Don’t waste your time with this business. They are so unprofessional. All I wanted was a simple aeration done on my lawn . They cancel appointments twice on me at the end of the day, then they told me they gave me the wrong quote and increased the original quote. Then they told me they had no record of me ever doing business with them, even though I used them several times in the past. Most recently 6 months ago. Left messages to get an update after 2nd cancellation, they never called me back. Don’t waste your time.

Most unprofessional business I've ever seen. I scheduled core aeration several weeks in advance. A couple days before the appointment date, they called and asked to re-schedule for 3 days later due to excessive heat. No problem, I said. Then they didn't show up on the re-scheduled appointment day. I called and asked why they hadn't shown up. They said that they were behind due to the hot days and would be coming over the weekend or on Monday (this was Friday). They didn't show up over the weekend or on Monday. I tried calling them several times over days, but they completely quit answering their phones. I left several messages - no reply. Unbelievably unprofessional! I see that other customers have received this type of treatment from them in the past. I have used them a couple of times without issue, but not this time. Highly recommend that you avoid this business!
Completely unprofessional business model. I called on Thursday to make an appointment for them to come to my residence for a quote and was told that I would get a call back to schedule one. Today, Friday, at 12:30am I get a call back not to make an appointment but told that they are on the way to my residence completely unannounced. I expressed my irritation with this in a completely respectful manner since I work 40 minutes from my residence and my wife, who does work at home yes but, can’t stop working mid day to receive them and too properly show them what we need down to the lawn. While quickly noticing that once I say they can’t come today because I am not available, hence why I wanted an appointment, Im quickly rushed off the phone but I still advise that I would like to make an appointment for them to come and provide a quote, I was told that I would receive a call back with their availability next week by the end of the day. It is currently the end of day as I write this and I never received a call back to make this appointment. Moral of the story, it’s very unprofessional to just show up to someone home without at least a proper notice to make sure they are able to receive you at that time and when you say you will call back with your availability but never call back, that let’s me know I was never really valued as a potential customer to begin with.
Last minute appointment and did a great job trimming and cutting the grass.

They did a very professional job removing some grass for some landscaping I wanted to do. They took very careful measurements and took pride in their work. Will think of them next time for my landscaping needs.

Dont bother scheduling service with this company. Completely unprofessional. On the day of scheduled service, they failed to call me to tell me they would not be available to come out it when i called them they rescheduled me 2 days later. fast forward 2 days and again, no call and no show for my service. I just called to cancel my service with them. Hopefully they read this review and correct their scheduling and communication problems with their customers :(.
They were quick to respond, did a great job and were well priced. I plan to use them again in the future for sure!
I had them dethatch and aerate my lawn. I was concerned they would not do a great job because of the low price, but they surprised me. They spent extra time on areas of the lawn that needed attention, and the cleanup was better than expected. If youve ever dethatched your lawn, you know what a mess it is. I will definitely use them again.
Initial conversation with this company was great; however when it was time to do the services I had requested I was cancelled on twice and just ghosted afterwards, leaving me late in the season with no chance of finding a replacement in time for the close of the season.
Never hiring again! They did not cut it properly and they damaged my fence.

I used Great Greens for all of 2015 and the first half of the spring/summer of 2016. Last year, their service and performance were great. They cut the lawn to the height I had and weeded the dog run I have on the side of my house. This year, Ive asked for them to weed and clear out the dog run for 4 weeks and it has yet to be done, despite the POC verifying multiple times via text that they would do so. Two of the four services, my fence gates were left open when they left, allowing my two dogs to get out. I initially signed up for a month of weekly service in 2016 and will not be renewing. 2 stars instead of 1 as they are at least consistent in coming to service on the scheduled day.
