I called for an estimate on my backyard. Communication was easy. Jordan and his partner were very nice, they explained everything, and it was a quick and easy process.

Today I had river rock put down around my house. The two workers were very professional explaining the work they were doing and answer questions. The project was outstanding.

They helped me out, taking care of my place while I was deploying frequently, and they always did a fantastic job on the lawn and other landscaping. I eventually had to move away, but I would wholeheartedly recommend them for anybody in need of some lawn services. They even did a whole clean-up after I had been away for a while and things had gotten out of hand in the yard. Definitely give them a call if you end up needing some extra help!

Deceptive practices. This company requires you pay up-front, tells you someone will contact you shortly. They contact me by email 3 days later. Gave me an appointment for 10 days after that. Emaild me 3 days later to say they MIGHT come a day earlier or a day later. Asked them to call when they were on the way. They did not. Could have had the work done earlier and cheaper, but they already had my money. The work men were pleasant and effective. Too bad they dont work for a better company. Likely they get a lot of abuse from customers, even though they thy dont set company policies. (By the way, they do email you for a review, first asking you to indicate if your review will be positive or negative. If you choose negative, you are not forwarded to the review screen.) Turns out the company is a multi-state company and not local - as implied by the name displayed on the internet.)

I met with Bryan Connor of Augusta Lawn Care to review some work (tree removal) and provide an estimate. After reviewing the work, he told me that this effort was beyond the scope of their ability. With so many scammers out there today, I was appreciative of his honesty. He didnt agree to do work that he knew they couldnt perform safely, saving us both time.

Bryan Conner was very professional and punctual. He listened to what I wanted without offering things that I didn t need.

We recently had the pleasure of meeting Bryan for an assessment of our yard. We were faced with a severely neglected yard, and the recent hurricane only added to the damage. The idea of tackling this overwhelming project was stressful but Bryan s confidence, kindness, and respect for our family immediately put us at ease. He made thoughtful suggestions for landscaping that would best suit our family s needs, all while being creative within our budget. Bryan came up with a plan that would work for us without breaking the bank. As renters, we appreciated how he was able to tweak the assessment to accommodate our situation, showing his flexibility and attention to detail. His professionalism, knowledge, and problem-solving skills have left us feeling hopeful for our yard s transformation. We are grateful for his care and expertise.

Elroy Baptiste did a great job cleaning up my front yard and the shrubs on the sides. There were multiple weeds as tall as 5-6 feet, but he removed them all. I saw him load at least a full truckload of the weeds from my front yard and the shrubs on the side. I normally use Augusta Lawn Care to mow my lawn every two weeks. After today, I will consider adding on shrub trimming service as well.

I had a door hanger placed on my front door in February 2024 telling me that I could get my yard mowed for $59 per mow so I called and set up the service. Regular mowing started in late March and everything was fine. In early summer I noticed that the quality of the mowing was getting poor. Sloppy edging and poor detail to the direction of the cuts. Okay, not a big deal but in July I noticed that the price had jumped up almost 20% so I called the office. The woman who answered said that they had sent out an email. Im a system administrator so I checked everywhere for an email but there wasnt one and there wasnt a text either even though I received regular texts regarding upcoming service dates so I can only assume that they tried to sneak in the price increase without notifying me. I canceled the service and started mowing the lawn myself. The convenience of having the lawn mowed is great but an almost 20% price increase without notice is unacceptable.

Robert & Brandon worked well together and were very meticulous when cutting our lawn. You can tell Robert cares about the customers concerns and is always professional!

Bryan visited today to walk through our property for a pricing estimate. He was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He made no judgements about the current state of the yard ( which is a mess!) And provided recommendations to other providers for tree removal which they could not perform. I look forward to working with the rest of the team. **UPDATE** Bryan M. and Josh P. just completed the yard clean up service and were incredibly accommodating and professional. Not only did they dig through the absolute nonsense in front of my house in a short period of time, they were also very receptive to any alterations I requested (during the walk through theyd cut down any deadwood left that I saw). They even came back for second and third trips when Id missed them while working. I absolutely recommend them for their hard work and professionalism in this Georgia summer heat.

Bandon and Dylan from Augusta Lawn Care Services had quite the task with my backyard. After I pick up 15 5 gallon buckets of pines 3 times, these fine young men were tasked with cleaning up. They done a great job. I have an underground spring that runs the backside of my property and they even collected the ones that were there. These boys didnt leave any pine cones, sticks or leaves anywhere. And mowed the yards as well. Thank Brandon and Dylan I couldnt be any happier.

