The Family Lawn in Aurora

Good work ! I have had a few different lawn companies and this one seems to be the most consistent. Always doing extra and tending to things that are not necessarily within the scope of what I pay for. Appreciate the customer service as well. Recommend

Reviewing because they frequent some neighboring households and don't ever shy away from blowing the clippings into my yard.

Top notch work would give more start if I could

No bueno!!

I scheduled with Family Lawn to have my lawns aerated. I put out my flags to indicate my sprinklers. I called them the day before to ask for a time window as to when they'd be by. Their message said that they would return my call within two hours. They did not. I called again, heard the same message and waited, but again, did not receive a return phone call. I called a third time and finally, Jenna from their office called me back stating that because of the rains, my lawn would need to be delayed and rescheduled, which I said was fine. Again, the day before my rescheduled lawn aeration, I put out my flags and I called Family Lawn to find out when they would be out. This time Jenna told me that they would be out the next day betweem 4-6pm. Unfortunately, they never showed up. I never got a call either - nothing, unbelievable and extremely unprofessional.
