge and ouck stubborn weeds. They were cery professional, kind and willing to assist with lawn requests. They are fantastic!

Amazing service delivered by a helpful, knowledgeable, and nice crew. Alex and Ken did an excellent job with my neglected yard. After two months of heavy rain and no mowing, my weeds and grass were out of control. In short order, Alex and Ken with House to House got it looking great! My patio is clean and my yard is beautiful again. They were very thoughtful, advising me on what Ill need to do going forward to keep my yard looking the best it can. I have been using House to House for more than 5 years. They provide an excellent service and they DO respond to emails and calls. I saw some of the reviews complaining about the bag fees. Yes, at times the bag fees are more than the lawn service. Each bag is huge and stuffed. They haul away the leaves and heavy grass clippings. Well worth the price. I needed my flower beds mulched, they quickly did it at a fair price. Same with extra work, basically two guys are around $75 an hour for the extra trimming etc.. And YES, if they haul the trimmings or leaves etc off its is $5 a BIG bag on top of that. I have a lot of security cameras around my entire house, I can see if they come and take care of the entire yard. Never had an issue with them billing for a service they did not provide. They switched to an online billing service a while back, it would be pretty hard to miss a bill and not make an on-time payment. Very convenient. I give Andy and his team 5 stars because they deserve it !

I came across House to House Lawn Care on Craigs List where they were advertising free bags of leaves. I contacted them and right away, Andy got back to me letting me know that he would be more than happy to provide me with leaves for my composting projects. It then turned out that I was a little out of his service area. Despite that, he was willing to be flexible and we worked out a way for him to deliver tons of leaves to me. (Not to mention, the person who actually delivered the leaves was extremely mindful and professional the entire time.) I had previously contacted several lawn care companies in my local neighborhood regarding leaves and lawn clippings and not a single one ever bothered to respond. So it was a total pleasure working with House to House who were so responsive and did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I recommend them and I look forward to working with them again. Also, I love that they are finding creative ways to repurpose yard waste rather than dumping it in the landfill!

Excellent lawn service. Dependable, fair prices, and quality work. My mother is 93 and they only mow when it is needed. We have a combination lock on her gate so that House to House can get in. Safety was our concern, H2H always makes sure the gate is locked. You will not be disappointed, great management, great crew, and quality equipment.

These guys are fantastic. They always do really professional work, and have a personal homegrown feel to them. They do a really great job being on schedule when they can (weather and all that) and communicate when they cant. Overall, great service, and very impressed.

These guys are reliable and professional. I have a swing set, a 12 foot trampoline, and a little play house in my back yard. Its also littered with toys most of the time. They not only mowed, they put up the toys and moved the play things to make sure they got it all. Love these guys!!!

These guys do the lawn at my current residence and have been since the previous tenants were there a few weeks ago they came by to do the lawn and I noticed that they were weeding around the flower beds where I just planted flowers I asked them to no longer mow in one area of the yard that I had it and I would take care of it and to please anywhere that I had barriers up to not mow behind them. Well this past week they came by my house again and mowed the lawn in the front and even though I told them directly not to do the backyard they went ahead and did it anyways and they moved my barriers and mowed down all the vegetation I had planted which was that least you know $40 in seeds and umpteen hours of hard work too put it in had I paid somebody to come and install that Garden it would have cost me at least a couple hundred dollars for what I had done. Not to mention they had to move the barriers to get behind there and mow down all my fresh plants that were still sprouting up

Excellent job. I use House to House Lawn Care on a regular basis, and did not think of asking them for tree trimming. Sean gave me a good estimate. Dan did an wonderful job. He is very professional, very safety conscious, and he trimmed more we discussed, which was very nice indeed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
