The service never killed all the weeds. By the time they made it to our property weeds were a foot tall. They charge per month and will not come out more frequently. Each month I had to manually call to get my k the calendar. The service was not regularly scheduled as per advised. More expensive than other companies for poor service. Do not recommend.

I recently began using the professional services of Senske. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service and the professionals they employ like Rory (in sales) and Parker. My 1st service was today. I saw Parker pull up and met him outside my home. He and I discussed my concerns with the yard, specifically my shrubs and trees. He spent time to answer my questions, discuss my concerns and provide me with some very valuable advice. He then proceeded to spray my subs and trees. Afterwards, he spent time to discuss his observations. So far, so good!

Have been using Senske for years. This year they have ruined my lawn. Complain and they do nothing. I cancelled services and they sent someone out and charged me $50. Not sure why this year the have really gone downhill!

Senske is the only lawn service who eliminate the tough bind weed that has a root system that is far reaching and hard to kill. I have the greenest and best looking lawn in the neighborhood because of this.

The customer service is very bad . They killed my grass talked to two different people to fix both said they would fix it and nothing back tried to call but they wont answer this has been an issue since last summer seems like this company just wants your money the come out and do a half way job they are there all of 5min but still wanna charge u an arm and a leg Im trying to cancel service but I want them to fix there mistake first like they promised

I am writing this review as former customer and unwilling current customer. In short, Senske did a chemical injection treatment to four birch trees on my rental property in 2020. After the treatment/service, my husband and I were concerned about questionable research regarding the treatment and decided against doing it again in the future. Imagine my surprise when my property manager received a bill from Senske a year later in 2021 for what appears to be a recurring subscription service I never signed up for. 1) I never signed up for this. 2) They went on the property without notice (I have tenants who live there). We sent back the bill and asked them to remove us from their client list. Imagine my horror when my property manager received yet another bill in 2022 for yet another unwanted/unapproved treatment. This company is incompetent and does not care about the trees they treat nor their customers. Before coming on site a year later, they should have confirmed if we even wanted this service. We asked them repeatedly to remove us from their client list, yet somehow they think its okay to ignore this request and include us in their subscription service database, perform the work without a work order, and then bill us for the work we never requested.

Spoke w/ Eric A. concerning their plans and programs. He was able to provide detailed explanations and answered additional questions. He was able to sign us up over the phone and get the first important treatment scheduled. He provided excellent service and was extremely professional. If the lawn ends up as AWESOME as the quality of their service, then they will get & earn the 5 stars from me when I return to provide an updated review within the next 5 to 8 weeks...

I set up services over the phone, no online option, and they just came out and charged for each visit. Definitely a bit pricey, but since I am not doing it myself it is to be expected. Would like more online options like adding or removing services.

I recieved an email stating that they came out and applied 20lbs of treatment to my yard when I know for a fact that nobody was here as my son is temporarily staying at my home working on our kitchen cabinets in the garage with the garage door and all windows in the home open, We have been working since 7am today and nobody has been by, Also they called the day prior asking if they should come out and I specifically told them no because my son is here and he has dogs in the back yard also we want to take up the leaves before anything is applied to the yard. They guy on the phone said that sounds good he will wait and call me back in about 2 weeks. All I recieved is an email bill for nearly $75, if they did come out they put no flyer/paper/sign in the yard or on door so either he is lying or came out without my permission when I specifically told him no! Whatever the case I am very upset with the way they conduct business, I have been a customer going on 3 years and have recommend friends and family who also still receive service for you but have complained about the same issues. You make a call and it goes to a call center who knows where at!! With Esperigreen, I call Chris Hawkins cell and what ever I need, and it is DONE!!!! They are AWESOME!!!

I cannot begin to say enough positive things about this company, are yard used to be terrible and after their treatments, our yard looks better than anyone on our side of the street. They make it easy to do business, are prompt, professional, efficient, and affordable! They have solved for almost everything our yard has needed (grass, trees, shrubs, even bugs) and we cannot recommend them enough!!!

