I ve been working with David from Lawn Ace for some time now, and I couldn t be happier with the results. His attention to detail and dedication to lawn care are evident every time he treats my yard. Since he started working on my yard, I ve noticed a significant improvement in the health and appearance of the grass. It s greener, thicker, and overall more vibrant. He is also very punctual and reliable always arriving on time and leaving my yard looking pristine after every visit.

Michael is a very pleasant and knowledgeable Gentleman. He call when he was on his way. And arrived and set about doing his job. I asked him about killing our large ant population and those annoying bugs that attack my ears everytime I go out. He was already intently studying my back yard on his knees looking for a little tiny worm he said my neighbor had which eats the nutrients out of your grass and turns it brown. Michael found some in my yard and showed them to me. When I told him to go ahead a treat it to kill the bugs he also explained that if we later on wanted to upgrade our plan to include insecticide it would add $15 per treatment. I have enjoyed talking to Michael when we asked him about Lawn Ace when he was working on our neighbors yard and while he was treating ours. He is very professional and at the same time personable.

The following are comments from technician Adam: We applied your last treatment for the year today for winter weed control. This treatment will eliminate any broadleaf weeds in the lawn as well as poa-annua, a common problem in our area in the colder months. With the recent storm, we applied additional pre-emergent on our last visit in order to ensure the best weed prevention, so you shouldnt have any issues after todays service but, if you do see anything coming up in the weeks to come, just give our office a call and well be happy to come back out and treat any areas of concern. Thank you so much for your continued support of our local business! We hope you have a wonderful holiday season ahead! Weve noticed the following condition(s)... While servicing your property your technician noted the following condition(s): What I Applied Weeds that I treated today should die out in the next couple of weeks. My 1st experience having a lawn care company treat my yard for weeds etc was with Scotts Lawn Care which was owned at that time by the same owner as Lawn Ace, Kyle Flanaghan. Ownership changed and the service became horrible, so I switched and my yard was noticeably worse, then I switched again and again the service was poor at best, so I switched again and it was okay but still not nearly as lush and green as previously. Then Lawn Ace came on the scene and BOOM! 1 treatment and I can notice the difference from 3 years with another company. The staff at Lawn Ace are incredible, professional, and kind. The value is really unbelievable and the service is amazing. Now I dont have to switch anymore because Lawn Ace is the best at what they do. No corners cut, theyre consistently great! I appreciate all the folks that make this happen, Kyle, Tammy, and Tim do a great job every time! Dave worked my yard a few days ago 7/26/24 and as usual....GREAT JOB DAVE! Lawn Ace has always kept up with the appropriate seasonal applications and have suggested additional treatments to improve and maintain a beautiful lawn. On occasions where access to the backyard was not possible, a phone call to the office was all it took to schedule a follow up visit. If it were not for Lawn Ace texting me the service had been performed, I would not have known.

I had this team service my lawn when they were Scotts. They were purchased by TruGreen and our service suffered. The individual touch was gone with a different agent each few months. The original team resurfaced as LawnAce and have again provided great personable and professional service. Glad to support local small business.

Brett D. always does a great job whether it is applying a scheduled treatment or addressing an issue. Yesterday he came out bright and early to assess my yard for a problem I had noticed. I have become very educated from Lawn Ace on what to look for so I knew I needed some help. I have beautiful Saint Augustine grass, which is very temperamental. He came out again today to apply my treatment, and to treat the issue that he discovered yesterday. I m sure it will start to show improvement shortly. To make it even nicer I had a $50 credit on my account as a result of referring a friend for their services!! Lawn Ace has done nothing but exceed my expectations! Thanks!

I ve had a few hiccups with their services regarding a hefty amount of weeds popping up in my yard. After calling a few times and adding service to my back yard Brett D. Came out and did a fantastic job. Dead weeds every where. What seemed like an ongoing issue of crabgrass now looks to be on the decline. I do wish they would put recommendations on their service orders as far as watering, and or encouraging certain grasses to grow in certain areas, or maybe when it s time to aerate etc. other than that. Good job folks!

Was greeted by Kevin for my first lawn treatment by Lawn Ace. Kevin took the time to walk the property with me and listen to my past and present concerns with my lawn. I m hoping I keep Kevin on my route to continue to treat my lawn for the entire year, possibly longer. It s like having the same doctor. I don t have to keep repeating my concerns to every technician that comes out to treat my lawn.

Lawn Ace has been awesome! I installed my grass six years ago on my own. As you can guess I consider my yard a labor of love. The company I was using for fertilizer and weed control was then sold and my yard deteriorated. After trying a couple other companies, I finally tried Lawn Ace at the recommendation of a friend. I ve been very pleased with the customer service, the responsiveness, and of course the outcome. They were able to diagnose so fungal problem that another company recommended. I just treat with aeration and top dressing, which is of course just a salesman trying to increase his sales. My yard is almost back to where it was when the sod was first laid six years ago and I imagine by the end of the summer it will be even better. My father-in-law has been so impressed with improvement in my yard. He switched to Lawn Ace. Highly recommend!

Our brand new homes lawn was full of weeds when we bought it. The guys at Lawn Ace came by, determined what was needed and started the process of killing the various weeds. It certainly takes time as there were several different weed varieties which require different applications, but over the past several months, you can really see the difference Lawn Ace has made to our lawn. There are still a few applications to go, but as of now, the guys are VERY polite and responsive and provide a written report each time they are completed. At a previous home in a different SC location, a few years back, we had contracted a very large, famous national lawn company who came in, treated the lawn, and did what seemed to be the correct things, but at the end of the year, our lawn STILL looked bad. You will definitely not be disappointed with Lawn Ace. One of their techs, Justin, is very thorough in what he does. The company is very responsive to your needs.
