I went with them to get feedback on my lawn. They serviced my lawn twice and it looked like the job was done but the feedback was underwhelming. The second time the feedback was literally a copy and paste from the first job. Without the professional feedback I will just do my own fertilizing.

Just received my Essential Lawn Treatment #6 on Friday, October 4th. The application was applied by Tech Malia Hornick. Malia was friendly and very professional. She answered all my questions and let me know what my next steps where to keep my lawn green and healthy. She let me know if any problems arose with my lawn I should contact them.

Malia R thoroughly explained the grub problem due to the warm winter and excess rain, resulting in skunks and raccoons tearing up the lawn, and applied a grub treatment.

Jordan took extra care to apply the treatment chemicals so they went only in places they belong. He was very friendly and professional in answering my questions. He made sure all of my questions were answered before leaving my curb. I would like to add that every technician who has serviced our property has been a pleasure. We have been Top Lawn customers for several years.

Well, after three separate call, and telling the good technician when he visited my property that the seeds need to go to the neighbor s basement wall, that is, the end of my property, only a small section actually got seeds along the wall.

Scott and Matt were great. They provided prompt response to our requests for quote on services for lawn application, as well as pest applications. They supported our request for servicing our 2 propertites in Novi and in Wixom, MI. They quoted us competitive prices and provided applications dates, as well as credit for referrals. Professional and courteous with our request. We apreciatte the response!

My lawn has never looked better. However, I would like to see the applicator s real and accurate review of my lawn after servicing and not just a canned story. For example, he writes that I have weeds that he treated. I do not have weeds. He writes that I have bare spots and, with an extra service, he can resolve this. These observations, which are false, could be made after servicing almost anyone s lawn and so it is just canned falsehoods. I would like to see a true and actual review of my lawn.

We inquired about services through the website around 9:00 in the evening. When I woke up the next morning, there was already a phone call, text, and email from Matt wanting to help us out. I spoke to him at 8:15 that morning, and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Very confident in moving forward with this company, knowing that Matt will be assisting me in the process. Very impressed!

AS far as I can tell, he pushed his machine around our home. What did he put down and when are you replacing the dead grass in back yard from over fertilizing. Ross was told you would replace it and it has yet to be done.

He did a great job as the company has all season getting rid of the wild violet weeds. They are a scourge every year but this year Top lawn has really done a great job eliminating them from my lawn

I didn t get the warning call because it was sent to my spam calls. I had patio chairs in my yard since I sealed my patio s last weekend. He just went around the chairs when he could have called or knocked on the door to ask for them to be moved. You have been coming by surprise the past several times. A text notification would be much better than call. I might have to do it myself next year if this continues.

One way to avoid this type of reapplication, to have the technician knock on the door or call the resident. To have a pet removed from a service area. Michelle has been efficient and polite in resolving my issue with my recent service.

Damen came at a nice early hour hoping to get rid of the moles I have in my back lawn. He put pegs where needed, and I just hope that moles take to them, and they decide to leave my lawn alone and that the grass will grow back.