We met Chris at the Home and Garden show in Denver. We signed up for the program and have not been disappointed! Our yard is looking awesome! Eric and Doug did the aeration and seeding, and Sam did the fertilization. Very professional and thorough! Highly recommend!

We have been very pleased with ExpiriGreen. They offered a good price for seeding our back yard and within a week and a half we had grass sprouting over the entire yard. They also offered a great service package after seeding to keep the yard looking good. Chris Hawkins has been who I have been dealing with personally and he has been great. I have texted him and called him and he has always been extremely knowledgeable, responsive and kind. Very happy with him and with the yard we got through slit seeding.

We had Douglas Johnstons Team from ExperiGreen slit seed our backyard that was BARE DIRT (Highlands Ranch Clay that I tilled in about 12 bags of top soil)... Eight weeks later, Following Dougs directions about watering and keeping traffic off the area, WE HAVE A LAWN thats come in VERY nicely!! Beyond ecstatic that were not looking at brown dirt any more! Thanks Doug!!

We ve had a lot of issues with our lawn, weeds, and trees. Initially we only planned for tree care and expanded because it made sense with the discount for prepaying. We have had no lawn die off a year later and our weeds are under control for once. Chris in sales is super professional and responsive. All their techs call before hand which is great Incase you have to change the date of service or it s just not a good day. I ve never had such an easy to work with company. One other thing is if I have any area of concern I tell them when they call and deal with it when they come out - such as grass overgrowth. Really just a nice company.

Douglas came out to my house and answered all of my questions when he applied my first fert applications.

I have contacted Customer Service numerous times and have had no response. My lawn has not improved over the 3 months ExperiGreen has been treating it. I will definitely not use them again nor recommend them.

Cant speak to the quality of the service yet, but Eric, the sales rep was outstanding, knowledgeable and professional. The tech came this morning while my sprinklers were on but came back to treat my lawn. So far, the people are great.

I am not happy with my lawn nor tree treatment. My grass looks dead Ive had to use my own treatment to get it back to somewhat healthier. I have to ask and ask every time for my tree treatment first time their machines were broken down. Well it was a good learning experience never to use Experigreen ever again!!

Phenomenal satisfaction with the intake process and customer service. I spoke with Kody who did a great job answering all of my questions and helping me understand the scope of service. He also made recommendations for helpful products for my apple trees. Melinda did an exceptional job reaching out and reviewing all my information and service needs. Weve been using Experigreen for about a year and they have been very attentive to our needs. They have applied weed control to our specifications along with fertilizer (fewer treatments) and stopped the tickseed and/or red clover in our lawn. They have also applied treatment for Japanese Beetles, which has helped and the do spider treatments! Great service and great customer service. Tim Martin is a great tech!

I have been using Experigreen for the past 2 1/2 years. When I bought my home in 2017, let s just say my weed infested yard was hideous and to me, was more than I wanted to take on myself. The first season of treatments, over seeding and aeration turned my yard into something to be proud of. They always call a couple days before arrival and if I see any issues arising that are questionable...they return within days...No charge. I have had neighbors stop and walk on my grass bare foot, saying it feels like a soft pillow...haha, no joke! I will continue year after year using them!

We cant say enough positive things about Experigreen. Our old house had what our neighbors called the best yard on the block, and we owe it all to the assistance from Experigreen. When we sold our home, they even seeded our dead spot (trampoline) and it was fully green by they time we listed. We are ecstatic to use them at our new home!

