STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SKECTHY GUY !!!! Asking for money before even scheduling something ?? Unprofessional, and desperate, I wouldn’t trust this guy as far as you could throw him
Scheduled 2 different days times for sprinkler activation and lawn service. Stayed home 2 entire days waiting. Never showed...no message saying they were late. Nothing.
This company is not reliable. I scheduled two months ahead of time and they still have not shown up for service as on November 28, 2021. Plus, they want to provided nine man hour in service time. We have had service at our home for over 21 years and it has never taken anyone nine hours to complete a lawn mower service job. The longest has been only two hours. THere are not much leaves on the lawn.
Mike and his company are very professional , always on time and they feel like family to me now. I have had health issues and could not conduct lawn Care, even though I rent I still keep up my yard and wanted i tto look nice! They have done an amazing job. I recommend them to anybody that needs them.
Chris, their irrigation specialist showed up on a Sunday and could not have been more polite, professional and helpful. I felt like he was giving a Ted Talk on everything irrigation-related; from nozzle heads, to programming patterns, to Archimedes principle. He was incredibly thorough and spent so much extra time to get things right. He is flat out amazing! I will definitely use Mike's for other projects in the future. They are quick to reply by phone or text, and project professionalism from the time you call until the time they leave your property.
Very professional and friendly employees!
I had many issue with Mikes Lawn Care. First, I got them scheduled and they didn't even show up - finally at 7pm the day of my appointment they say that they will be out first thing in the morning - they show up mid-morning. Yes, my lawn situation was not good but they spent 4 Hours to clean up a little part of my lawn and they didn't even do a good job. And their customer service is HORRIBLE. Attitude from the beginning all the way to the end. Professionalism, Quality, and Customer Service have earned them this review.
