Shawn of Diamond Cuts came to my rescue when my snow removal service didn't remove snow at my investment property in Oswego. When I reached out on Yelp, Alisha from the company called and assured me my property would be taken care of. I then talked to Shawn and clarified my needs and gave the property description. Mind you, all this was happening around midnight! So Shawn plowed my property in the very early morning hours before my tenants woke up to start their day before they were inconvenienced any longer or their safety put at risk any further. Shawn is always so helpful and courteous. He has saved us so much money over the years. We tend to shop around and his prices are always lower than anyone else's.
