Adam had his team trim our trees in preparation for the winter. They sprayed protectant on cut limbs. Team was friendly and accommodating to requests.
Very frustrating experience. They came out and quoted me $120 for mowing and edging for a medium/standard sized lawn that had been mowed 1.5 weeks prior. I normally pay $50 for this service. We negotiated down to $60. They "completed" the work in 15 minutes... I took a look at the yard and the grass was uneven, the edging was barely done and the leaf blower was hardly used to clean up. I let them know the work was incomplete and they "did it again" but this time sloppily cut into my grass to edge, left sections unedged, cut the grass way too short, and still didn't leaf blow the area. They sent the guys with lawn mowers and edgers to a different job before giving me a chance to look at the yard, and when I told them it still wasn't done correctly, they gave me strange excuses including that they can't leaf blow areas with xeroscaping because "rocks would fly up." They said they "did the job twice" for me and I needed to pay them. When I said they did the job twice because it was half done the first time, and it still wasn't complete, they said "leave us alone and go in peace." Very unprofessional.
We hired Adam and his crew to remove approximately 4000 sq feet of river rock from our front yard and replace with grass sod. He coordinated the job with heavy machinery operators and dump truck to remove the rock, with his team doing shoveling and wheelbarrowing in the tight areas around the house and trees. During the excavation an old buried sprinkler system sprung a leak. Adam had a plumber there within an hour to find and fix the leak. What could have been a headache and big delay he got fixed right away. The job started on a Thursday and they were done the following Wednesday, working every day but Sunday. His team always showed up at 7:30am and work very hard. I was really impressed with their work ethic and making sure everything was done to the highest quality. After the yard was cleared and clean, they spread loam and fertilizer before laying the sod. They laid all the sod (11 palettes) in one day. The grass has been in one month and has grown in nicely and looks great, with hose and hose-end sprinkler watering. This was a huge project and Adam did excellent coordination with a top notch crew!
I recently worked with Adam and his landscaping team, and the results were outstanding. They not only did a fantastic job cleaning up our property but also crafted a beautiful gravel patio and stepping stone pathway, transforming our outdoor space in a short amount of time. We are very happy with their work. Adam was exceptionally responsive throughout the project, he promptly addressed any questions or concerns, keeping me informed at every stage. Adam's team truly delivered, I recommend them for their reliability and the remarkable transformation they brought to our house.

Highly recommend Adam and his crew. We reached out on a Friday and he had his crew there on Tuesday. We had some very old, tired landscaping we tried to do on our own about 7-8 years ago. Adam took what we started and made it beautiful. Adam even reused some of our original materials to help keep costs down. He trimmed the trees and put down winter rye so we’ll have a nice lawn during the colder temps Adam and his crew also helped us clean up our backyard by hauling away old junk and cutting down trees that died in the freeze of 2021 We appreciate Adam helping bring our original vision to life and we look forward to working with Adam in our next landscaping project!
It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a business pay this much attention detail. I was so impressed with the quality of work. We had our yard aerated and top dressed along with areas of the yard needing sod installed and landscaping. Adam and his crew were friendly and conscientious during the entire project. We plan to use Adam’s Lawn Service Austin on a regular fertilization schedule and for future landscaping projects. He also kept communication throughout our project.
Quoted, he said he would come by later in the afternoon to perform the service. Did not show then. No text sent saying to reschedule went somewhere else for our grass services.

They re unreliable and undependable. When they cut our grass, the job was not 100% complete on multiple occasions, including edging. We requested at least 10 times for some bedding and trimming and Adam stated he d get us a quote, however, after multiple times of asking for an update he never got it over to us over a span of 8 months. We ended up with going with a more reliable and trustworthy company in the local area who have gotten multiple customers from him for the same reasons I listed. Save your time and go with another company.
I had one positive experience with Adam for a large job and one negative experience for a smaller job. It seems you have to make it worth his time and he will up charge you if you don t. Originally quoted me 390 for yard clean up and then the day of when I called to confirm he said 475 and he acted like we d never talked despite me having screenshots of text messages that confirmed the time and job. I won t use him again, but others experience may vary. He is also very pushy about making sure you leave him a 5 star review after a job.
We were ready to sell our house so we wanted to make the yard look great. Adam came out the same day to give a quote and brough a team who did a great job the next day! Highly recommended.

We hired Adam and his team to cleanup an old flowerbed for us in the front of the house and install a metal edge after the ice storms had killed most of what was in there. After calling him, he was there a day after to give a quote and once the price was agreed upon, his team was out the next day to start the project. Definitely easy to work with and stayed in communication the entire time. His team was respectful and polite during all our interactions.

Really impressed with Adam and his team. Our yard was ugly and we were on a budget. These guys came in and made our yard look great. Adam was great to work with when it came to pricing. A real collaborator. We didnt feel like he was trying to wheel and deal. He took into consideration the materials we already had, the overall task, and he and his guys made it happen and exceeded all our expectations. Would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Called this place on 9/12 to schedule a routine mow/trim job for a property I was moving out of. They advised me to text my address and the date I needed, which I did as soon as I got off the phone. Fast forward almost 3 weeks later, and I received no contact from them. Today I call them to confirm the job, and they tell me they can t do the job on my date anymore, and they couldn t give a reason why. And to top it all off, the guy hung up on me mid sentence, and won t return my calls. Now I m stuck needing to find someone else to do the job in a short amount of time. I would give this place negative stars if I could. I do not recommend to anyone, unless you re looking for terrible customer service. Learn how to run a business.

I had Adams Lawn come out and service my lawn, I was pleased with the service they provided, they were through & efficient!!
Came out and quoted me multiple prices that kept going up. $400 for some weeds. No thanks for that. Also, we did agree on biweekly mowing. They never showed up and when I contacted him after the 2 week mark, said they weren t doing it, yet, never told me. Just be honest and don t waste my time.
I initially gave them 5 stars, but the last time we scheduled a mowing he didnt show up and he upcharged charged me $75 for the front and back. I was desperate and asked if he could come another time and I never heard back from him. If I had known he wasnt going to show up, I would have found someone else to do my lawn.
QUALITY WORK! Our dogs messed up our yard pretty bad by tearing up the grass and creating a mud pit. Adam and his team did a wonderful job fixing it up. He listened to what we wanted and helped us decide what would be best for our situation. They finished it in one day and it was so much better than we envisioned! They went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. All for a great price! When we went out and did the walk-through at the end we could tell he takes pride in doing only high-quality work and keeping his customers happy. We are just thrilled with the beautiful work and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service!
Never showed up multiple days in a row
I contacted Adam last week for a quote to clean-up and spruce up my yard. He came out that same morning and provided me a quote immediately. His crew came out yesterday (prompt and as scheduled) and did a great job cleaning and expanding flower beds, trimmed shrubs, added new mulch, fertilized the lawn and got rid of years of leaves stuck amongst the river rock in my yard. I plan to have him come back and sod areas in my yard that are dirt/mud and then continue with weekly lawn service. I highly recommend Adam and his crew.

They came out promptly and did an excellent job cleaning up my lawn mess that hadnt been touched since we moved in. Very prompt, and fair price for the work they did. Highly recommend.
