We used This & That Property Services about a year ago to re-do the backyard for our recently purchased house. You can see from the images, we added a new stamped concrete patio, installed sod, new sprinklers and a new fence. A year later were still very happy with the result. The whole process only took a few days which gave us ample time in the summer to enjoy it, we appreciated the guidance on landscape border, colors and stamp styles for the concrete and layout. It was fantastic working with This & That property services. Note: There was a minor issue with a portion of the sod dying (were unsure if it was because the sprinkler heads arent powerful enough to reach this certain section or it was a bad piece of sod), but after informing Steve he said hed come and replace that piece of sod this month and replace the sprinkler heads with more efficient and powerful ones to ensure the new roll of sod got plenty of water. We appreciate this follow up service, and well update once thats been installed.

Absolutely fantastic group of guys. They had good ideas for layout of my back yard and did everything the right way. Really impressed with Ryan and his team. They werent the cheapest quote I got, but not the most expensive either. They finished their work quickly and efficiently and Ill be back when I do my front yard!

Ryan came out and did an estimate for a sidewalk. He told me he would call by the end of the week with the estimate. He never called or returned my messages. I guess if its not a big enough project theyre not interested.

We reached out to several contractors and had 4-5 contractors bid the backyard landscaping project. We could not have been more happy with choosing This & That. Steve was extremely responsive and very helpful with the process. The crew who came in and did the work was very respectful and was willing to work with us as we voiced any questions and concerns. We got so many compliments from our neighbors and several of them used This & That for their landscaping. Working with them made our experience very easy and will definitely use them for any future projects.

I had a sprinkler issue that a couple of landscaping crews couldn t problem solve. Steve answered my call, showed up on time, and fixed the issue.

This and That has a tremendous staff, I needed assistance with my sprinkler system, and gave them a call. They responded to my inquiry within an hour, and came out to do an estimate the next day. They had the problem fixed within no time, and charged me a fair price. I will definitely be calling them for further issues involving my landscaping.

Steve and his crew redid our front yard landscaping. The existing shrubs were very overgrown. We could not see the street when sitting (or standing) on the front porch. Steve was very helpful in assisting us finding suitable, Colorado-climate plants to replace the existing shrubs. Steve and his crew were here promptly at 9:00, we reviewed what was suppose to be done, the guys went to work, and we re finished by 3:00. The guys did a fantastic job of clean up. We are very pleased with the final result!

Our new Lennar home had no landscaping in the back. It was an ugly, depressing mess of weeds, dirt and detritus. We saw that one of our neighbors had a lovely landscaped backyard, and she told us about This & That Property Services. The owner, Steve, was immediately responsive to our inquiry and worked with us to achieve a beautiful end result to meet our budget: a sidewalk from the front of the house to the back, a nice sized concrete patio with expanded steps down from the house, a fence on both sides of the house, an irrigated grassy area, and stones to fill in the rest. We are postponing further landscaping until Spring, but intend to have This & That Property Services help with that project too. We couldnt be more pleased with their professionalism, quality, timeliness, and meeting our budget. We recommend This & That without reservation. You wont go wrong engaging their services.

My wife and I are so happy with our new backyard! This is the second job we ve had This and That do for us. In our last home, they came out and spruced up our backyard right before our house went on the market and they did such a great job we didn t want to leave. From that experience we knew that we would have them install the backyard for our new house. Their work, speed, and professionalism are top shelf. I would highly recommend them.

They were on time, hardworking and professional. They removed two trees, built a retaining wall, laid sod And a brick path. A whole new backyard that we still don t recognize as ours.

I was recommended This and That by a friend for our front yard project. Brandon came by on a Tuesday took at look at everything and gave us a quote that same day. He let us know he could have a crew out in about 2 weeks, ended up being ahead of their schedule and they were able to get started right away. The crew showed up around 2pm that next Wednesday and were done by 6:30p on Thursday! Me and my husband were so impressed! Friday morning one of the business partners arrived to do a walk through and set up the schedule for the sprinklers and our yard is done. It looks so good and the guys on the crew we super nice, very polite and professional, cleaned up when they were done, and were so fast! 12/10 would recommend This and That Property Service to anyone and we will be calling them again for some other projects we need done!

Excellent company ! Steve met me at the property and really listened to our goals, he customized our quote and followed up to see if we needed any changes. The day of the irrigation project, Steve and the team showed up on time and continued to work until the project was done. Corey was so professional and respectful throughout our endless questions and interruptions . Brandon was available to answer any questions, and help in the coordination of my 3 family members schedules . Their internal communication had everyone on board. We had a great experience with Brandon Gallegos. From design to finish. He was professional and responsive. The yard turn out awesome. We had stamped concrete, rock, mulch and plants installed. The crew doing the work were professional, courteous, answered any questions and hard working. They checked in several times with me on their progress and on how things were looking. I would recommend to anyone.

They did an excellent job landscaping our back yard to the specs we already had approved by our HOA.

I highly recommend This and That Property Services for all landscaping needs. I feel confident that my plants and trees will survive and flourish because of the care they spent on breaking up my clay soil and adding nutrients to the soil. I am enjoying the design and the added river rock, trees and turf.

I worked primarily with Brandon. I got 4 estimates from different landscaping services. In the end, I went with Brandon because of the quality of work they put into landscaping and the pricing. Brandon did a great job of updating me on what was going on in the landscaping process. Communicating is key to any big project. Brandon did a great job with that. Also, he was able to bring the samples with him on what was going to be installed. Other vendors did not do that. So that helps as well. He had samples of different style and kind of rocks to be installed as well as artificial tuff. My water bill is way to high just maintaining the front yard, I definitely did not want a bigger water bill with real grass. Brandon had about 8 different samples of artificial grass available to choose from, depending on the customers budget and quality. I went with the best grass availabe since the lifespan is about 10 years. Overall, I am very satisfied with his work and will do business again in the future.

This & That Property Services was fantastic to work with. I highly recommend them and Id use them again. When getting quotes, I found communication with other companies frustrating and off-putting. One company didnt respond when they advised they would, another seemed very rigid and inflexible. Steve (owner of This & That) was very personable, answered his calls when able, and responded in a timely manner. We received our landscape quote the day after he reviewed our yard. Before we committed to This & That, Steve came out again to discuss changes. Once we signed our agreement with him, Steve continued to be available to receive our calls, texts, and emails and was flexible with design changes. Steve was also very knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, and sincere in his communication. We showed Steve pictures of trees that we liked and he advised that he could get these trees, but also advised that the picture did not reflect how it looks in Colorado. We told him about our HOA requirements, and he explained and put us at ease regarding how he would meet them. Installation was also a great experience. Steve started on Tuesday, said they would wrap up on Monday. They finished early Friday, a full business day early. They absolutely overdelivered and surpassed our expectations. We were also able to make some minor deviations as they worked (made a play area for the kids larger, plant placement, adding additional rock, etc.) Also, while Steve wasnt onsite the entire time, he WAS onsite every day and for most of everyday. When he wasnt here, he was out picking up the material for our project. Thank you, Steve, and crew for the fantastic job!
