Todd was quite helpful in coming out to look at some failing shrubs. Hd some good suggestions that can be implemented to see if these will improve their health. May need replacing if they dont come back. Would recommend.

Todd and his team did an excellent job with my yard. I was only there for a year but the lawn looked horrible with weeds this spring, and in no time he had my yard in beautiful shape, green and lush. I wish I could take him to north Texas to my permanent home and to Ohio to my next work home and have him take care my lawns there.

We ve been using Cutting Edge Lawn Care for several years and have been happy with their dependability and response to inquiries. Red wasps built a nest in a birdhouse located under the eaves of our back deck. After being stung (ouch!) and spraying on four separate occasions and never having success in getting rid of all the wasps, we called Cutting Edge. I spoke to Todd and explained the problem. He came out the next day, killed the wasps, took down the birdhouse and removed the nests inside. He also checked around the house, on the fences and in the yard for other possible wasp nests. Thank you Todd for a job well done and advising us to relocate the birdhouse to a more favorable location.

I switched to Dr Tex after I was unhappy with another lawn service. Theyve done a good job greening up my lawn and controlling the weeds. So far I am satisfied with their service.

Dr. Tex Lawn & Pest have performed two weed and feed applications in the last two months and I already see a big difference in the lawn. I met with Todd the owner and he is very knowledgeable. I also had my irrigation system serviced and the technician did just enough to put the system back in proper order without trying to upsell. I am very pleased with the service so far.

I only used this company for a little over a year. My lawn was suffering and the previous company just did not do a good job.Todd and his team did a awesome job at determining what the lawn needed. In less than one year the lawn really was doing great. Then the drought hit.

Todd came to my home today to assess all the damage the drought did to my lawn. He was very knowledgeable and a wealth of information and told me I was essentially doing everything correctly other than perhaps putting in bermuda grass where the summer scorched the heck out of my St. Augustine. Todd went on to tell us how his company maintains their equipment and that it lasts them years. We run a small engine repair business (mowers, etc) and this tells us that Dr. Tex Lawn & Pest provide excellent services to their customers because dull blades and garbage machines leave your lawns looking like exactly what you pay for. Weve always shied away from a lawn care company because of these very reasons. That choice is now under review *only* because of how Todd runs his business and cares for his equipment. We will be seriously considering regular maintenance services from Dr. Tex. If regular mowing services are what you are looking for, call Todd at Dr. Tex.

The owner was so helpful, and seems very knowledgable. He couldnt do the work for our HOA because of the lack of needed equipment that he doesnt yet own, but he was quick to share that he is hoping to acquire that equipment as they expand their company in the years to come. He still offerred me advice and took time to help me even though he knew he couldnt take the job!

We have had a great experience with Cutting Edge/Dr. Tex since we started using them for biweekly mowing/edging/leaf removal in March 2020. We struggled with weeds previously, and we ve had no issues with weeds at all since they started their Dr. Tex treatment. They are very punctual, and if there is bad weather or a holiday, they always send an email ahead of time. We ve asked for extra one-time services like shrub trimming or mulch via email, and they respond immediately and perform the service quickly. After the winter storms when everyone had downed tree limbs, we emailed to ask for a limb to be removed and they got to it only a day or two after the roads were passable again. We ve never had billing issues either. They re not the cheapest, but we ve continued with them because they are so reliable and do a high-quality job.

They have always taken great care of my yard. My neighbors continually ask who does my yard as it always looks great.

Dr. Tex has a done a great job taking care of yard from weeds. They recommended a full year program (8 treatments) that addresses the different weeds and different season. My bermuda grass never had any crab grass or weeds and never had brown spots! The program is very effective and reasonably priced. Also, they are very consistent and provide courtesy calls when they are servicing your lawn. Dr. Tex is locally owned and I highly recommend Todd and his team to take care of your lawn.
