Today we had a fantastic experience with Heroes Lawn Care . We had a leak underground in our irrigation system, Clint and James figured out exactly what the problem was and were experts at both the diagnostics and the ensuing repair! Also checked every zone and replaced a couple spray heads. Very thorough and they were truly gentlemen! If you ever have need for any irrigation repair, These guys are super!

Had a complete front and backyard sprinkler irrigation install on an existing home. Heroes did an outstanding job throughout the process. Timely, informative and professional. Clint, the lead installer, is very knowledgeable, skilled and pays close attention to the details. The entire job from start to finish was approximately 2 days. Any complications that sprung up were immediately addressed and remedied. Heroes uses high quality materials and designed the system to fit my yard. No unnecessary zones were added and they took care to install a backflow valve so as to be in compliance with Texas codes. Overall, very good experience and highly recommended.

Appreciate James coming out to take care of our irrigation system. We had a wire and several sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced. Everything was quickly taken care of in an hours time. Thanks so much!

I was a first time customer with this company. I only call to ask questions about my weeds growing after about two weeks. When I call I get a text message the representative will call you shortly, but every time someone due call me there calls drops. I guest they think Im hung up but I m not. So I finally get a call from the manager Ellan who ask me if I get the invitation for a survey which I don t always check emails. That s why I don t give it to anybody. I told her that as well because I m dealing with and mental illness veterans which she said she understands but I seem like she doesn t because after calling them for two days. She call me say she s trying to reschedule me and follow up but I couldn t hear the person on the phone. I get and text messages saying that she no longer serving my area no more. Since I didn t do that invitation on this company. I paid for the service with warranty I was told but it seems like all they wanted was my money. I hate I hate I went with this company and not the company but now my husband can t do the yard i got to find someone else. I have a lot on my plate. People s stay away from this company. Especially with the manager Ellan out of Austin or part of it. Bad business and management. Customer service is not good even. It really hurt to be treated this way.

I am so grateful to Todd, and the whole squad, at Heroes Lawn Care. They completely transformed the landscaping beds around the front of the house (let s just say I don t have a green thumb) and thoroughly treated the lawn for weeds. Todd went above and beyond in evaluating what work we needed done and completing the project. On top of that, he also explained everything, so I feel better prepared to keep the lawn in good shape moving forward! 100% recommend them for your lawn care needs!

If you want sub par service, the run around and a company that has shoddy work they don t stand behind then THIS is your company. Start date 4/26/23. They cut and ran 5/5. Made many empty promises and this is my end result as of 5/12. I had to call the police they were so rude and refused to clean up the mess they left. I have text message, pictures and video to back all of this up.

0 stars if I could. Hucksters and charlatans. Visited my home to fix a pipe leak that I had already found and already dug up, as well as replacing some soil from another section of the lawn that had been dug up separately. Perhaps 1.5 hrs of work. I was expecting $150, maybe $200 of work if they were on the expensive side. Tried to charge me $600. Justification? Flat rate to repair the leak ~ $150 Flat rate for a mutli-point inspection of my sprinkler system that I did *not* authorize ~ $150 Hourly to repair the leak and replace soil $125/hr x ~2.5 hr (first of all, it wasnt even close to 2.5 hrs; secondly, you can charge a flat rate or hourly, not both) I got them down to $300 and just paid to have it be over. Most expensive sprinkler repair in the world. [To be fair, the tech seemed knowledgeable and did good work. The highway robbery from the office ruined what might have otherwise been a 5-star experience. I hope reviews like this will nudge them toward decent business practices.]

Great experience with Heroes. Called on Monday to schedule aeration service and had it done on Wednesday morning. Will definitely use them again.

I used Heroes Lawn Care as recommended by Angi to correct one of my sprinkler stations not working. All quotes were in the $200 dollar range, so I let Heroes do the work. Testing the system, I found that there was 2 stations that had been removed from the system. I requested that Heroes come back and repair the problem they had created, only to learn that they also changed me for correction of the problem they caused. Tried to get them to correct their billing and they completely ignored me. Be careful if you use them.

Clint was OUTSTANDING. Love that Heroes Lawn Care is Veteran owned! Clint told me he was going to be late due to bad traffic which I was fine with; at least he let me know. His workmanship, attention to detail and customer friendly attitude was AWESOME. I highly recommend Heroes Lawn Care. Im not going back to my old irrigation repair company!!!!

Honest and thorough company very knowledgeable about lots of things landscaping/irrigation related even gardening related. Clint put in irrigation in multiple tricky spots of our multi level property and did an incredible job. He checked in to make sure we liked the plan and walked us through now to work everything. We ll call Clint with heroes for all future landscaping irrigation needs, we found our guy!

I had them come out to do an estimate on my yard after an irrigation break. We asked for a quote for the repair and a quote redoing our lawn completely (new sod, etc). We were told that if we use them after the quote, then the inspection would be put towards our total bill for the work. The guy who came out was friendly and said we d get quotes for both. We have not. After we paid the invoice, they company became unresponsive. I ve sent several emails without response. So they essentially charged us to come out and tell us our irrigation was broken, something we clearly knew since it was a water line break and water was coming out of the ground. I have sent emails but they are not responding.