Edit: What awesome customer service! The owner got back with me promptly and they came out and took care of the issue in days. Everyone there have been nothing but professional and courteous. Definitely recommend! Edit: The mowers came by and I wasnt as happy with that job as the other experiences I had. Im guessing it was possibly a miscommunication. When I originally had Bryan come out to do the quote I had said I wanted an area by my fence cleaned out from brush that was there. When Jordan did the bushes he said the mowers would get all of the stuff I was talking about. I wasnt home when the mowers came so when I got home and it hadnt been cleared I was a little disappointed. I was having pictures taken to sell the house and that part of the yard did not look good. Edit: Jordan and Josh came by to do the bushes and put new pine straw out. Jordan was the person I spoke with and was extremely polite. They did exactly what they said they would and since I was home, Jordan walked it down with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Great job! Bryan made this interaction very easy. He listen to what I needed and was very polite and helpful the entire time. I was stressed about getting all of this done but he put me right at ease.

Says theyre mowing your lawn, charges your account, and then just trims a couple weeds in the front. I have cameras surrounding the house and I watched it all. Very disappointing service.

These guys are pros! I had a multi-year leaf buildup at my property and it was strangling my grass. So happy now to have it all cleared out and ready for seeding. Augusta Lawn Care Services is absolutely amazing. I inquired about leaf removal from my yard and received a quote in about 24 hours (Thanks Bryan!). The price was very reasonable given the size of my yard and the task at hand. I have two large Oak tree in my front yard that had dropped a seasons worth of leaves. Dylan and Bailey did an amazing job on my yard and made sure that I was satisfied with everything before they left. I will definitely be using this company for all of my future lawn care needs.

Im not a yard person so my yard has been looking untamed for a while. Jordan and Hunter did a fabulous job on cleaning up the yard and making sure the shrubs and flowerbeds looking neat and pretty. Excellent work. This is our first cutting of 2023. The men did a fantastic job. They were quite professional.

Connor and Gabe showed up on time, worked diligently, and were extremely professional. I was satisfied with the work they did on the metal flower bed border and mulch installation.

Overpriced and gave my information over to another company after using them just once. Called to ask to speak with a manager and was told no you cannot. I reside in South Augusta and it was assumed that I would be accepting of having my personal information given to another service company because they no longer WANT to service South Augusta. Very condescending treatment from the operator when asking to speak to a manager, and I don t appreciate them having provided my personal home information and location to kids who show up once and pass it around without my consent to others because they don t want to honor what was sold to me in the first place. What got me was they assumed that shifting me to another company without my consent and without someone discount was ok! I vet Augusta lawn care- not anonymous lawn care! What a joke. I appreciate loyalty and apparently they don t take care of people in South Augusta as it is not their preference so don t think of this company as too progressive. Feeling very discriminatory vibes especially after speaking with the customer service representative.

I decided to give Augusta Lawn Care Services a try after years of having someone else take care of it for me. I cannot say anything negative about the service I received. Connor and Cameron did such an excellent job of giving me the first cut of the season! The grass was a bit wet, but they made sure that in the outcome, I now have an even look! They also removed the grass overgrowth on my paver stones leading to the backyard! Anyone who knows me knows I love my yard and I put a lot of time in making sure it looks good throughout the year, every year. Overall, GREAT job and look forward to the next cut!

I needed a lawn care company to keep up my yard while I was recovering from surgery. Their service is priced very well and their complete service (mow, edge, leaf blow, etc.) accomplished everything I need them to. Would hire them again!

Was recommended to me from a friend. I did not find the work appropriate for the cost of the project. Getting an example of the work was not given before setting in a quote price. Maybe my experience was different but after the project was done. The customer service team was not professional or helpful by giving one sentence responses. I hope your experience is better than mine. I would not recommend. They were quick to bill and charge but not clear on day the work was going to be done.

Paid for mowing and bed weeding since I was abroad; when I came back I discovered they hadnt been doing the edging (part of mowing service) or spraying herbicide (part of weeding service). Definitely not worth the $140 I was paying them bi-weekly

One guy showed up around 2 pm, trimmed all shrubs, mulched all beds, and cleaned up everything! Left here around 5 pm. This guy is a dynamo!

Things I really like about their company; notifying us prior to visitation to ensure pets safety, attire identifying who they are, timeliness in scheduling, reasonable prices, thoroughness in their work. Jordan cleared out our vines, poison ivy, weeds that were attracting unwanted hornets/bees. Our lawn looks double in size! He was timely in his service, arrived around 9am and the property was cleared by 12pm. My dogs and myself are very thankful! I would highly recommend their services to someone looking for professional lawn care!