Would not recommend! Had some issues initially, sales person promised an application for spider mites in the grass as part of the deal, but it wasnt included after I paid for it. Spoke with regional account manager and was able to get 1 treatment for free because of miscommunication...! I pre-paid for 2018 season (6 applications) and come to find out that services are continuous, ExperiGreen showed up in March 2019 without the heads up or a call in advance. Trying to get the thing cancelled. Nobody ever called me before for any of the treatments, the only calls I got from ExperiGreen is when they tried to upsell me more. BTW, my grass looks about the same way as before. UPDATE (response to the owner): I sure paid for what the sales person put in the system, but he simply over promised services just to get the sale. At any rate, courtesy email\mail\call about upcoming season services would have been much better, than the fine print on the invoice. When I am hiring a local landscape company to do loan aeration\treatment then I am not expecting him to show up next season and repeat the same. If you are a subscription based service then advertise that way, maybe you would have less complaints.

We canceled our service last year, but they showed up today and treated our lawn without authorization and billed us $110. Honestly I dont think they are doing anything but driving around hanging invoices on peoples doors.

Like other reviews here...they just come and do something for your lawn and bill you...without authorization. I cancelled my account last year for such service. And they came back this year! And I got another bill... Called the company, and it says Press 1 for account services..then it hangs up. I tried to press 0 for customer service, so I can cancel again...and it just hangs up. Nobody would like to answer their phones and we cant leave a message either

Reading other reviews it looks like I fell for the same scam...I signed up for a fall lawn treatment at a promotional price and was happy with the services offered. Why I am giving a low rating is because by signing up for a special fall lawn treatment they automatically signed me up for a continuous lawn service - which was not explained. They applied a lawn treatment in the spring that was not approved by me. I think this way of business is more of a scam than for convenience. I signed up for a fall promotion and was automatically enrolled in a continuous service, the burden of which falls upon me to cancel rather than themselves being obligated to sign people up for a full lawn treatment service. I am not pleased with this business. It would be different if I had signed up for an all-season lawn treatment. At that point I would agree with their statement on the bill of my obligation to cancel the service.

Signed up for service out of convenience. Prepaid for the season. They showed up one time, six weeks after I signed up, only after I emailed to ask why no one had showed up. Didn t show up again for another six weeks, emailed them to see if I could get someone to my house ASAP as I would be out of town for 3 weeks, they suspended my account until I came home. Came home to a yard full of weeds and no grass, I m going to have to start over. I got a sales call from them for pest control, and said no thank you, I m dissatisfied with the service and won t be doing any other contracts with this company and the guy hung up on me! I m hoping to get a refund since I prepaid and got nothing out of it. Sales department is spot on, they spend a lot of money trying to get you to sign up - too bad the actual service sucks.

My lawn is lush and green! They provide reasonable pricing and offer advanced payment discounts. They communicate upcoming service, what they have done after completion, and any concerns they notice plus offer solutions. When my lawn was half dead and I thought I would have to pay for new sod, ExperiGreen brought my lawn back to life for a fraction of the price. They also have provided education and service for my trees and bushes.

These guys literally killed my lawn. Not kidding - it started wilting immediately after one of their sprays. See photos I ve been trying to get ahold of management - I ve been promised a call from the Denver office a dozen times and have never received one. I m filing a complaint with the BBB and our local chamber of commerce - I suggest you do the same if you ve gone through something similar

I have had a great experience using ExperiGreen Lawn Care this year and last. Today, their technician Rodney, came to apply the late summer application. He was very professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable. I had some questions about some trouble spots in my front lawn and he took the time to look at the areas and gave me good information about the possible causes and ways to mitigate the issue. I would recommend ExperiGreen to anyone looking for a quality lawn care company. I give Rodney and ExperiGreen five stars.

I had good experience with this company. I have had a problem with crabgrass: they came out and sprayed without charging me. The guys are courteous and are willing to work with the customers.

Having problems with the lawn and had a discussion with our technician Rodney about what to do and how to handle it. He took the time needed to help me understand what the problem was and how he would take the appropriate steps to remedy the situation. GREAT customer service from Rodney and we really appreciate his efforts.

