My yard was in a very bad shape a year ago. The yard was full of weeds and the grass was not healthy. Eric assesed the yard on his first visit, discissed a plan and set realistic expectations. Eric has treated my yard 6-8 times so far. He texts me 1-2 hours ahead of time allowing me to let my dogs out before the yard service.The appearance of my yard has improved significantly. Our lawn was in bad shape when we first moved to our home. After the first winter treatment by Rivermoore, our lawn was one of the first to wake up the following spring in our neighborhood and stayed a beautiful green well into the beginning of winter weather. That was two years ago. This past season, our lawn was again the envy of our neighbors.

They kept the lawn free of weeds. I was notified everytime before they showed up and they showed up at the time specified. Detailed instruction was provided on watering etc needed after application of fertilizer and/or weed control.

They have been very mindful of not spraying chemicals on my outdoor furniture, I ve even witnessed them moving chairs or other obstacles in the yard to get underneath it or all around it, you will never see that from the big box companies!! They send me a text the day before confirming their arrival for the next day!! That s great bc a few times we were having a birthday party or something outside and had to reschedule and it s never been a problem they are willing to accommodate!! Just met Eric and his team last week. They did beautiful work on a large raised (timber/rock bed platform) install. I witnessed them complete the work while I was on a separate project at the home. I have been using different lawn care pros for 35 years. I have always tried to use the best people available to offer me the help I need in providing me with a lawn I am proud of. Since I have moved to Georgia 5 yrs.ago, I have used a number of lawn care pros, only to be dissatisfied time and time again... Some were nationwide companies, some were local companies... most referred to me by word of mouth. From lousy customer service to being charged for service that was never performed( thank God for Ring doorbells!) to techs that come out to treat your lawn for 5 minutes... until a friend told me about Eric at Rivermoore Lawn Care. After my call to Eric, he had put me on his list. Within a day, I was contacted by text to let me know they were coming next morning, so if I had any locked gates to please allow access to the whole property. I happened to be home when his tech Mike came out to treat my lawn, (most of the time, I am away at work) I could not believe the amount of time he took to meticulously treat my lawn! Finally, someone who cares about my lawn as if it were HIS! In the 2 yrs. I have had the pleasure to be using Eric and his staff, my lawn never better! For those of you who are still reading this, I apologize for such a long statement.... but the amount of time Rivermoore Lawn Care puts in to take care of me, they deserve that time from me to show how much they are appreciated! There is no one better in my opinion in this area that covers ALL aspects of premier customer service!

We have lived in our house for 19 years. Over that time, I have had a variety of companies providing lawn care. We have now been using Rivermoore for 2 years. Our lawn has never looked as good as it does today. Eric is thorough, takes time to explain each step, and gives solid advice and recommendations on optional treatments. Rivermore turned our lawn around big time after King Green literally killed it by burning the whole thing up. We had to start from scratch. Our lawn looks beautiful now!! We ve used a few other companies but no one has given the results that Rivermore has.

Had this service for little over a year. First year top notch service. Really accommodating, friendly, not problems doing other tasks while at the house. This year was the complete opposite. Routinely late with no calls. They advertise as total landscape so I ask them to help me some other landscape projects. He cut down a small tree at the corner of my house. I told him he could throw it behind my fence in a wood line so he would not have to take it with him. It was tossed just over so it leaned up against the fence. Didnt notice it till spring and by then it had stained the fence. I asked him if he could place a railroad tie into the ground as a small retaining wall. I already had the tie i just could not move it by myself. I had also bought a second one that i wanted buried at the gate opening. At first Eric was like sure no problem, but then he kept putting it off. I first asked him at the end of last year to do it and was told he would do it before the grass season picked up. Then when the grass season started he just kept saying next week or once he caught up on lawns. It never happened. Ties are still sitting in my back yard. I also asked him to prune a tree in the front yard. he said that he wanted to wait until he was there and not just his guys. Again never happened. The last straw was when he was late on cutting for the third or fourth cut in a row. I called to no answer and left a voicemail. No response back so I called again, still no answer. I called about three or four times to no answer After a week I was done. I called him and told him to cancel our service. I canceled via voicemail because again no answer. Consistency is the name of the game when it comes to a business that has to be routinely providing a service, and it becomes paramount when it is in a market that has plenty of other providers out there looking to serve. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
