Was supposed to cut my lawn at 8:00 am this morning and he never showed. I tried calling and it went directly to voicemail. Also sent a text with no response.
Booked service with this company back in January to show up for first appointment April 1. He never showed up. No big deal it had been a time gap if he doesn’t use a proper schedule software he could have forgotten. So I reached out again he said he would be by that weekend. He never showed up. It is now 11 days past the scheduled time and I have zero communication from the company. I have hired another company and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Disappointed. Was looking forward to using this company. Management finally responded after I leave a review. “ I didn’t pay for service “. I can’t pay for what I never had. You don’t show up to work. You don’t get paid. Pretty simple. Nor did I receive any type invoice. Of which I wouldn’t pay for up front until service is performed. Just like with all services. Nice try though. I hope they read the review lol Good luck.

These guys are awesome. They cut the grass quickly and professionally. I met them while they were cutting a neighbors yard about half an hour after my last lawn care guy decided to drop some customers to lighten his workload. Glad they were here. Cut my grass immediately after my neighbors, even though his work day was done and he was ready to go home. You can't go wrong with them!

Before Shonuff, I had a problem. Every lawn care service I hired was completely unprofessional. If they actually came to cut my grass on any given week, they'd either show up late or completely unannounced. An annoyance under the best of circumstances, but unacceptable when working from home with dogs that will bark the entire time. Then they'd either forget to blow the leafs or refuse to edge or their equipment would break down and I'd have to wait weeks for them to come finish what they started. Shonuff fixed all that. He's professional, timely, and honestly, as a bonus, he does a better job than any of the previous lawn care services. My wife's new favorite thing to say when we pull in the driveway is, "our lawn really does look better than everyone else's." Go ahead and give Shonuff a chance. You won't regret it.
Wowzers SHONUFFS Picaso Cut had razor sharp detail, I have had many landscape companies do my yard and I must say SHONUFF is far superior to the competitors.

Do they get the job done? Shonuff! They go out of their way to make sure the yard is sparkling! Ive had rough experiences with other companies in the past that just didnt take enough pride in their work, didnt communicate and over time the yard just felt unrecoverable. This has been the exact opposite experience! They go hard and take the extra mile to make sure they know what is important to you and even suggest things to do to save money and keep the place looking great. Yard is looking better than it ever has.