This company has SAVED my lawn. They do excellent work and have really helped me keep my yard looking beautiful. I called again to have them come spray some weeds on a rock bed and the response was quick and well done, I talked with Rodney, the technician doing the work, and he answered all of my questions and offered assistance with any of my lawn needs. He also left a flyer saying they now treat trees and shrubs, which is perfect timing, as something has been eating my birch!! I trust this company and recommend them without reservation!

Rodney Fordyce did excellent work on my lawn and around the house yesterday. He spent time doing things right and didnt cut corners, applying fertilizer, weed control chemicals, and pest control chemicals around the house.

ExperiGreen is the best lawn care business around the Aurora area. I have tried a few in the past and they are the best priced and most knowledgeable. They are very quick to respond to any questions I have in regards to the services they provide and know exactly what my lawn needs to look its best.

Sprayed chemicals on my vegetables and lawn without permission. Pesticides as well that are not safe for humans or animals. I didnt request any service. This is trespassing among other things

I had a great experience with Experigreen, they made a couple of mistakes originally. But the customer service was great and management more than made up for it with a full refund. They also did a free seeding and aeration of our front lawn.

They don t call before they come. Different person comes every time. Can t get anyone from Denver to talk to you, just some call center out of state. They sprayed my rental house and couldn t do the back because my dog was back there but say sprayed the entire yard. Also still have weeds.

Very professional team from sales staff to technicians. Always took care of my own yard in the past but when traveling increased, turned it over to the experts. They have done a great job!!

I watched the technician spray the outside fence. He then went into next yard in duplex.i asked the gentlemen who came into my yard to fertilize if he could get his teamate to spray my yard for weeds as i am part of the duplex. He said he would check. As i saw them driving away if they were going to spray. He said he already did it but i was watching him from my window and he did not come into yard and no footprints in the snow to prove it. They did not spray and then technician flipped me off as they were driving away. Good customer service and i will pass this information to my landlord. Thanks guys

Ive read some reviews on here and I have to disagree with the one star reviews. At no time did Experigreen treat my lawn without notifying me first. The office is very polite and will always reach out before a treatment is scheduled. If at anytime I had questions or concerns, Id contact the office and without hesitation they were there to help, often times going above my expectations.

Just outstanding overall, and Im a serial switcher -- Ive cycled through Scotts and Tru Green in the past four years. ExperiGreen does what they say theyre going to do, when they say theyre going to do it, and they do it incredibly well -- my lawn looks gorgeous. Absolutely zero complaints about the fantastic service Ive received.

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR, I WOULD GIVE 10!!! Treatment was done on my lawn that was not approved/authorized!!!!! Then I was invoiced for a past due amount that was supposed to have been taken care of after I called customer service to complain about the UNAUTHORIZED treatment and close the account.

I found it very difficult to reach anyone at this company. After a year of service my lawn looked worse than it did when I maintained the grass myself (and I did very little on my on). Twice I was promised that a technician would come out to my home and perform a Slit Seed service to improve the dead areas, but despite repeated calls to find out when someone would come to do this service, no one ever came.

Simple and Easy. They call before they come and clearly laid out the pricing during my quote. I do not have a fence between my yard and my neighbor. You can clearly tell where they stop spraying each time. My lawn is greener, thicker, and has no weeds. Update: I have fallen victim to what everyone else has. They started performing services beyond the original agreement. I cancelled services, paid my bill. Got message in the mail today that I owe $25 with an account balance of zero... how is it possible that I owe you money with an account balance of $0. Do not do business with this company.

Came to the door offering a free lawn care treatment. She assured me it was free. Little did I know it s free the first time.then they just keep coming unexpectedly. They come early in the morning and continue lawn services without permission . They came a total of 3 times , first was free other two were $35/each. Pretty much a scam by not telling you upfront that they will continue to come after the first time. Was actually thinking about hiring them after that first time but after they continued to come without asking or even letting me know they kinda cut that tie. Had to pay $70 because they sent me to collections. Would not recommend a company that scams money out of you and Is not upfront with you.
