This is hands down, the best service experience I have ever had. We had damage to two of the tress in our yard after a big storm the other night. We called Cathey's Lawn Care, not really knowing what to expect, and never having called any lawn care service before. Doug Cathey (company owner) answered the phone himself, and was here within the hour. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, why the damage happened, and steps we need to take in the future. We have four small children, and he was so wonderful with them; letting them watch while he worked and explaining everything he was doing for them. He even cut them souvenirs from the tree limbs to keep. He has a team of gentlemen he works with who were also professional, quick, and friendly. I cannot recommend this company enough, and look forward to working with Doug again in the future. Cathey's lawn service is local and family owned, and I can't think of a better company to give my money to. The other guys did an OK job but were hard to reach, wouldn't show up when they said they would, and kept changing the price.
