Lupita Landscaping in Aurora

I hired Lupita Landscaping to do a Spring cleanup. Our yard had gone a while without being cleaned up and needed some TLC. Rocky and his crew crushed it. Our yard basically got a facelift. They were super communicative, easy to work with, and they worked super hard for the entire time they were here. I would strongly recommend Lupita and Rocky.

We asked Rocky to come out and do some landscaping to replace 2 trees we had to get removed in a recent storm. He was so helpful from the beginning! He provided suggestions for nurseries to choose our plants and trees, and asked us to let him know when everything would be delivered. He came the day after the trees and bushes were delivered and worked all day to complete the job to our satisfaction. I love that he would pull us aside throughout the day to check in and be sure they were doing everything according to our wishes. At the end of the day, he even did some weeding for us! We didnt ask him to do it, he just saw that it was needed and did it! I plan to use him again next year for more landscaping work. I HIGHLY recommend this company to do high quality work for you!

BEWARE!!They tried to keep my $200 deposit to hold a spot on their schedule. They never called to confirm a date; after not hearing from them I hired someone else. Their response was the deposit was nonrefundable. As if I were to wait forever. I called my bank and they refunded the money immediately.

Rocky and his crew did an INCREDIBLE job on our front lawn. Planting, mulching, and trimming. They edged all of the flower beds and just made everything look impeccable. They are true professionals. Aside from the quality work and materials, Rocky was very responsive when we reached out to him and he was very accommodating. He is priced very fairly. We hired Lupita to do a complete redesign of our front lawn. We wanted it scaled down but to still look nice. Rocky made some suggestions after speaking with us, which was a big help. Everything turned out exactly the way we wanted. Absolutely beautiful. As we stated to Rocky, there are a lot of companies out there that do good work. The most difficult part about hiring any contractor these days, for me, are the simple things..... getting people to return phone calls, text messages, show up when youre supposed to, get the quotes back to you in a timely fashion, etc. These are the things that Rocky does exceptionally, in addition to the actual work. Great communication from beginning to end. We will definitely be using Lupita for our next project.

Rocky and his crew are amazing. We couldn t be more thrilled. Eleven out of 10!! We downsized to a much smaller house I n Batavia and wanted a patio. It was next to impossible to even get someone to return are calls let alone actually come over. Google searches are very random and most of the time the results are listed in order have who pays the most for that privilege! I expanded my search criteria and area and found Lupita. Rocky called back within a couple of hours and came over within a couple of days. It was a small job so he said he may be able to get it done soon. Sure enough there was a delay getting a permit on another job so within a week they were over( we were very fortunate in this regard as they do have a lot of clients). The results are amazing. They skillfully edged the patio stone right up to our not so great condition concrete driveway. Looks seamless. Next time we need work of this time there will be no searching we will just give Rocky a call.

There are simply no words to describe how great it was to work with Rocky. Rocky is a real professional who communicates well, is responsive and committed to delivering an outstanding service. Following a swimming pool installation, we hired Rocky to bring in dirt, grade it and install sod in addition to cleaning up and mulching beds as well as a number of smaller jobs around the yard that we had been putting off for years. The week of the scheduled work, it rained significantly. Rather than plowing ahead and making a mess of things - Rocky chose to do it right and wait until it was dry enough for he and his crew to get to work. In only a few short days, Rocky and crew raked out the HUGE mess from the pool install, brought in 30+yards of dirt, graded it away from the house and installed 3500 square feet of sod. It was an amazing transformation and we are forever grateful for his work. We will hire Rocky going forward for any future landscape work! Thanks Rocky!

I contacted numerous Landscaping companies to help me with my yard project. Many didn t call back, show up or if they did show up their estimate was ridiculously highly. I had an issue with drainage in my yard so I was relying on their input to help my situation. I was told numerous times pay this and it won t fix this problem completely but will do for now . Not a solution I finally found Lupita Landscaping. Rocky, the Owner came out the next day and was professional and polite. I gave him the solutions I was advised and he knew right away that the solutions that were offered would not help. We had a mess in our front yard after cutting down two trees. I had called Rocky to bury the downspouts and take the water away from the house. When he came to do that job, we talked about the mess in my yard. I had him come back, and within two days he had the mess cleaned up, grass seed spread out and new mulch all the way around the house. He and his crew did a very good job.
